Loading at JD in Dubuque I noticed oil drain tube leaking on my truck. Called Terry and he said swing by he should have everything to fix it.Sure enough he had me back on the road in a short few hours. Terry is honest and fair and his team knows what they re doing.

Had an amazing first experience with Terry and Jim running my truck through 6 pulls on the dyno. Drove out there to run some files to collect data for my truck. From the girls out front to the mechanics in the shop, the entire company has a very welcoming attitude.

So very disappointed. Terry worked on our truck a couple of years ago and did a fine job. At that time 5 starts he'd receive. At this point though, after myself and several fellow truckers have had work done, we've all had to have new motors. My truck now is derating for things I don't even have on my truck. I called probably 10 times over the course of a couple months, and asked to speak with Terry about it, and about getting it in to be fixed- He Never returned any calls. Now I'm forced to take my truck somewhere else. I had a friend who recently had work done. Terry had his truck almost a month. And my friend had a horrible time getting updates. I mean come on! Take care of your customers!

Terry's is fantastic! I had some ecm work done a few months ago and they actually drove the truck and tuned it specifically to perform the best. I came back for other work today and thought I was too late in the day but he put a couple guys on it and was out of there in no time. They do great work and really know these trucks are our livelihood. I would not hesitate one bit to recommend this shop.

I changed my turbo for the 1st time on my own. I called Terry 3 times with questions. I got the turbo off drove 3 hours one way to get a new turbo from him so I could get back on the road. Got back home put the new turbo on so I could leave. (Much easier to put on) The next morning Terry called to make sure I got the turbo on. That says a lot about someone. Thank you again for your help.

By far the best money I spent. Fuel mileage up a little over 1.2mpg and torque is phenomenal. There were hills and grades that I used to have to drop 1 or 2 holes. Now, not at all. You gotta believe these guys know what they are doing. Also, ECM tune was fantastic.

I heard of these guys that they are very very good That s why I went there and they did help me the first time And they had my recommendation to my friendsThree of my friends call them to schedule appointment and they asked to speak with Tery They left numerous messages to his wife and secretary and he never called backI was so surprised and I tried myself last two months and I did spoke with his wife and his secretary and they told me so many times that he s will call me back after he s back from test driving and he never called backI am so disappointed how they can do business like this???Service: Electrical
