The wonderful transmission team at Precision Transmission repaired my van's transmission in December 2020. They were professional and very helpful. After diagnosing the problem, they called with the diagnosis and gave me two choices on how to repair it - either replace the part that is not working or have them try to repair it.My husband and I chose to replace the faulty part. The part took a few days to come because it had to be ordered from the manufacturer. At this point we were given a quote on how much labor and parts would cost us.The install took longer than anticipated, but the guys at Precision Transmission stood by their original quote. My van runs better than ever and switches between the different gears better than ever as well!I highly recommend going to Presicion Transmission for any transmission repairs you may have.

Luke and his guys at precision are the best in the business. They are knowledgeable beyond belief, honest, and very thorough and caring about your repair. They always go the extra mile to help you. Dont look any further for transmission repairs, just call precision!

I also broke down on my way through town. First went to ProCare Automotive who referred me to Luke at Precision when it looked like transmission work needed. Luke and his staff accommodated me above and beyond. Great service and great attitudes at both ProCare and Precision Transmission!! Thanks for getting me on my way and for the reasonable charges! So glad I found you guys! $500 + fix turned into $165.00 because of their attention to detail.

Dustin didn't want to take my name or phone #, told me to just drop off my vehicle, knowing it needed to be towed there. Found another shop that was more than happy to take my information so they can communicate what repairs are needed and prices. Great job Dustin losing thousands of dollars for the shop that employs you! Worst part? A & B auto referred me.

I brought my wife's car to this crew knowing the sway bar was broken and because there was a rattling noise coming from the engine compartment when the car was at a stop in gear. It turns out a motor mount was broken. Both the sway bar and the engine mount were exchanged in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. I will be bringing more of my maintenance repairs to this shop.

The transmission rebuild was done corectly as promised, but in doing that they damaged a brake sensor. We had to pay for the part even though they damaged it. They also don't take checks and charge 3% more if you use a credit or debt card. This wasn't disclosed until I went to pick up the car.

Got my transmission worked on here. It was a fast, friendly service. They did a good job in a short period of time. Very happy with Luke and Dustin's work.

Though I hate that I needed a new transmission, Luke and his team have been wonderful to work with. They identified the problem, made recommendations and have stood by their work completely. Very pleased!

Disrespectful people.Don't know if they know anythingHad Trans rebuilt a few weeks after that got done and it was worst.LiersHow r they in business.Wonder if they know how to change oil correctly
