I had an 8am appointment for service on my Flex. At 851am I received a call saying it was ready. Not only just ready but glass and mirrors had been cleaned and carpet as were vacuumed as well.Very pleased!

Thank you Emmetsburg Ford Service department. We were camping at the City campground and realized one of my brakes was metal on metal. We were planning on leaving in a few days pulling a fifth wheel camper. I called Emmetsburg Ford and talked to Brian. He said they were extremely busy but if I left the truck first thing in the morning they would try to work it in. To my surprise he called about 10:30 and said it was done.. Reasonable service rate too.

Awesome!! They came out and towed my truck and repaired it in a few hours. But what was really impressive was that they did NOT gouge my eyes out on pricing. Being from out of state most companies do in time of need. But not here. Honest, reliable and friendly caring God fearing people. I m sure they do good work at Emmetsburg Ford, but I am not a fan of their customer service. Whether I am having them work on a vehicle, or whether I wanted to buy a vehicle Whatever happened to the customer comes first ?
