Kenzie is always so friendly and helpful and got us in right away when I had an unexpected flat tire to start the day. They always have loaner vehicles available so I can run errands while the vehicle is getting serviced. Mike went above and beyond by fixing my tire even after I used fix-a-flat. He saved me the cost of a new tire, knowing that I want to get a new vehicle in the near future. He didn t even charge extra for the mess and extra time required. He made our morning by showing my 4 year-old their dog Neela s tricks and letting her try them out and give her treats. A stressful morning turned into a great morning because of the caring people at Deutmeyer Auto. Thank you, again!

My husband and I were traveling on a road trip and passing through town to see Field of Dreams. We realized our engine splash shield was falling off and needed a quick repair. Wonderful location and service! Thanks to Sam for helping us out quickly and getting us back on the road in less than 20 minutes! Would recommend this place to anyone - and there was a cute dog, too! Thank you!

Great place. I had an issue with my car and they were able to get me in that day. I wasn't able to pay full price for them to fix what needed to be fixed but they set me up with snap finance and once approved I was able to get my car taken care of right away. They left me with a car just in case and the Staff was very helpful and answered any and all questions I had. Great place to get you car taken care of.

I have brought my vehicles to Deutmeyer Auto Advantage for over 20+ years and they have always taken care of my vehicles with the upmost professionalism. Mike has always kept me informed on what needs to be done up front and his son Sam is following in his footsteps. Keep up the great work guys!

Great service and care. Very friendly and easy to get into. Had a tire going flat on me repeatedly and they were able to patch it up and get me back on the road for $20. I also have them do alignments on my vehicles. Costs just over $100, but they usually provide the print out of the before and after which I like.

Very fast scheduling for my work truck and open and honest discussions about current and potential issues for my vehicle that help keep me running. From office to mechanics, everyone works together for a cohesive and quick turn around in the shop. Always recommend them for any and all makes of vehicle, even my trailer tires.

While visiting family recently, I needed some quick maintenance and went to Deutmeyer. Kenzie and the team were absolutely fantastic, including the adorable four-legged greeter. Their pricing was super affordable, which was definitely the icing on the cake.

They have always treated me like a person and have never treated me like I was dumb because I was a woman as I have had some do in the past. They work ethic is one of the best I've ever seen and they go out of their way to help you. They have taken me home even though i live 15 miles away and have came back and picked me up when my car was done. I would highly recommend Duetmeyers to anyone.

My first experience has been great. Very knowledgeable, explained everything to me. Honest about what they found and what needed to be done. Recommended what could wait. My bill was not bad at all either. I would highly recommend for anyone to check them out.

It was my 2nd time getting service here and it was a wonderful experience again! Everyone from the front desk to the team in the shop were extremely nice and courteous! I will definitely be making this place my go to for all of my vehicles needs!

After the blizzard we had in early January, I went to warm my truck up and it was blowing cold air so I called in and Deutmeyer s was able to get my vehicle in right away to take a look at what was wrong and get it fixed that day. I didn t expect it to get fixed that day but they got it done and really appreciated it. They do really great work!

My check engine light came on, they did a quick check to make sure it was nothing serious and set up an appointment for the next day. The light went out, they still took it in and checked it out. Always quick and dependable for service on all our vehicles. Also proactive letting you know if upcoming recomended service needed. Offering a loner car or pick up/drop off service makes it convenient as well.

The engine light on my truck was on for over a year. My automatic start wouldn t work because of that. I wanted to use it this year because it s my work truck and it sits outside. They figured it out and I am extremely grateful for that.

I was experiencing issues with my vehicle and called Duetmeyer 45mins before closing. I was able to swing in and leave my vehicle and use a loaner of theirs. They called me the next day and had mine ready to go! Hands down the most convenient, fast, and friendly place I've been to! I will recommend them to anyone!

What a wonderful place to bring your vehicle! Kinzie is very good at communicating what is going on and providing a reasonable repair date. Offering a service vehicle saved me from having to arrange rides or cancel appointments. The way they do their price estimates prepares you for the worst case scenario, which is incredibly helpful if you are on a budget. 5 stars for sure. My son was playing in a baseball tournament in Dyersville, it was the end of the day on a Friday and they were willing to help me with the air conditioning going out in my 2018 Tahoe. A lot of their staff was leaving for the day/weekend. They kindly diagnosed the problem and most importantly, gave me great advisement on what to do. Truly great people. Very satisfied. In the end, they did save me a ton of $. Very true to their customer.

Great place! Got work done for the first time on my Range Rover and they did absolutely amazing! Right on time when they said they would be done and called back to let me know when it was finished. Got a nice $10 gift card as well. Really happy with my experience and will return and definitely recommend.

JR and I have being dealing with Deutmeyer Auto Advantage for a few years and have never been disappointed in anything that they have done on our vehicles. I really like the fact that they don't treat a woman like she was stupid when she takes the vehicle in and tries to tell them what is happening. They listen and then they take care of it. Would not take my vehicles anywhere else.
