I needed my rear dvd entertainment center fixed and really needed it done before a big trip with a bunch of kids (4 days prior to leaving). I came in on a Thursday to see what needed to be done, they realized it needed a whole new screen, Jeff in Service was absolutely amazing he got the part ordered and was delivered and installed the very next day. You really don't know how much we appreciate you going out of your way to get us fixed up. Definitely recommend Jeff in Service great guy with a fun attitude. Thanks so much you guys!

I had a great experience with Kemna when I took my GMC in for service. Everyone was courteous and professional. Got right in and was done in 25 minutes. Everything was explained ahead of time which made it easier to get my car in for service. Always happy to do business with Kemna!

This is now the third car we've purchased from Kemna. Dylan was the salesperson we worked with and he was fantastic! He was not pushy and he let us take our time during the selection process. My friend and I were in the process of replacing my old car, which was on its last legs. We were looking for the right car, right price, and right trade. Not only was Dylan friendly and patient, he was able to get me a good trade for the old car and into a car that checked the boxes on my must have list *and* my 'if I can afford it' wish list. I would 100% recommend folks work with Dylan on any car puchases you have, no matter your budget! He stands out among other sales people for being patient, kind, and willing to work with customers!

Took my car in for some issues I was having took 2 and a half weeks to get it back was able to drive the car about 4 blocks until the tire fell off had to pay out of pocket to get towed back still waiting on my refund for that another two weeks go by get the car back and sounded like a durby car argued with the service manager about it being fixed and was told we got to get the parts and we can get that car out of here as if it was my fault Vary poor communication was always told we ll give you a call or next day and never kept there word

Well I haven't taken delivery of my Corvette yet but all of the people. I've dealt with have been very pleasant. They're very willing to answer my questions even if I repeat them ha ha. I think they're more happy that I'm happy than they are that they even sold the car. So far everything's gone smoothly and they've been very patient and pleasant to deal with. I know it's a business but it seems like they're working for me as hard as they are for themselves. Of all of the dealerships I've dealt with they are among the best if not the very best. A special thanks to Shane and Ashley especially. Others have jumped in to help also so it's all much appreciated.

I just purchased a 2023 Trailblazer from Kenna of fort dodge after totaling my car! I absolutely love it! They were exceptionally nice,knowledgeable, and helpful especially Tina Davis She s the absolute best she went over and beyond! I have purchased from Kemna of Algona and never got the service I got in Fort Dodge l! Highly recommend Kemna of Fort Dodge!! I will definitely continue doing business with them!!!

I made an appt to get my oil change at the dealership in Fort Dodge for the very next day. When I arrived and pulled in I was informed that I needed to back out and go across the street to the quick lane. I was greeted and welcomed nicely but asked if I wanted to drive my car in and stay in my car or wait in the waiting room. I chose to wait in the waiting room. The temperature was 82 degrees and miserable. I literally stood with the outside door open to let some cool air in. There is something about going to the dealership and waiting in comfort and with nourishments versus an 82 degree garage. If this is the new normal I won t be returning. And it would have been nice to have been informed when I made the appt instead of being asked to back my car out in front of an audience and go across the street.

Customer service and caring for loyal customers is a real thing at Kemna! I was shocked to get a phone call this morning that their team went to work on finding solutions for me to keep driving! I cannot stress personal touches enough and good customer service, affordability and going the extra mile. The employees here do all of this! Thank you Kemna this is why I am here!

I had a fantastic experience with Kemna Fort Dodge. My truck had issues and the sales and service team understood how important my truck was for me since I do a lot of driving for work. The big thing for me was that they listened to my concerns and provided me with options on a new or used truck, or to repair mine. Everyone seemed to be involved and made it a great experience and made me feel confident to walk through those doors and know that I will be taken care of. If the customer service keeps this up through the years, I will definitely be a long time customer.

Michael was amazing! Sarah was amazing! Everybody was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable! My first new car buying experience previously from elsewhere was horrible but this time around, I stayed local and with a familiar brand, and I couldn t have asked for a better experience with every aspect of my purchase. Every question was answered and every expectation was met. They literally stayed late, two nights, in bad winter weather storms, and assured me it was fine, this is what they do for their customers and they were happy to do it!

I took my truck in to get the switch for transferring 4 wheel drive to 2 wheel drive. They came up with a list of things that totaled $3000. I went to pick up my truck and drive it home and was getting a high pitch sound under the hood and transmission was very rough when shifting.They took my truck in to fix again. Brought truck home and there was other things wrong with. Which cost me another $500. It has been a very bad experience for me and my wife and don t recommend anyone to get service work there.I have since taken my truck to a trusted mechanic and it was the best service. They told me that they could have done all that work for half the price. Its bad when u take vehicle in and finding more things wrong driving it home.

These guys are always doing an outstanding job. I've purchased two vehicles from them so far, and I am planning on going back for a third eventually.It's always a pleasure to come in for service on my vehicles. I know I can trust that they will treat me and my family right. Especially Tom Bolton in the service department. Kemna Auto in Fort Dodge is absolutely amazing. The time they take with their customers, truly shows that they care. When asking an employee a question they didn't know, they made sure to find out the correct answer. The little details they go into when going in for service or even looking for a vehicle is incredible. I will refer Kemna Auto to anyone I know looking for a vehicle!

I really appreciate the active communication while my vehicle is being worked on. I appreciate being able to have a loaner car, so I was still able to complete work. The price and quote remained that same and consistent. They were able to share what will be fixed or replaced in the up coming months. They were friendly and I was able to be helped right away.

Our non-profit was looking for a truck to tow our volunteer trailer. We didn't have a lot of money to work with, but we knew we would have to spend sooner or later. We saw the perfect truck at Kemna of Fort Dodge and we went on line to see the price was around $7,000 and that we could swing. Before we even test drove it the sales person said " there is something wrong with the motor". Raise your hand if you know a shady used car salesman? He says sure I want to sell this truck, but not my soul. We leave thinking so much for the perfect truck. A couple days later I thought maybe we can work something with these guys and called them back. I suggested we would replace the motor at our expense if they donated the truck. The owner Cary Kemna called us the next day and said "we can do that". The amazing thing is that everyone swung into action finance is figuring out the legal side, the Title people are working title related stuff, parts guys are searching the web for a rebuild for the motor, Aija the mechanic is busting down the old motor so he can have it pulled and ready to install the new one when it comes in. A WELL OILED MACHINE top to bottom. Anybody can sell you a car or truck. Sign some papers, get the bank OK and hand you keys, these guys worked our deal for three weeks. It was such a good experience that when we picked it up we had as many of the people who helped come out for a photo together. The dealership is clean and inviting, coffee and cookies, clean parts department and shop. Free car washes on purchases. We will be back because we trust them. My experience with everyone at kemna in Fort dodge was completely awesome! I had been looking for a bigger vehicle for my children and I came across a vehicle that I wasn t so sure about so I gave up trying then I received the best call ever saying that they found the perfect vehicle for me!!! Everyone there has a heart of gold and when I brought my 7 month old daughter with they welcomed us like family I will forever be thankful for Kemna in Fort dodge Iowa

Scheduling the service appointment was very easy. The Service representative contacted me to clarify issues I requested to be checked and kept me well informed of issues identified and associated costs. They provided a detailed list of all services to be performed and obtained my approval to proceed. The informed me promptly once the work was completed and arranging payment and vehicle pickup was quick and easy. All the issues I requested to be addressed were fixed and my vehicle is performing excellently.

I arrived a few moments before my scheduled service appointment. There was a problem inside this service building, so I was directed to a different location nearby. As I pulled into the driveway of this other service site, the door was going up and a service tech was ready, guiding my vehicle and I into the service bay. I was greeted with a polite smile from not one, but two employees. The gentleman guiding me into the proper spot, politely and very clearly explained everything that was going to be checked and changed on my vehicle. As I sat in my vehicle for a few moments, a female employee came over to my car and invited me to go to the customer lounge if I wished. This employee was also very polite adding to the feeling that Kemna cares about my vehicle, as well as the customer. She explained in greater detail what was being checked on the vehicle and if anything was due to be replaced on this visit or the next. Before I knew it, the lady employee returned and said my vehicle was ready! I appreciated meeting these two professionals in the service area. They worked very well as a team, were both very polite and the service area was very clean. I left feeling very good about starting my day at Kemna's. I care a great deal about my vehicle and these two employees seemed to sense that. I couldn't have been more pleased! Going back across the street to pay for my car's service, Tom Bolton and his Staff were ready to finish our business, and I was on my way in moments. 5 Stars! Thank You Kemna Auto of Fort Dodge!
