Had a flat tire and was in a time crunch. The first 5 places I called in Fort Dodge wouldn t fix it. These guys put aside what they were doing and got me back on the road in no time.

We were traveling near Fort Dodge and had a flat tire in need of repair on a Friday afternoon. Matt's crew got my tire fixed quickly, they were very kind, and their price was incredibly fair!!! My family is is very thankful!!!

The employee were so helpful willing to help in anyway possible. One of the employees was willing to go back in to open the shop to get my tire fixed.

Amazing place and staff, would highly recommend to anyone. The gal that runs the front desk is so sweet. The staff was very quick at fixing my tire, will definitely be using them from now on for any of my tire needs.

I do not recommend this place. Incredibly rude attitude paired with a clear directive of not caring about customer service. Spent $4400 on tires at this place and can't even get a receipt. I certainly won't be using Matt's Tire Service again, plenty of other tire shops that may actually want to retain previous customers.

Just got off of work and notice low tire, went looking to get fixed and no one was open - winter storm 1/17/20 - saw them moving snow around the shop so went to see if they were open. Got there and asked if still open and was told they had just closed for the day, but we will get you taken care of. 25 minutes later in was back on the road. Excellent sales and service from Matt's team!!!! Thank you guys!

Super fast and friendly service! I had been dealing with a leaking tire on a drive from Omaha and they were able to get me fixed up so quickly. Absolutely recommend!

If i could give zero starts i would! Very disappointed they were rude on the phone. They were rude in person. After i already waited over two hours for 1 tire! And spoke to the manager and he did not seem one bit bothered about this. They not only lost my service they lost two other peoples service that were helping me and seen how rude they were as well. None of us three will ever seek business here again.

WONDERFUL experience! 2 hours from home with three young children. Pulled in, guy working saw us stopped what he was doing to come help us. Were in and out within 10 minutes. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

Driving from North Carolina to South Dakota. I was just outside of Fort Dodge and a low tire warning went off in my truck. Crept into the first tire place I found, happened to be Matt s Tire Service. No idea what to expect. I met Matt, explained the problem and within 45 minutes I had the repair made, all my other tires were also checked for correct pressure and I was on my way. Thank you Wallace!

I called them up to see when they could get me in. They told me it would be a half hour. I got there and they started working on it right away. It was actually cheaper than what I was expecting so I am very satisfied and will return.

a co worker of mine drop my car off and trusting these people to make sure my car is well taken care of I go to pick up my car and driving home I find out the tires don't fit and they didn't give me my old tires back like they were supposed to I go back there to explain to them that I can't even drive the car back here to show them that the tires don't fit so then they have to go pick up my car and at all after all of this they messed up my car broke it even more and we had to have it towed out the one-star that is rated should be a -2
