I called to set up an appointment to have the brakes fixed on my 5th wheel camper, and I dropped it off the next day. The people at Auto Tech got right on it and I picked it up the following day! Very reasonable price and quality workmanship. Thanks guys breaks work great!

We were traveling And had mechanical failures on our fifth wheel. Auto TechCouldn't have treated us better.Cliff came out on Sunday morning and got it so that we could drive it to the shop. Both cliff and larry explained everything to us and ordered parts. We were able to stay in there parking lot for 3nights awaiting parts. If there was ever a good place to break down, this

Very professional place starting with the office personnel. Brought my 2023 f450 in for service. They did not carry the oil that I use but they promptly sent someone to get my requested oil. 30 minutes tops for the whole process, including someone having to go get the oil. A plus customer service.

This review is for my fiance Daniel. He accidentally locked his keys in his truck on his lunch break at work and I checked our insurance with Progressive and did a roadside assistance for a lock out and Progressive sent Auto Tech, Daniel stated, "Auto Tech did great and were fast at getting to my job to help me out."Definitely not disappointed, happy Progressive sent Auto Tech to assist!

Professional and honest best describes Auto Tech.As a mechanic it is a challenge to find somewhere to meet my expectations for doing what is right, and auto tech has definitely met all of my expectations, they responded to my needs within an hour, I took the car into them and Levi took the time required to explain what needed to be done and why, and the expense with a clear understanding of any variables in time in cost. As a mechanic usually a repair shop has a lot of gray area(customer trust), Levi was redefining my expectations with Clear black and white communication. to be truthfully honest, this experience was probably the first time I ve ever dropped my car off with complete confidence they had my best interest in heart. Kudos to Levi and the team!

My vehicle broke down near Dyersville during the snow storm a couple weeks ago and I called Autotech to help. Within 40 mins I had it towed to their shop. The car ended up having major issues so I didn t repair it, but Cliff and everyone I talked to were super patient with me with looking up prices for different options as I was considering what to do. I ended up having it towed home to part out. I can say its rare to receive such good customer service from an auto tech company. 5 stars and highly recommend!!Service: Car towing

Jen made sure to let me know where my car was scheduled to be towed to the exact address, then proceeded to tell me it was not in any of her three systems and that she could not find it. But she knew where it was being towed to? Auto tech canceled my roadside assistance multiple times and told me the trip to Dubuque was not worth their time while wasting mine. Not worth the headache or lack of honesty.Service: Car towing

If you live near Dyersville and need a professional and honest repair shop, this is your place. 7/28 we were traveling from Wisconsin to St Louis and suffered a complete engine failure. Since we were in a Volvo, AAA said that Auto Tech would be the best place for us to go due to their broad knowledge of all makes and models of cars.Due to this breakdown and time constraints we were naturally very anxious. The entire staff could not have been nicer or more professional. It was in the afternoon when we arrived and it was known that they close at 5:00 pm. We were put at ease and after the diagnosis was complete an employee was sent for a 90 minute round trip to get the needed part. A loaner car was provided so we could get lunch and directions to the Field of Dreams film site were given as well. We were able to eat and visit that site in the car they loaned us.When the repair was completed, the price was very reasonable. We were in a position that some shops could have inflated the repair cost, but Auto Tech did not!This is an example of how a business should be operated. Autotech was so wonderful to work with! I was able to use their rental car to get to and from work, and my car was done in a day. They messaged me about what my car was diagnosed with, pricing of parts and labor, and gave me the option to proceed with the repair. Pulling our trailer back to DSM and we got a flat tire. We tried to change it out ourselves but it wasn t budging. Farley PD officer stopped to help and was so kind to call it in for us. The young man from auto tech came really fast and had us up and running and back on the road in no time. Great job Cam . Very speedy and efficient service and friendly. Thanks again!!!Service: Tires

These guys are great. Had an incident with my car and no idea whatsoever how to go about it. Auto Tech made it seem-less. I work in town and the owner himself hand delivered the car, just to make sure all was right. No matter if you are in the Dubuque/Dyersville area or a little further away, support this local shop. They will get your unfortunate surprise shining like new again.

I would highly recommend Auto Tech for any of your car repair needs whether it's a simple oil change or major body work done from an accident or if you need a tow! I've had all of these done and it's all done right and at affordable prices! They tell you your options and work with your insurance company to get you back on the road as soon as possible! I was just there because recently someone put a scratch down the passenger side of my car and Levi got it almost all completely buffed out and you can't even notice it anymore. I thought the worst and thought I was going to have to repaint the whole passenger side of the car, but it looks like new with no paint needed! Thanks for the awesome job Auto Tech, Larry, Jen, Angela, Levi, Zach, Cliff, and everyone else in the shop!

The people at Auto Tech are really nice and the work they do is good. However, they are really outrageously expensive. They also don t conferme what they want to do with you before they do it. They went ahead and just put a part on my car without my aparoval witch cought me off gard because of other experiences I ve had. I also thought I could trust them driving my new car from where I work to the shop for them to look at it. After looking at my phone I found out that they drove 81 mph in a 65 with my car and that is what really made me upset. There was no reason to be going that fast in someone else s car. Once I got into my car after work that day I found black marks on my floor mat, it was eather dirt, greese, or oil. I also just deep cleaned my whole car top to bottom the weekend before. On my last car I had before this one they got it fixed for me and I know the problem was giving them truble, however when I got in the interior was all dinged up in the dash and on the center council from them working on it and their was greese all over everything. I will not be going back. Do not recommend.Service: Air conditioning

These guys (and gals) are truly WONDERFUL! I cannot say enough good things about them! Levi set up a wrecker for me quickly, Larry came to my rescue in Cedar Rapids with a loaner and made the day so much better than it would have been. And Jenn, you are absolutely an amazing person as well! Thank you all for everything you did for me, you all made a bad situation so much easier for me. I live in Waterloo, but Auto Tech will always be my 1st recommendation to anyone that needs automotive assistance! Truly grateful, and most highly recommended! Thanks so much!!

First I ll say Laura was very nice to work with however this place is VERY overpriced! Very very expensive. An example is the towing right there in town for my daughter s car cost double what I paid this summer to be towed from the highway on a Saturday night by Cedar Falls. All kinds of things wrong with the car. And extremely expensive. I would explore other options or be prepared to take out a second mortgage on your house.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Car towing

Auto Tech provides top notch service. They do excellent work and are very accommodating, professional & courteous! I had a little incident with my car that wasn't my fault. They took care of it in a couple of days and gave me a rental car in the meantime. I will recommend Auto Tech to everyone that needs body work, tow, etc.

I was broken down on the highway after vacation and AAA used this company as the towing company for my Jeep. Cliff showed up shortly after he called me to confirm my location and destination. He was helpful once he arrived and gave me some advice regarding what may have caused the breakdown (turns out he was right). I recommend them if you ever need a tow.

Blew a tire on my car trailer on Hwy 20. Without a spare and a long way from home I was contemplating my fate. After a call to Auto Tech I was back on the road in no time. Excellent service at a fair price!!! Thanks again!

The owner, owners son, and several employees all went well beyond what I expected, and did everything they could to accommodate me.Cliff was especially generous. He drove over two hours well into the night, simply because I had a problem I could not solve and he was very willing to help. My only complaint was that he wouldn't let me buy him even a snack.God bless you all for the work that you do, and your attitudes while doing it.

The folks out at Auto Tech are timely, upfront and very clear about what happens with your vehicle when it is in their care. I hit a deer and they fixed my car up to look better than new! I recently had a vehicle towed to auto tech. Unfortunately it was beyond what we wanted to spend for repair since it was basically a work vehicle. Angela at the front desk was extremely helpful along with a female employee who helped me figure out our towing insurance. They were also nice enough to let me keep my vehicle there while I figured out whether to sell or scrap it. I would highly recommend auto tech! They made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with! :)

AAA sent them to rescue me when I had a tire go flat near Greeley. The driver arrived promptly, even sooner than estimated, and within minutes I was on my way! Wonderful, professional young man took care of my predicament.

They do all my alignments and the paint less dent removal service is fantastic. They have been very helpful pointing me in the direction of services while restoring my pickup truck.

I would highly recommend any person to select Auto Tech for their service work. My daughter got a flat tire at 3:30 am on her way home from working and the technician was kind enough to tow her back to his shop and change the tire out with her spare and send her on her way. THANK YOU!!

Absolutely thrilled with the work Levi did on our expedition after hitting a deer!!! So far so good had 2 of my vehicles in the shop a few times now. Very nice clean shop, very accommodating with appointment times. Hopefully this will continue to be my goto shop.
