Jack and his crew are amazing! Very friendly, very fair. They tell you exactly what's wrong, how much it will cost and exactly what to expect. Excellent diagnostician, excellent work. Honest. Fair pricing. I trust my vehicles to Laughlin Auto Repair to the point that I leave them for evaluation and service and advise them to do what is due and whatever is needed. I know only what is needed will be done. They advise me if there is a high ticket repair needed. They are great to let me know when something will need service in the near future to allow planning and preparation.

Jack is the most knowledgeable and honest mechanic ever met with. He knew exactly what was wrong with my mini van, explained very well the problem. Very reasonably priced repairs highly recommend him.
