Transmission shifted fine so far. Employees are always friendly on the phone. Unfortunately prices keep going up and warranty keeps going down. If your pickup isn't a coffee truck only, you will have to pay big bucks to upgrade to an hd. Will my shop order again, possibly, but not our go to anymore.

Excellent customer service. These guys are very knowledgeable and friendly. Earl is very attentive to the customer's needs and tries to get the vehicle repaired at minimal cost. I didn't actually go there but had parts set out for our parts runner. The vehicle I was working on was a early 80's oldsmobile that I was not having good luck finding parts for. The person I talked to was very helpful and knowledgeable. All the parts I needed were correct and in the right quantity. I am very pleased and would highly recommend!

Got my transmission replaced here. Paid $2k less than I was quoted in Des Moines and even had an additional service done! My car is running so smooth now! Highly recommend!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Called for a quote on transfer case seals. Next day called em on a Thursday and asked when I could bring it, dropped it off that day and was told it d be done Friday or the next week and was actually done later that day. They did a great job and in very good time. Nice casual staff. Would definitely recommend and likely bringing my truck there at some pointService: General repairs & maintenance

I have installed many of their units at various auto repair facilities I have worked at over the years without any issue. I have toured their facility 10+ years ago and was really impressed with the entire operation, and now that I have more experience I would love to do it again. Recently I have been just purchasing parts for my own builds and have been able to get everything next day. Kevin has been able to help with getting me the parts I need and answer many technical questions I have had along the way. I trust these guys and would recommend them to any of the 50 states they are willing to do business with.

Awesome these guys know their stuff and helped resolve a trannyproblem no one else would touch on my old Ford pickup! Love that truck thanks guys! Very knowledgeable and anxious to find the problem and just as anxious to help me get it fixed when no one would. Thank u thank u

I have been in the auto industry for years and own my own repair shop. Anyhow we have been using Fort Dodge for the last 8 years now and have had zero issues. Quality product and great pricing. Keep up the good work !

Called there three separate times, every time somebody different told me they would call me back. I have yet to hear from them. But I'm sure they do good work somehow.

The staff here is AWESOME, ALWAYS friendly, and mechanics are honest and ALWAYS do their very best to get us in quickly!! GREAT prices and GREAT people!! Only place we take our vehicles to!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRR!!!!!!Will not respond back to emails!!!Will not call you back!!!Cuss! At you over the phone!Will not own up to damages done by them!Straight up just don t care about customers! Will NEVER suggest there work!They don t even test drive your car afterwards to make sure everything works before they give it back to you! All around Horrible company to work with.

Took my truck to them because it was acting up, they then proceeded to tell me it was nothing and charged me $80 to "diagnose" the problem, three days later the truck is no longer moving under its own power, so no I would not recommend them.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission
