Bought a used car for my son. The experience couldn't have been easier or more relaxed. So impressed!! Everything in my van was gross and dusty after going to Mexico twice in it and being out in the desert. They did a phenomenal job getting in all the little crevices and tight spots to make sure it was spotless. It feels brand new now!

Brought my Escape in when extreme sub zero temperatures caused it to not want to run after starting. They were friendly and helpful on arrival and I really appreciated them lending me one of their loaner cars to get to work in Mason City for 3 days while it was being looked at/serviced.

Routine maintenance service was good and performed in timely manner, I was slightly disappointed about how an issue was addressed regarding repair of chrome trim and will revisit this matter at a later date. Allison & Brad were easy to work with. Difficult to dampen my excitement at purchasing my beautiful truck (privately but originally bought from this dealer) so will return for future maintenance.

FC FORD Provided me with a car while mine was being fixed. It was fixed in just a few hours and the Bill was comparable to other competitors. I've only had the car back a day but so far blower fan is working great.

Stopped in to have my a/c checked. The fuses all checked and found to be ok. I decided to continue home to Florida using the RV roof a/c. The technician and service manager concurred that was the best alternative. I was not charged for the time they spent on troubleshooting. I highly recommend this Ford dealership.

Very relaxed. Took care of recalls. Forgot to do check engine light and my service mobility tire kit. Had car for day and half. Not enough time? Didn't call me when car was done. Could be better.

This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership and honestly I would only ever want to purchase from Forest City Ford from now on. The whole process was quick and easy and they do not try to upsell you on things you do not need. Definitely will be referring friends and family there in the future!

This is the second Ford I ve bought from Forest City. I always have a wonderful experience. Both times I ve purchased with Pete Gau. I enjoy his no pressure sales approach. I also want to give a shout-out to Michelle who came in on her day off to finalize the purchase of the Ford Bronco Sport.

We had to buy a car after an accident so weren't really excited about it. Our experience with Forest City Ford was phenomenal. Josh put us in the right car at the get-go and took the time to explain all of its features; and Michelle was so easy to work with on the transaction side. The customer service is truly exceptional. They will be our first stop for all future car needs!

Wonderful people and great service. I had an oil change and service on my Explorer as well as a minor part replacement and recall work, all done in one appointment that took approximately 2.5 hours.They provided me with a courtesy vehicle so I could make a meeting in Forest City while they worked on my car.Good experience as always at F.C. Ford.Thanks all!Back for return business yesterday 2/23/23. This time to trade vehicles. Ben & Pete are always great to look for new or used vehicles for their customers. The staff there is fantastic.Thanks Ben and Michelle for working with me to get me in a very nice new to me F150.And thanks for not being the overly aggressive, hard sell salespeople that I often run into. Just good friendly people.5 stars out of 5.
