They have the friendliest service manager I've ever met.I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because their old service manager would turn me away if they were busy because I change oil at 5K mile intervals and the previous guy would suggest 10K intervals which is the most my engine warranty allows.

Wish I could give negative rating. Didn't fix the issue I brought truck in for.... twice. Worst service

Had a flat tire driving by Fort Dodge. They got us in right away in the morning and took care of us. The waiting area was entertaining for my toddler and I was glad to get some coffee and a cookie while waiting. Everyone we talked to was friendly and professional. My experience was everything you could ask for from a service department and I would consider driving there to purchase my next vehicle because of that.

I love the service and the waiting room. The snacks and shows make time fly by while they work on your car.

Interior was dirtier after the service of the vehicle, than when I left it at the dealership to be serviced!
