Jeremy was excellent from the first moment I walked in to the very end. He gave me 3 options of vehicles that would fit within my budget. Test drove one that was outside and decided I wanted to drive the one inside on the show room floor. Had no problem getting out for a test drive. No high pressure to buy the vehicle. The whole interaction with him was like talking with a friend. I wanted to surprise my fianc� with the new vehicle and he had no problem keeping her occupied while I signed the paperwork. In fact the whole store was in on keeping it a secret. Can t thank him enough for his compassion and no high pressure to buy the vehicle. When I m ready for a new vehicle I ll be back to see him. If you want a great sales person Jeremy is your guy.Update:When I got the car I was told the tires were is good shape. Well that wasn t true. I took the car back over to them and they were nice enough to put new tires on the car. Yea I wasn t expecting the best or the most expensive but at least 4 of the same brand instead of two different ones would have been nice. And the thing is they didn t even put one brand in the front or the back they alternated them. If I was paying for the tires I guarantee they would have make sure they had 4 of the same brand. Guess I ll be buying tires my self. Definitely won t be getting them from there service center.

Great experience! This is my second car from Fort Dodge Ford.Nick Ehrhardt quickly got me into a great, reliable, safe family car, that is still fun and cute to drive. He was able to communicate pros and cons between the two versions I had looked at and answer all my questions so I understood. He definitely wants to make sure you are going to be happy with your purchase and that purchase will fit you and your lifestyle.Andrew Montgomery did a great job with having all my paperwork lined up and efficiently completing it. He s easy to work with, answers all questions in detail, and provides a comfortable atmosphere during signing.All team members in the Ford building always greet you with smiles and are very helpful and easygoing. You feel confident and comfortable doing business with Fort Dodge Ford.

Had a great experience getting to work with Rebekah in buying a new to me Toyota RAV4. I had a very specific search criteria when I began looking at vehicles which meant most of my preferred options were quite a distance away from where I live. Unlike other dealers that almost refused to even give me a ballpark idea for my trade (could have told me $1 for all I cared, eventually ended up getting a quote locally to have something to go off of). Rebekah didn t waste my time with the back and forth, was easy to work with and closed the deal in under 15 text messages from start to finish. I would also like to thank Andrew in the finance offices, he didn t push me to finance the vehicle nor did he push any extras on me that I was not interested in. I absolutely appreciate his thoroughness in showing me all the options I had available. After having sold cars myself, I very much understand how some in the industry can be ruthless, pushy, and depending on how much you add onto the total sale cost may even treat you differently. Not the case with Andrew, or the rest of the staff for that matter. I clearly can t say enough, thanks again. Will certainly be back.

I made an appointment online three days ago for an oil change at 10 AM. Arrived for my scheduled appointment only to be told that they no longer take online appointments for oil changes and my weight would be at least an hour and 45 minutes. This is not my definition of Quick Lane Service. I left without getting my oil changed as I don t have an hour and 45 minutes to sit around and wait it s why I made an appointment..

Throughout this new car journey, we had dealt with several salesmen. Rebekah was the best. She knew her stuff and if she didn t, she looked it up right then and there. My salesperson was very helpful and patient. Test drove a couple different vehicles before settling on 1. Then by that time it was closing time but they stayed and got my app approved and paperwork done. Because of additional work needed I will have to go back to pickup.

We bought a Ford escape titanium hybrid and love it, and the body shop here did an outstanding job of fixing my car after I was hit in the front. They had to give me a new fender,front hood and recalibrate all the sensors and they did it in 9 days.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Michael was patient and helpful. The paperwork was explained very well and I wasn t as nervous when it was all done as I was when I first went to get my car. I loved the experience and I love my new car! I would like to change my great review as I am sick and tired of all the problems I m having with my car. Ok I took my car in and they ended up replacing the battery. It has started every time since and I m keeping my fingers crossed that it keeps starting. I really do love my car. After all, it s not my cars fault that it had problems lol.

Terry was our sales person and Sidney was our finance person they were both very personable, straightforward, and there to help every step of the way. Absolutely the easiest no pressure car buying experience I have ever had. From arrival to drive off I was in and out of the dealer within 1 � hours with our new Highlander. Michael was extremely friendly and very up front with the prices. There were no made up mandatory dealer add-ons or pressure in the finance office. If I need another vehicle, I m definitely looking here first.

I looked all over the United States for a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum Max in the Storm Cloud color for my wife. Andrew and Micheal followed up with me when they had customer back out of an order. They sold it to me for MSRP which is a real find. My local dealer wanted $4k over MSRP as well as many dealers across the country. These guys are fantastic and I would highly recommend them foryour next purchase!!

I had the Most Amazing car buying experience yesterday at Fort Dodge Ford Lincoln Toyota. When I walked into the dealership, I was happily greeted by Scotty Davis! He was excited to be there and helped me with any questions I had about the car we looked at and test drove. He was kind and not pushy at all he just wanted me to have all the answers and feel good about the potential purchase. The finance manager, Charles Derrig is TOP NOTCH as well, amazing to work with, he is fair and, he is a major asset to the Fort Dodge Ford family. When I came back to purchase the car, Scotty D was outside drying off the car cause he washed it himself...what a guy! I then had the pleasure of working with Andrew Montgomery, he knows his stuff and can make the signing of the paperwork not so mundane and actually kinda fun!I am originally from Fort Dodge and I have learned that coming back home to purchase vehicles through Fort Dodge Ford is exactly what everyone should be doing. I had the most amazing experience when I went in today and signed for my 2023 Toyota Camry, Sidney made the signing process very relaxing and easy, and for my salesman Brody, he was great! I started working with him almost a year ago on wanting to get a new car and through a lot of hard work and perseverance we made it happen, Brody took his time and showed me the different options my car had and how to turn them off or on if I wanted, and made sure I had it the way I wanted it before I left the dealership!!

So after taking a look at the cars and trucks available at Ft. Dodge Ford Lincoln and Toyota on their website, and I saw quite a few attractive, desirable vehicles that piqued my interest and after spending several months and quite a bit of time online, looking here, there and everywhere for a nice vehicle at a good price, I decided to make the short drive from Algona to Ft. Dodge to take a better, more serious look. After walking through the numerous rows of great looking vehicles, I can safely say the asking prices on their vehicles looked very good, and really quite reasonable, especially compared to some of the online dealers like Carvana, who put me through a veritable nightmare trying to purchase a car from them, as well as some of the local dealers around Northern Iowa and Southern Minnesota, many of whom acted like they were doing me a favor when considering my trade while at the same time trying to convince me that the vehicle of theirs I was considering was the greatest thing ever and I d be a fool to pass it up. Well, I can honestly say that I never encountered a bit of conversation like that at Ft. Dodge Ford Lincoln Toyota. Every person I had any contact with from the receptionist on the phone, the lovely saleswoman who I dealt with through the entire process, and up to and including the big boss, manager or whatever his title, they were all super friendly and I can honestly say I enjoyed myself the entire time I was there. There was a little back and forth negotiation going on regarding the car I hoped to purchase and the SUV I was trading in, but it was all very positive, professional and friendly. Not one rude remark or disappointed look on anyone s face. My saleswoman determined what I hoped to get for my trade and took my proposals to her boss, and then brought her boss s proposal back to me and this negotiation went back and forth like 4 or 5 times. She really worked hard trying to get a deal done that I would be happy with and that was acceptable to her boss as well. And we were able to find common ground, yayy!, and ended up agreeing on a deal that I think was fair for both parties and in the end, I think everyone was happy. At least I know I was. I ended up with a really nice luxury car that I was getting compliments on before I even got out of their parking lot, which btw contained many long rows of terrific looking cars, trucks, SUVs, many of the amazing new electric vehicles that are gaining popularity everyday, and actually, just about anything you might be looking for. Anyway, I can safely and honestly say my experience buying a vehicle from the folks at Ft. Dodge Ford Lincoln Toyota today was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. And I ve had a lot of them over the years, from coast to coast. Once again, many thanks to all the wonderful staff at FDFL&T. And if you re in the market for a new or used vehicle, don t purchase one till you check out the really great deals and the superb staff at Ft. Dodge Ford Lincoln Toyota.
