I was at this store last Wednesday. I made an appointment for a rotate and balance. The associate basically refused to honor my request, and instead was doing the upselling tactic only. I paid good money for those tires, and this company said they would rotate and balance my tires for the life of the tires and instead they refused to do that. I will never honor this store again and may end up stop going to Discount Tire ever again. I used to be supportive of this company and they've likely lost my future business. Good prices are a component to good business, but honoring the service is also a huge component. This store has lost site of this - no matter what the associate's excuse might be. I believe that the customer is always right and this store and associate do not honor that.

Nicholas is by far one of the best salesman I've worked with. He was well trained in customer service and well educated on what they can offer. We have purchased tires for 2 different vehicles from here and will gladly fo it again. The experience couldn't be any easier working with the guys here.

*** FYI *** If the of the sales people ask You to pay in advance for Your tires ? Don't . I did pay in advance. I never received a call to tell me tires were in. I called to find out if they were in ?, They (discount tire ) had no idea if they were ordered. Mgr-Quinton, refunded (a positive) fixed situation.

The employees of this store are obviously well trained in customer service. Everyone was polite and very helpful. They fixed a leaking tire and then rotated and balanced all the wheels at no charge. I will be a customer at Discount tire for my life time.

I was extremely pleased. All I needed was to have my tire plugged. I know it isn't a big job but to me it was a huge deal. I figured it would cost about $20 or so. Not only was there no charge, but they checked all my tires, gave me the run down, and even rotated the tires to be in the best position for optimum performnce.The entire staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. The building, waiting room, and bays as well were extremely clean. When it is time for me to get new tires, I will not hesitate to bring my car back to them. I would urge everyone to do the same.

Brandon by far made my experience heartfelt, I believe in good karma and I don't expect a handout from no one because I feel humble and happy when I help others. He showed me there Is other people out there like me. I highly recommend Dicount Tire 1000% for customers service and care for your safety

I got a flat 45 mins before they closed for the weekend. They were nice enough to stay open for me to get towed there and fixed me up in 30 mins and back on the road. Highly recommend.

Came in to get a tire rotation done, ended up needing more than what I thought the staff took very good care of my car. They were also super nice! Would definitely recommend

I drove to Ft Dodge for my son's cross country meet. I checked my tires and noticed I had a lug nut missing. I drove my vehicle to Discount Tire and Brandon helped me with my issue(s). He was very kind, he checked all my tires, and sent me on my way. I did not get my "new" tires from Discount Tire, I purchased them from another company in Sioux City. This young gentleman went beyond his duty and made sure I was going to be safe on the road. I appreciate the kindness I was dealt from your employee and I can't thank Brandon enough.

Ordered a new set of tires online and got it all scheduled online. It was a very simple process. Employees treated me well and it didn't take very long to get my tires mounted and balanced

Nick aint worth a cup of spit. When I made the appointment to rotate the tires on my Dodge 3500 DRW he told me that the rotation was free but I would need to pay to rebalance the tires. No problem, who wouldnt want the tires rebalanced? When I arrived he told me that it would cost $300 to rotate the tires because it is a dually. I asked why and he said that he would have to remount the tires instead of just swapping them from front to back. I told him that we discussed that they would need rebalanced and he said that sometimes they charge for a rebalance when they dont even remount the tires. Basically a total ripoff for the customer. I would go anywhere but here.

Had a verbal appointment set, dove 30 min. To get there just to have them tell me I d have to wait another hour and a half, thanks for wasting my time discount tire

So very fast friendly. Best customer service and prices in town.Don't waste your time and money waiting at walmart for half assed service go to Discount tires. The manager, Ty, Is wonderful. Thank you for making my first Discount Tire experience the best tire shopping experience I've ever had.

This place has has terrible customer service I walked in to get an evaluation on some tires and was completely ignored I waited in the lobby for 5 mins and nobody came out to help me I heard employees working on a vehicle so someone was there.. I would rather give Walmart my money

They gave me a free tire rotation, 2nd time visiting them they are very professional, and helpful, never been disappointed. Tye was clear on the phone very good people.
