Jeremy was amazing at working with me on purchasing my 2014 ram. He stayed past hrs to get the deal done. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman and I will definitely be back in the future. I will also be referring everyone I know who needs a car to him!! Thanks again Jeremy you rock!!

I was looking for a vechile after the loss of my chevy spark.The employees there were super helpful and worked with me on my budget when my bank couldn't. Not once did i feel pressured to buy.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good deal on great vehicles and work with excellent people.

Great place to purchase a used vehicle! Jeremy was great to work with. No pressure, simply honest about the two vehicles that I looked at. Purchased the the newer one (2020 Toyota) and I am very happy with it!

Wayne and Jeremy were fantastic to work with. They made the process very easy. We worked out a deal for them to bring the truck to my work and drive my trade home and even followed up weeks after to ensure everything was right which included some amazing cookies and a bad a** mug.Support local, I would highly recommend working with these guys. Great service and couldn t be happier with my new truck.Thanks again guys!

I bought my truck from them. They didn t try selling as soon as I stepped from my truck. That is very important to me. Jeremy was a great guy to deal with. Very nice trucks and most were one of a kind. I ll buy there again. I live two hours away btw

Can't ask for a better dealership! I bought a 2500 dodge ram from them last fall. Love the truck! And Jeremy even stayed late on a Friday so I could see and buy the truck. And today I got a awesome very unexpected gift in the mail from them! Thanks again I will be back again!!!

Jeremy made buying our truck a great experience. The check engine light was on, so they kept the truck a couple of days & resolved the problem. Resolving the issue was done at no extra charge to us :) We traded in our old car, & drove off the lot with a nice pick-up.This week we got a box in the mail with some delicious cookies & a really nice mug , as an appreciation of our business. We've bought brand new cars from dealers, that never showed their appreciation even close to this.Would we recommend buying from Mark's Auto Mart ? Heck YES!Would we buy from them again? You bet we will!!!Thank you Jeremy for all you did!

I live in Kansas, and I spent months looking for an extremely particular truck, and found it at Marks Auto Mart. Jeremy was very helpful in getting me all the info I needed to know before I made the trip up to view the truck in person. Upon arrival, there were no surprises or masked issues. I was confident enough to want to purchase the truck that day, and the customer service at Mark's Auto Mart left me assured that they wouldn't sell the truck until I scheduled pickup a couple weeks later.Update: It has been 6 months since I purchased my truck, still no issues and still very happy with my purchase. Even received a nice gift for my purchase. Would recommend to anyone.

We recently bought an automobile from Mark's Auto Mart and it was the best experience we have had. Jeremy and Wayne were both very helpful and professional and never pushy about it. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchased a new or used vehicle. They had our vehicle ready for us when they said and it was spotless. We will continue to give them our business in the future.

I and my husband Mick, had a great experience at Mark's Auto Mart, we went in and looking for a nice truck. Jeremy traded for the truck that morning and we bought it that afternoon. They kept the truck to inspect it and bring it up to their great standers. The next week we took the truck to North Carolina. I will buy from them again. Thanks Jeremy and Wayne for treating us great.

Terrible experience. Jeremy, is your stereotypical sleazy car salesman. I purchased a 50k truck from this company, that broke down on me 8 times in the first 3 days of owning the vehicle. I e-mailed Jeremy to let him know how displeased I was with my purchase. He ignored my first two e-mails, and when I called I was told they have "no return policy" I showed up at the dealership where he was extremely hostile with me, and condescending ( I have our entire interaction recorded, Jeremy). He lied to me about the vehicle not being in any wrecks, which we later found it was in two major accidents. I then bought the vehicle I had traded in with them in the first place, which Jeremy attempted to make a profit on, again.I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Jeremy was very solid to work with. He even put the vehicle I was interested in on hold while I made my long drive from MN. The drive was worth it. I got a solid deal, and it was a pleasant, no-pressure experience from the initial phone call all the way through until I was driving away with my purchased vehicle. Jeremy even helped me load my old vehicle onto a tow dolly for the trip home. Great experience.

My experience with Marks Auto Mart was flawless from start to finish! I got a great deal, the customer service was over the top,, and the whole process was smooth and easy. No high pressure sale and they took the time to go over everything with me and made sure all my questions were answered. I highly recommend this trusted dealership and I would buy from them again.

One of the best experiences that I've ever had purchasing a used vehicle. First off Mark's offers one of the best selections of clean, used cars, trucks and SUV's that I've seen.Second, negotiations took less than a minute because they had a realistic asking price. I'd done my homework and had a pretty good idea of the market value of the vehicle that I was purchasing, and Mark's price was spot on.It's a lot more pleasant when everyone is on the same page, and no one is playing games.! It was a real pleasure to do business with a couple of real professionals like Jeremy and Wayne.

Was looking to buy a Tahoe from here as my family has grown and I'm looking for a cheaper 3rd row seating vehicle. I wanted to trade my 2013 Mini Cooper S with 86k miles for their 2007 Chevy Tahoe with 177k they were selling for $9,900. What really bothered me was that they did an appraisal of my car and came up with $6k. The appraisal wasn't even through NADA or KBB but "someone they knew in Des Moines" Why go through a random person in a totally different demographic area? Now I don't have a high credit score, I'm still working on a two credit cards with small amounts on them that I owe, but I have good history with auto loans. So I asked the guy what the interest rate would look like, he responded by asking my credit score so I told him it was 600 or under. He then told me it would be hard to sell me the vehicle. He didn't even ask what I was putting for a down payment, they never even got to see my car before making a real appraisal. A hard sell? Me giving you a car 6 years newer with nearly 100k miles less than your vehicle and that's a hard sell? Not to mention I have money for a down payment. I feel like I got shut down before even setting foot through the door and I was giving THEM the better end of the deal. What a joke.

After purchasing three cars at a rather large dealer in our area, I am so absolutely impressed and surprised by the level of service that I received from the Crimmins boys and their crew at Marks Auto Mart. I just have to recommend them to everyone I know. I had noticed after our last purchase from the larger dealer in town six years ago how many beautiful cars were on the road bearing their logo. I am so glad we were able to check them out with this most recent car purchase. It wasn't just about the reasonability of their pricing. It wasn't just about the impressively superior level of service after the sale that I was actually surprised a smaller dealership was more than happy to provide. There is just something about the attitude of this family that makes up Marks Auto Mart. Their sales staff is amazing, their service team are top-surgeon-level auto technicians. If anyone is reading up on this dealership in their hunt for a fine automobile they may have found on that lot. I DEFINITELY recommend making it a top contender on your list. These guys are not only refined in the choice automobiles they offer to our community, they back their products up 110%. I'm serious when I say, I have been very impressed. Go to Marks!

WOW, talk about customer service! Jeremy helped us get something corrected on our loan! I'm from Sioux City, Iowa and I will drive the distance back to Fort Dodge to buy another auto from Jeremy! He doesn't sell junk and stands behind what he sells!! Great experience!!

Bout three vehicles from Jeremy and Wayne, I cannot say enough about how they treated me and my family. The vehicles they sold were cleaned beyond belief and they didn t try to hide anything just to get it off the lot!!!! Very very impressed and I highly recommend them!

I recently moved to Iowa from the West Coast. When I set out to buy a used car, it was with equal parts excitement and trepidation. I had just sold a twenty year old little pickup before moving to Iowa and was looking for something reliable to navigate Iowa's extremes in weather. One day I found myself at Mark's Auto Mart and met Wayne Crimmins. Long story short...Wayne made it all happen! I found exactly the vehicle I needed at just the right price for my budget. Jeremy Crimmins made sure the paperwork went smoothly and I was thrilled with the whole process. I highly recommend doing business with Mark's Auto Mart in Fort Dodge.
