Called for an appointment for install of radio. They scheduled me for 5 days out, which was fine being that I called on a Friday. They called me back about an hour later and got me in same day. We're thrilled with the radio they installed. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks Tony!!!!

Their work doesn't seem bad but Custer service seemed shady when questioned about why my wiring harness couldn't be used and was charged 120 for their low grade harness. No waiting harness I have ever seen cost more than 60$ will not be doing business with crooks again.Update: after less than an hour of posting initial review Nate called to offer to give refund and remove radio I had him install. After some back and forth about how he only uses pac datalink/wiring harness that start at 120 and didn't want to corrupt my vehicle with the harness I had installed. No discredit to the work as it looks very clean. It Nate could use some counseling on customer service. I stand by my choice to never do business with them again.

Did a awesome job on my 96 buick roadmaster. I was really worried about the plastic getting busted up, but they did fantastic work and it sounds really good. Nate was even nice enough to do a deal on a 4 channel amp for me since mine was bad. If u want quality work come here

My grandparents got me a remote start for an early Christmas present. Went to go set up an appointment (expecting a few weeks which was fine we were in no rush) & they got me in the next week. Easy drop off & communication. They did great!

Clean shop, easily accessible and most people are respectful but, it only takes one weak link to break a good chain. Absolute worst customer service I've ever received from "Nate." I'd love to review his work but he only cares about his high profile accounts. I recommend looking online for equipment at a much better price, not to mention a warranty! If you aren't going in there looking to spend a couple grand on something in house don't bother. Hopefully he learns you can't be rude in an industry where the customer is your money.

Called for a quote. The guy I talked to was very rude wouldn t let me talk. He also quoted me for a job for close to $3000 and I went to the geek squad and they did it for less then $500 so either has crazy prices or he wasn t understanding what I want because he wouldn t listen. I would definitely shop around before going here again.

Great experience with my 9th geb civic si. They honored the price they quoted me and quickly replaced the remote that broke soon after my remote start was installed. The remotes are tough, the new one i got lasted me over 2 years, i think the first one i got was just defective and that's not access audio's fault. Good guys, a little short but very to the point. I had lots of questions and they have plenty of cool stuff at thier shop. I'm going to do business here again for sure.

Use them for business and they know what they are doing without a doubt. I've had a couple customers over the past few years complain about attitude. I guess when you're good at what you do you get sick of simple questions. Nate has treated me very well.

These guys were amazing. Listened to what I wanted and answered all of my million questions without getting annoyed. Worked fast to get stuff done with a very reasonable price and selection. Definitely recommend!

I live in the Quad Cities, on the other side of the state. The Jeep I bought has a remote start. After ordering a replacement fob online and not being able to find a dealer for that brand in my area, I called these guys. Tiny was able to talk me through the process of programming my fob over the phone. If I'm ever in Ft. Dodge, I'm buy these guys a case of beer. If they helped me for free, imagine the help they'll give a paying customer.

Your go to for audio and accessories in the fort dodge area. Carrying Memphis and JL audio subs on display, and a catalog of other products and accessories from single dins, double dins, wiring, you name it. First stop since I made it in about 8 years ago, still a nice place to check out without making the long drive to Des Moines.

If you use this place Abel install a stereo for you they're nice and honest couldn't install stereo in my car because it wasn't the type that would fit my car
