We were having some body work done on our primary vehicle after a hail storm and Stephanie took care of all our Rental Needs. Delivery and Pickup, start to finish. Nice clean rental vehicles and she handled all the paperwork with our insurance company. 10/10 Would Recommend a rental from Smithburg Automotive!!! Thank you!

Continuing in Bob's tradition of honest repairs at fair prices. What I love is that their diagnostic skills seem to be quite good. It's really frustrating to deal with car repair people that find something wrong with your car and fix it, but it doesn't fix your problem. I can't remember that happening here.

Dave found me a 2018 Toyota Camry SE when there were no second hand cars available. They service and repair my daughter's car now after previously being ripped off in Des Moines. Friendly, honest, decent prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else in SE Iowa

Our car was leaking fluid on our way home on a road trip. Although they were busy they squeezed us in to take a look at our car since we were from out of town and just trying to make it home. Determined that would could still drive home thankfully. Great customer service and I really appreciate them helping us out. If I lived in Fairfield I would definitely use them again!

I took my car in for an oil change without an appointment and they had it done within the hour. When I got it back they had cleaned my windshield and vacuumed the floor mats. I saw them filling up the tires of other vehicles so I'm pretty sure that was done for me too. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because I found it a little expensive. Although it was worth it.

Bought a car here, pros:everything done is on time.cons:1) I saw that there is a missing wrench, owners son told me that he needs a time to find one and maybe he will get it from one of the cars that stop by in his service, I was shocked. Anyway he found it somewhere next day.2) I asked them to check my car before a long trip, they missed 2 crucial issues: one is timing belt replace time and second is rear breaks/caliper problem. I found later that it was a problem from the time I bought a car from this place, making money is OK but you should do your work better if you run a business for people.

Smithburg has been our go-to station for gas, service and used cars for many years. They provide top-notch service, and sell quality used cars. If you're looking for honest and trustworthy this is the place. Highly recommend them!

this is a good place to take your car if you want to drop it off and wait for it they will work it in the prices are very reasonable they will let you know what they have to do and how much it will cost before they do any work on your car
