Super friendly and didn't want my truck but he took my number and was going to pass it to people he knew. Have gotten a coue calls already. That's pretty freaking sweet

I worked here almost a year ago now. i was constantly browsing for a new vehicle. When i finally found the one i wanted it was over in the fort dodge ford lot, so i informed jeff. Jeff told me he would see what he could do about it seeing as he knew some salesmen there. So i talked him through some details that night and told him i was not going to pay a dime over 7,000$. I came into work the next day and jeff informs me that he had purchased the car.....for 7,400$. I ended up leaving autodrive that day after my lunch break. PS i do remember there being a purple mustang on the lot when i was there, in reference to the another 1 star review.

ZERO STARS I purchased a vehicle from here on October 15, 2022 and of November 28 I have not received the license plates for this vehicle. I checked with my county treasurers office and they contacted Autodrive. They were told that the paperwork had been mailed the day before Thanksgiving over five weeks after the vehicle was purchased however it was not in the treasurers office mail today so now I have a vehicle I can t drive until the paperwork arrives at the treasurers office. I will never buy anything from here again today. I left a review similar to this review on Autodrive s website, however I m pretty sure it ll never show up on that website.

We just bought a SUV from Jeff and had a good experience. Personally I usually hate talking to car salesmen. There is always high pressure and 50 phone calls bothering you for the next week. Here it was zero pressure. The wife looked at the car earlier in the day and I came back after work. Jeff was easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. He then let me crawl under the car and do all of my mechanical checks with no hassle. The test ride was even relaxed. Price negotiation was easy. Not a lot of beating around the bush and got right down to brass tax....here is what I am asking......whats your botton dollar.....how about this much....well i need a little more.....and it was done. I enjoy dealing with people who, if you are up front and honest they are as well. Best of all my wife is happy!

Just paid off my car at Auto Drive today. Jeff and staff were amazing and I never had any issues whatsoever with them. It was a pleasure to do business with them and would again in the future for my car needs. They are professional and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a quality used car. They are also very flexible and as long as you make your payments on time, your golden!

Had a great experience buying a car from Jeff, but when he delivered it got damaged as he was unloading off his transport truck. He said he'd reimburse me for the repairs, still no check 4 months later.

So friendly. Stayed open late to help us get a vehicle. Worked with our budget. Patient. No hassle at all. Fastest easiest car buying experience. If my main vehicle ends up costing too much in repairs i may just go back to buy another one instead. Oh and did o mention there was a shop kitty AND a dog? I mean that alone would get me back in.

I had the best experience with Jeff and his staff members. I never once felt pushed, rushed or lied to. Jeff was up front and honest about his business! I would most definitely reccomend Auto Drive to anyone! I came 2.5 hours away to look at one vehicle and his staff was so wonderful to me and they did awesome honestly answering all of my questions and never tried to sell me anything else. They made me feel comfortable! Thanks so much again Jeff! I'm very happy!!!

Done business with this place in the past, and I've never had an issue. We just traded a truck for a Tahoe yesterday and the owner (Jeff) was very honest about the mechanical issues wrong with the Tahoe, he was very hesitant on trading because of its issues (husband being a mechanic we have no worries about fixing it) :)... The staff is nice and friendly as well and I truly do not believe the trade could of gone any smoother... We will definitely do business here again in the future.

I wish I could give a zero Star!!! My very 1st review was negative- I still haven't seen my title to our vehicle we purchased from here! It's been years since we paid this vehicle off and we got the run around for months over it. Still can't figure out why I haven't gotten a call or a document from Jeff- for bill of sale or something that states this is our vehicle. Jeff told us to take down our BAD REVIEW and he would send us something in the mail, stating this, still we have yet to have documentation. So I took it down. Well here I am having to defend myself from his lies and his reasoning. I had a response to a different review and I'm so sad that he feels it so necessary to lie on a forum of customers - even potential customers. It's sad that it comes to this. All I ask is what s rightfully mine and my husband s- no degrading and putting this customer down with lies and untruths to make you seem better as a salesman/business. No matter how you see it Jeff it s bought and PAID for and we deserve the rights to our car. I get you probably didn t think it mattered, and you were pretty nice to us and cordial when we bought this from you. But after all this question sill haven t been answered, titles have not been presented, and still excuses not results have been given! Others I see have not received their titles as well and I am shocked this business is still open. I will have no other choice than to report. My response to your reply on my second review=Let me be clear, YOU SCAM PEOPLE. YOU didn't help us out!! I wish I really could say you did and all went wonderful- I m just tired of people being taken advantage of and you think others won t notice or believe me! If you remember correctly, which you obviously do not, You put a new motor in because we called you 1 hour after leaving your lot with a knocking sound in engine. WE had not even arrived home from purchasing this vehicle before we had issues, you SHOULD have replaced our motor that you guaranteed, verbally, because I remember saying what happens when we leave and somethings going wrong? On the subject of the title- YOU SHOULD HAVE HELD OUR TITLE IF THINGS WERE DONE PROPERLY FROM YOUR STAND POINT. Of course you can't prove that though. It's crazy that you would say we had "challenged" credit when that was the farthest from the truth. We came to Autodrive because my husband knew you, Jeff, and this was our mistake. If we were behind on payments and should have had this vehicle repossessed then this should have been the response from your business, and it wasn't!!! It has been years and I still have not seen my title for this vehicle that we paid in full. I have spoke to the bank you supposedly went through and they have nothing positive to say about you . Where is our documentation at you promised if I took down the other negative review??? I took it down like I said I WOULD!!! So now I have put up another!!! I will keep telling people NOT to trust you, because it's the truth. Your not a good person and I'm sorry we got burnt by you!

Seller never disclosed to us buyer's that the car was Rebuilt or salvaged beforehand. We had to wait until the day we were able to see the title, registration, tags, that finally showed up at doorstep.They told us the car ran great, but after further inspection from Droughty auto reviled further issues. Will think again before I shop here again. Got a list to fix like some other reviews I read on sites. Beware of the lot the wheels I bought left my family a big repair bill a month after receiving title of broke down slipped a serpitie belt almost leaving us stranded and an even bigger repair bill. I will never do business with this company again.

Bought a vehicle here, paid it off- still haven t received my title for our vehicle! Been waiting a few years! Jeff keeps having excuses!!! Would not recommend!!!

Bought a Jeep from Jeff sight on seen. He was kind enough to wait for me and wasnt a pressure salesman. Youve gotta appreciate that. I got the vehicle home found an issue and He was more than accommodating with making it right. Thanks Jeff

AWESOME!!! Great guy..... spark plug fouled on my sons bike.... went in got new one..... I don't know how to change them.... Jeff saved the day and put it in for us!! Can't find service like that anywhere!!! THANK you

I bought a mustang from here, and immediately had to have the engine rebuilt, due to a bad rod bearing. The vehicle was also involved in two accidents in Nebraska, but had clean title because of damage disclosure laws are different there. I was only told it was a clean title, had I known it was wrecked twice, I never would have bought it. This place is very shady, will never buy from here again.

These people act very shady. I bought a car and they haven t delivered title or license in over a month. They do not return calls, and eventually stopped answering the phone as well. Beware.

called ahead to inquire about a certain car. drove from out of town , test drove, etc. bought car. by the time we got home check engine light came on. had it checked it showed SEVERAL codes in the memory that had been cleared..obvious they cleared them as they knew we were coming. they also forged my signature on a paper for the dot that they forgot to have me sign,, shady place indeed....
