Zane at the Fort Dodge, Iowa store was very helpful, professional, and friendly when we stopped at the store for parts for my husband's truck. Will definitely be back! Good customer service is sometimes hard to find these days. Very much appreciate that it still exists here.

Wonderful! I'm horrible at names but the gentleman that checked me out even put all three windshield wipers on! In the rain! With a smile on his face! I was so grateful because when I drove in I could only see maybe six inches on the driver's side. Thank you so much! :)

Awful experience, went in got sold the wrong part tried to return it and nothing they could do. All the parts came from the shelves in the back. When simple intelligence can t be applied by their workers. It makes it hard to want to ever walk through the doors ever again. I feel as if it was a set up being as I walked out they chuckled and laughed. Absolutely the worst auto parts store I ve been in. For a little back ground I have the 07 1500 Chevy classic. Since 07 was the year they came out with the new model. I told the employees that and Brandon asked me how can it be a classic car it wasn t even made that long ago right there I should have left and never looked back.

Never had any problems with any employees. If they didn t have what I needed in stock they let me know how long it would take to order it. They have even stayed late to find a part in the computer system for me when I came in right at closing. All my interactions have been positive with this store.

I was totally shocked 3 people working one guy sitting on a chair. The prices are double or triple than anybody else.. I think every company out there should be a shamrock themselves trying to screw people just to just survive I'll never walk in their store ever again or buying a thing problem. Used to be one of my favorite places ago when I lived in Vegas

RUDE customer service person at the counter 9/2/19. We ordered online on Saturday. Didn't get a confirmation, nor did we receive notification that part of our order was available in-store. Got 2 voicemails over Labor Day telling us they would restock our order if it wasn't picked up. So we made the 30 minute trip to town and only part of the order was there. The woman helping us was EXTREMELY rude! She had a hard time finding our account, even though we have been there a number of times and only found part of our order. She could not find our online order. We won't go back. We just hope that the rest of our order arrives. The woman helping us should never be allowed to talk to customers.

Employees act like they know everything and give you the wrong parts, has happened several times. On several occasions they only had the most expensive parts in stock. Just very uneducated and disorganized, your better off getting what you need online from a different supplier

Not just this store but other Advanced Autos as well, most of the staff have no business being there. The person working today was not very knowledgeable at all and I made a 25 minute trip for absolutely nothing, not thrilled. I guess you gotta make sure that you are both on the same page about you're after. Will not bother to check there again... for anything

Been calling for over 2 hours now over 20 times and no one will answer the phone so I guess I'll go to a different parts store this is ridiculous and not acceptable to even answer and just put me on hold.. obviously they don't need sales

Disrespectful staff, refused to let me browse the store because my girlfriend was African American. These is no excuse for being this disrespectful and racist. And what makes it worse is there some good employees working there

Very helpful employees. I suspected I needed a new battery. They tested it and installed a new one for me. My battery is in the floor so it was a pain and very cold out, but the guy was still very pleasant and helpful!

As always, they are helpful and try to get the parts that you need a soon as possible. I would give 5 stars, but sometimes we have gotten incorrect, or seemingly, already opened parts that were missing components. I don't think that's usually the fault of the people there, I think that's from where the parts arrive from.

I purchased new wiper blades for my SUV and the only kind they said they had that would work for mine were over $50 for 2. And no warranty. I got 2 and one for the back window last year all for $50. Idk why a place would only have one kind for a newer SUV.

I have shopped on and off for over 20 years at advanced,parts america,& even when it was western auto. Recently after my wifes dad bought her $70 headlights(that all other competitors carry for $50) we exchanged them for a giftcard with no receipt. Per their own policy we got a card and used it the next day. From then on every time i go in there they stalk me,harass me, badger me with rude comments and aggressive behaviors,and treat me like a theif. A hispanic male even demanded that i show him where i put a simple $5 window decal before i could leave. Falsely accusing me of theft in front of ppl. Defamition of character,slander,harassment,and descrimination are all i get each time i visit this under acheiving , facist, and spitefully staffed 3rd rate dive. My lawyer will be in touch. No tact or professionalism demonstrated at all in this mockary of a mega chain of sucess.

Who ever I talk to is a really asss I called the picked up and hung up the phone they didn t ask me to hold if they were busy nothing so I call back he puts me on hold and tells me it might be 10 minutes as they are busy and then the phone 2 minutes later hangs up

Didn't have what I needed. Only 1 person on staff in store. And wasn't interested in helping me beyond saying they didn't have the part I needed. Specialty lug nut socket.

Lots of tension between employees, but I found a spray can of touch up paint that matched my late 90s GMC. Awesome!
