These guys are THOSE guys. Those guys who get stuff done and are awesome to their customers. I called an hour before they closed whilst 3 states away and asked about a part. They immediately confirmed they had it and said it needed to be pulled first tho.20 minutes later: They have the part pulled already, have sent me actual pictures of it on hand and didn't pressure me for the sale at all. Called back the next day to confirm purchase and shipping, my part was shipped that same day and I had it in hand 3 days later. Awesome customer service guys! You've earned a loyal customer out of me

MAKE SURE THAT YOU PAY WITH CASH OR CHECK OR THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A WOPPING 4% FOR CREDIT CARDS AND WONT REFUND THE FEE IF YOU DONT EXCEPT THE PART OR RETURN IT BACK ON YOUR CARD. WHAT A RIP OFF WHEN YOU ARE PAYING OVER A GRAND AND GETTING NOTHING

These guy's are the best! they have parts for my BMW no one else seems to have at a great price, plus fast inexpensive shipping. If you own a BMW you need to call these guy's!

I've heard a lot of good things about Smith Auto this trying to do the best I can for you if you call and let them know what you want to pull the part off of you for a little bit extra don't care I've never really used them yet but what a mess around a small town like this

Locally owned and Fair. They sell NEW Batteries and they were anywhere from $45-$85 Cheaper than Any auto parts store or other retailer in Town!!
