This is my first time using QC Auto Plex. I was not planning on buying a car at this time. I took friend up there, to test drive a Honda Crv. Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase. He made the process seamless. He was well prepared when we arrived to pick my CRV up. He was honest and not a pushy sales person. Every car on his lot was clean and in great condition. I wouldn t hesitate to use QC Auto plex. We will use them in the future. Thanks Scott for the amazing service!

Repeat purchaser here I have purchased a Civic and an Odyssey, both from Scott. The experience was fast and easy - different from the exhausting experience I ve had purchasing at other dealerships. I'm not an experienced car buyer and some car salesmen and dealerships are not honest and play games to get you to spend the most money and their tactics can be devious. I went into this nervous about not knowing what I was doing or being taken advantage of and I just didn't want to be a dumb chump. Well, let me tell you I dealt with Scott who was absolutely incredible from the beginning. I saw a vehicle advertised on Facebook marketplace and I called the dealership where he answered immediately. He answered my questions and then sent me some additional photos over text. From then on, I was able to text with him with questions about the vehicle and he never seemed rushed or put out. Scott allowed me to take the vehicle to a mechanic in the Quad cities only for them to tell me that it was in almost perfect condition Which at that point I kind of guessed that was going to be the verdict. I looked at Kelley Blue Book value and then what Scott was selling the vehicle for and it truly was a great deal. He made the whole process extremely easy without pressure and it was such a relief. A friend of mine drove me from Iowa City to the dealership to test drive the car and get it checked out, and before we even left that afternoon, he was buying his own Honda CRV! In the beginning he was so jealous of me and the car I was buying an in the end, he had an even newer, fancier CRV and I was the jealous one. Haha These people are honest and know what they're doing and have quality cars and treat people right and they sell cars at a tremendous value. I just can't say enough good things. I highly recommend and I plan to recommend this dealership to everyone I know!

March of 2016 this place was called QC Honda & Jeep. On March 2nd I was involved in a car accident on interstate 80, totaling my car and lucky to be alive. a week later I was trying to give this new company in my hometown some honest business and was told that "The Financing network isn't set up yet and i would have to pay a $100 cash deposit to get my credit checked for financing" by the owner. I gave him $100 and was told "the store is about to close early and he will call me tomorrow."I never got called back, I called him and he avoided my calls. Next I put in a bad review, he immediately replied "the $100 bill was already in the mail and please delete this, there is no need for a nasty review", being gullible I did as he said just because I needed that $100 and hoped he would send me deposit back if I deleted it for him.. but he never did send me my money back and sort of moved on because I had to let it go.I just told this story to my wife and got mad all over again. What kind of a conman steals $100 from someone at their lowest point of their life, after falling asleep on the interstate and just being glad to be alive. He stole $100 that helped pay for one his first mortgages like some sort of gangster. The most disgusting part is that I wanted to give him my business and tens of thousands of dollars, i wanted to buy a new 2016 honda civic...but he would rather con someone he seen as vulnerable and an easy mark.

Scott was amazing to work with. He gave his honest opinion on questions I ask about a couple of different jeeps. He is so fair and made the first experience for my son easy and stress free. I would recommend him to anyone thinking of getting a Jeep or any vehicle he sales.

We were very impressed with the vehicles QC Autoplex had. We felt Scott was very honest and upfront with us about the details of the vehicle we wanted & he always ensured us that he would continue helping if any issue were to arise. Once we picked it up, the detailing was immaculate and we drove away feeling excited and very happy with his results. Best experience I have ever had with buying a vehicle! Scott was great. We got exactly the Honda van we wanted at a wonderful price. Service after the sale has been amazing. I won't go anywhere else to buy my vehicles. Scott told me when I called asking for repair advice that we were a part of the Quad City Autoplex family and he's here to help. How awesome is that? I should have posted this months ago! I had a great experience, Scott was easy to deal with, honest and didn't pressure me, patiently answered my hundred questions. He found a better finance deal than I came in with and I appreciated it! After a month of having the Honda CRV there was a issue, like any used car can have, and they bent over backwards to make it right! From getting me a loaner car so I didn't miss work, running for parts, working late to fix it, all so I could go out of town the next day as planned. I truly have had a great experience.

Had an amazing experience working with QC Autoplex. I was an out-of-state buyer with many questions and concerns about the process of buying a car out-of-state. Scott was very responsive, very transparent about the process and vehicle, and very easy to work with. I believe the price of the car was fair and they went above and beyond to get it ready to be sold and to transport it for me. Even after I had received the car, Scott followed up with me to make sure I was happy. Definite five star experience. Thank you!

Scott worked around my schedule of when I could make it there. He explained everything they do with there vehicles thoroughly. They filled the tank fully and gave us 5 free pairs of headphones to use with the entertainment system for our kids. If you are looking for a great used Honda or Jeep Wrangler go to these guys. They won t do you wrong.

Had a great experience here. Scott worked hard to get me approved for a loan, with me being 20 years old and decent credit score but low credit history and short time at my job, but still low interest! Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a Jeep

I bought a vehicle from QC Autoplex, and the experience was amazing! The sales process was super easy with zero pressure from the sales guy. When I got home with the vehicle I noticed the next day that there was a nail in the tire, I reached out and without hesitation they came and picked up the vehicle, left me a loaner, and then brought my new car back fixed within hours. I have never had a better experience with a dealership!

Buying a car 4 states away sounds daunting, but it doesn't have to be. The car turned out to be exactly as Scott described it on the phone. The price was excellent - far below what I would have paid anywhere else and I didn't have to deal with the hassle of haggling - and I got a great car! The process was very easy and not at all stressful!If you hate car buying, then definitely buy from Scott - they have integrity, are helpful, and aren't pushy. I would drive another 14 hours just to get a great car at a great price - and suggest that you do too!

My husband and I bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from here and all I can say is WOW!!!!! Scott has just left our house to fix an issue that I created. I have had this Jeep for two years and he / they still are invested in their customers!!!!! No charge for the fix by the way!!!!! If you are looking for a Jeep and customer service/support ( which this level is unheard of in these times) please shop with them!!!!! They are unbelievable!!!!!!! Scott thank you so much for today!!!!! Words cannot express my appreciation!!!!

Our family was looking for a slightly used, low mileage, Honda Odyssey to replace our 2010 Odyssey that we love. We live in Central Iowa. My wife did a bunch of online research and we soon realized that QC Autoplex was where we needed to go. They had two Odyssey s that fit our extensive needs list. We called QC Autoplex and spoke with Scott Wolfe. He was very easy to work with and we made the two hour drive over. We were really impressed with meeting Scott and test driving the two vans. The hardest decision we had was which one to get. Scott is very trustworthy and really answered all our questions. We recommend working with Scott and QC Autoplex if your looking for new ride. Now we re looking forward to make many more great family memories in our new van.

I had such a great experience with QCautoplex last summer that when I needed a second vehicle late last year I didn t hesitate to contact them and buy another suv. For someone who really doesn t like buying cars, it was actually above and beyond my expectations. Staff, service, responsiveness, no pressure selling. I d recommend them to anyone in the market for a Jeep or used vehicle!
