As with previous experience with this ABRA shop, I am very pleased. Excellent service, great work on extensive front end damage, great communication.Also went way up and beyond in working with my dealership, getting my truck back and forth for mechanical service, which saved me a lot of time and grief.Of course especially post Covid they had to order and receive parts (which were all new OEM), before they could give me a hard date for completion. But their estimated date was very close and once the parts were in completed my truck within the estimated timeframe and did an exceptional job.Very nice, professional people to work with. I highly recommend ABRA/Ft. Dodge.

Have used them before - Best autobody repair sight I've ever experienced. Fair quote for repair to my 4runner- (garage door came down on my truck). No games or inflated bill. Didn't try and up-sell. Final product looks great- good as new. Fast to repair. Great staff. Will trust them the next time my garage attacks my truck... or my kid takes out a deer carcus (again), or my wife takes out her side view mirror (again).Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I want to start out by saying that my 2013 F150 that went in for front end repairs and came out looking spectacular! The quality and attention to detail is second to none here! Melissa, Ashley, and the entire staff were completely professional throughout the entire process and provided updates to me via phone and text and also notified me of any changes happening! Where they really went above and beyond was the pick up process... I was out of state (Missouri) and when my vehicle was ready to be picked up Melissa was kind enough to pick me up from the Ft. Dodge Airport which was something she didn't need to do but I could not thank her enough for going the extra mile with that type of customer service! If you are ever needing repairs in the Ft. Dodge area I would not go anywhere else! Hands down the best experience with ABRA and all the people there! Thank you all so much!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

It took them 10 days just to gave a cuote, when I called to know how long it will ta e to repair my car, their answer was " don't know", when parts will get delivery? "don't know", when parts got ordered? "don't know". super slowwww service, with no information or updates about your veh�culo. Abra did a great job taking care of us. Winter / weather did a number on two different bumpers for us. They took care of both of our vehicles in a timely manner, the paint match was excellent and they accommodated our work schedules for estimates. My car looked brand new after Abra fixed it!! So happy with the repairs and the helpful service I received. Ashley, Geno, Melissa and Nate (who cleaned my car) did an awesome job!! Special shout out to Nate for his hard work getting my car cleaned...it was a mess on the inside and out when I turned it in!! Very tough task!! I appreciate all their help and work!!

Very polite and nice staff!! Loved them being connected to Ford building so there was a waiting room. They let me take my vehicle in the middle of work to take my son to the hospital, then I wS able back to finish. Also they came and found me while in the Ford building to let me know my vehicle was done! They were quick, cheap and very good service!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Have had a couple repairs done here. Made sense to repair leased Ford vehicles at a repair shop attached to a Ford dealership. The work seems to come out alright, but I haven't had a car come back to me that didn't have to go back for additional work. Orange peel, water leak, seal, etc. Those are the little details that should be caught by the staff. Talked to the general manager about the issues as a courtesy and was assured it would be addressed. Haven't had any additional work since that time. I like the staff, but the results undermined any confidence in the work.
