Highly recommend Riley Subaru and it was well worth the hour and 1/2 drive doing business with this team. Shout out to Tyler in sales for being patient, kind and genuinely interested in working with me to get exactly what I wanted in a new vehicle and to Taylor in finance, making this process clear and easy to get through. I was dreading buying a new car but you guys were efficient, transparent, knowledgeable and made the process a breeze. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about Rick Megonigle. He spent a very long time going over things on the car as well as how to get voice activation for blue tooth calling. I have had the car on lease for three and a half years and should have figured it out myself. I am 75 years old and don't always get things set up correctly. Rick treated me like one of my loving grandkids would. It was a great experience to have him go through so many things. He could not say enough good about what a great car I have in my Forester Subaru. I would also like to say Rich was very good at handling the paper work on my purchase. I recently purchased a used Subaru here and the entire process was efficient and honestly enjoyable which is very rare at a car dealership. Tyler in Sales and Taylor in financing were fantastic and I really appreciate the way this dealership does business. Highly recommend.

What an amazing car dealership. We drove 1400 miles to drop our son and his car off for college, went looking for the Mazda dealership only to find it gone. Went inside Riley Subaru and started asking questions which Matthew and Rick replied they could not do the service work on the Mazda and the closest dealer was 2 hours away. So Matthew took our son and us onto the lot and started going over the cars, while Rick was accessing the Mazda, we found a car he wanted the Impreza RS, but we had a move in time and a hectic schedule so we had to go but this dealership knew we wanted the car, ran all the figures, had paperwork waiting for us in one of our hour gaps and we left with the car after Matthew helped my wife move everything out of the old one while we were signing paperwork. I'm from the south where hospitality is key and this dealership made my son's first car purchase amazing making him feel welcomed and accepted. Great Job to this staff. Matthew thank you for looking out for our son and taking time to ensure he gets what he needs.

Hands down one of the best dealerships around. My wife and I had been looking for a certain vehicle with very particular features. Upon speaking with the Riley sales team, (and when I say team, I mean team.) They stated they would do their best to find what we wanted. Within a day or two they had found what we wanted. After a brief wait for a dealer trade, my wife and I had the exact vehicle we wanted. I don't believe that this would have been possible without "the team." I also want to add a quick note about the Riley Parts dept. Our family has had many subaru's over the years. Ryan in the parts Dept. is one of the best! I would go as far as to say "The best parts guy west of the Mississippi." From having stock on hand when parts/supplies were hard to find. Or having a recommendation to solve a problem that others could not. Ryan played a huge part for us buying a new car at Riley's. Just wanted to say "Thanks" to all that were involved.

I was in a car accident where I was t-boned and my car flipped. I walked away with no physical injuries. I am currently in my 5th Subaru and will not buy anything else!! Maggie was super helpful and made the car buying experience fun and easy

I reached out a few weeks before I was ready to buy and the salesmen Tommy reached out within minutes after I inquired about a used subaru. Kept me informed on the cars that sold in that time but the one I wanted was still there. I test drove it on a Saturday right before they closed and they took care of the paper work and financing that Monday. I worked with John in financing and he made it all happen at a price I was happy with. Rileys not only has the largest of new and used subarus in the area, but the best reputation as well. Subaru has brand loyalty and Rileys has customer loyalty, I will buy my future subarus from them! Thank you Tommy and John for making this an easy buying experience!

We traveled 2 1/2 hours one way to look at cars at this dealership because of the excellent online service before meeting anyone from the dealership. They had initially done a walk around video of an older car for us that we ended up not purchasing, and spent a few hours answering questions, showing us repair and service records, and helping us thoroughly understand the current condition of the used vehicle that we did buy. They went out of their way to find answers to the questions they didn t have the immediate answer to. The dealership was fair and honest in their transactions, prompt in follow up service and paperwork, and even drove the purchased add-ons to us personally when they arrived. We appreciated the overall experience with the salesman and the rest of the team, and would highly recommend them in the future.

Great salesmen, but I think they could do a better job showing you all the best features that Subaru vehicles has to offer. Most of what happened was me asking questions and getting responses, the things that were said was engine specs, but I was more interested in the interior and add-ons. Although, the support after the purchase has been great!!

The cars are fairly priced and there are no hassles. Everyone is friendly and service oriented. The service for your car is great they're fast and knowledgeable. I would go to them first for any vehicle needs.

Riley Subaru Service Department is wonderful. The people at the service desk are professional and knowledgeable. They explain what needs to be done and always the technicians strive to complete any repairs or maintenance in a timely manner. However, the best part of Riley Subaru is waiting in the customer courtesy area and being able to pet the great dogs that are always wandering around.

Riley Subaru answered my inquiry quickly. My wife and I had time off work and they met with us during that time to hear what we were looking for in our car search. We felt Riley patiently listened to our thoughts and helped us discern which Subaru would fit our needs and desires. Staff at Riley were courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They are very diligent in attempting to follow up with us to gain insight to our experience, which seems to express their diligence in taking care of their customers needs in the future. So far, we are happy with Riley! We feel that this is part of the reliability of Subaru through the whole process and know our vehicle will be dependable and safe. Thanks Riley!

I don't have the words enough to express how grateful and thankful I am that I found this dealership after I moved out here. To say the staff was wonderful to me would be an understatement. Such great people. Great atmosphere to wait for service. And the dogs made my day! highly recommend!!! Would definitely buy my next car here, and will continue getting my car serviced here!!!

Riley's Rocks! Just purchased my 3rd Subaru from Riley's. I could not be happier. This is the easiest, no pressure place to shop for a vehicle. Danny Thumser is the "man" in salesman. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and a super nice guy. I couldn't imagine buying a car from anybody else. Shout-out to Ken in service. Always friendly, always helpful.

We had a great experience buying our new Forester at Riley Subaru. Our salesman was Rick Petitgout. He did a fantastic job helping us through every step of our long distance car purchase. When we picked up our new Forester, Rick had everything ready to sign. Rick showed us all the features on the vehicle, instead of us just reading it. A very organized, clean, and friendly dealership. My experience at Riley s was great. I went out to look at different Foresters multiple times, each time Danny was patient and very professional with answering my questions. I fell in love with a car but I would not be able to get to pick it up and finalized until the following week. They allowed me to put a deposit down to hold the car. It made the process less stressful knowing that the car was going to be waiting for me.During the finalization process, they walked me through each step. Explaining in detail what was worth the extra money and what may not be entirely necessary based on my age, how I would be driving, etc.. it may not seem like a big deal but having someone that is willing to be honest (and not focused on the sale amount) when going through all the different add-ons made me feel comfortable during my first car buying process.What made it even better is that after I had signed my loan documents, they noticed a different bank gave me a slightly better interest rate and called me immediately to give me the option to change to that bank to save some money.They made my first time buying a car exciting and stress free. I highly recommend

Would absolutely suggest purchasing a vehicle from Riley. Above and beyond customer service when it came to sales and financing. From the initial contact (on a holiday evening) to driving the vehicle home everything was straight forward and covered in depth. For those not wanting to spend an entire day at a dealer I will tell you 90% of my purchase was covered online. The only reason I spent as much time as I did at the dealer on the purchase day was because of the complete detail that was covered when it came to all the features on my outback. Of the 5 new cars I have purchased in my life this was far and away the best complete experience I have had with a dealership. When it comes to the next new car I buy (or when I suggest a dealer to friends who love my outback) Riley is who I suggest.
