How do you fix dog paw scratches on a car door? Go to Miracle Car Wash. A too friendly dog decided to put her paws up on my truck and say hi through the window. She left scratches on the door when her mom grabbed her away, visible scratches from at least 8 nails. What to do? Go to Miracle Car Wash. Luke assessed the damage and took my truck for just minutes. Success! Looks wonderful! No more scratches! Thanks Luke and Miracle Car Wash!

I had an issue with my last visit with the interior cleaning. It was just as dirty coming out as it was going in. So I decided to give it another shot as per my review from the last visit. Found that nothing has been resolved. Car still came out spotty floor Matt's dirty and dash dusty. Too expensive for such poor service

Just finished a $30 Rainex special inside and outside cleaning. 30 mile drive there and back and now I get to clean the interior myself.

I had an issue with my truck that I created. Took it over to miracle on holiday drive and they greeted me right away, explained the issue and fixed it for me promptly. I will continue to take my vehicles over here as they are fast, friendly and very efficient. They always treat me well.

Miracle car wash is the best, I checked around at other car washes and thought maybe some one has something better to offer, and I haven't found any that I like as good as Miracle !!

As a tourist, it was very unclear on instructions on how to get into the car wash, left wheel apparently should be align through a small gap, as there was no guidance on where to safely position the car wheels when entering car wash area all I got was rude impatient teenagers expecting a tourist who has never visited this car wash before to know their procedures. Never had I ever in all the countries I've visited had such an issue.

$14.74 for a full service is pretty good, especially since it took just 5 minutes! My car is shiny inside and out They have a whole crew of super friendly people, which to those like myself who don t know what s going on is very helpful. My only complaint is that my windows are now super foggy inside.

I used to love coming here, but I've taken my grad new 2023 Honda Civic twice in the last 3 months, and something went wrong both times. First time, the guys completely ignored me when I was pulling into the garage. They would not lead me onto the tracks, just stood there and watched me do it on my own, and I heard a loud, sharp grinding sound, so I stopped. They got annoyed when I stopped and kept waving me forward. I pulled over outside after this, and couldn't SEE any damage to my car, but that grinding sound came from SOMETHING. I just went again today, and I'm not sure I'll be back. I have never had issues with my car's radio. Its 3 months old, brand new. I they call me back to my car after the full service wash, and the sound from the speakers was completely glitching out. I pulled over outside, and the issue only resolved after I turned off my car and started it back up. Hopefully my radio/speakers are fine, but if it happens again, Miracle will be getting a call. Also, today, I swear they didn't even wipe down my dashboard/touch screen. I got back in and it was still super dusty and still had fingerprints. I had to wipe it down myself when I got home.I'm giving 2 stars instead of one because at least the machine wash cleaned the outside of my car. Super unimpressed. This used to be my go-to car wash. I don't think so anymore.

My car exterior always looks great! The interior cleaning looks a bit rushed. They never vacuum my back end, and interior windows have been kind of streaky. Besides those things, love the scent disks and shiny exterior that keep my car looking great�

Great service! Talked to Jesse and he swept out the bed of my truck and then power washed it before I ran the truck through. Normally they don't do this service but out of the kindness of his heart he did an excellent job for free. I highly recommend this particular car wash out of all the other options in the Dubuque area.

Paid for the Ultimate wash, worst my car ever came back. Top 2 inches of windows not cleaned at all, floors were vacuumed, not the seats and a barley could see dusting of the radio area. Everything else same dirt I came in with. Manager told me on the phone to come back and said anything other than wiping over the steering column is by request only. A 30 dollar price shouldn t require the interior cleaned by request. My car has been cleaned far better than this getting the basic wash without request. Didn t waste my time returning, wasted 35 dollars though. Will not be returning to this business.

Good place to get a very good car wash. Vehicles are expensive, why wouldn't you want to keep them clean. I frequently take my pickup there. It'll be 9 years old later on this year and it still looks like it's brand spanking new.

My husband took my car in to get detailed but he was going to be going out of town and did not know if he would be back before they closed to pick the car up. So we called the day before just to make sure it would be ok to pay when the car was dropped off and just have them lock the key inside. They said it wouldn't be a problem. So the next day he took my car in, paid for the detail and reminded them that he was going out of town and to lock the key in the car. The detail department ended up closing at 1 that day because of rain. My husband did not get back to town until 5:30. When he went to get my car it was still running with the heat up as high as it could go and the doors were unlocked. So we know it sat there running for at least 4 1/2 hours but it was probably longer. We understand that the point of having the heat on is to help dry the carpet and seats but the car should have been shut off and locked.When my husband spoke with a manager about it, he blew it off. When it was mentioned that my car could have been stolen, the response was oh well, that is how we do it and a car has never been stolen before. We will never do business here again.Service: Auto detailing

Can't say enough good stuff about these guys! The manger was super helpful and the whole staff was incredibly friendly and did an amazing job. I have two dogs and live on a farm down a gravel road, so my vehicles get quite a bit of wear - I couldn't believe how new my car was looking after they were done with it!

Although there are alot of folks working on my car it's worth the money, fast, smells good and it's a big improvement then I can do, I wish they would wipe down my dash face better, I know they wipe the dash on top but my controls are not dusted, thats my only complaint but I go there a couple times a month all year

This place is a little more expensive than other car washes I've been to, but the service you recieve is worth it. I get the rain x wash ($35) but for that money they hand washed before I went through the tunnel ( so really your vehicle gets washed twice). After the tunnel I was directed to pull into the garage area where they converged on my vehicle and dried it and dressed the tires, wiped and vacuumed the inside and sprayed an air freshener in it while I went I to the waiting room and paid. I was only in the waiting room for 5 to 10 minutes and they were done. Friendly staff and excellent work.

Last year I had a complete detail inside and outside. The day after it was done I dripped vanilla ice cream on my seat and started cleaning it up with a wet cloth and the cloth was filthy from the seat. I was shocked and mad. I wound up steam cleaning all of the seats myself and vowed never to go there again. I got a gift certificate this past Christmas for the same again so had to use it. Picked up my car Monday afternoon and the outside was good. When I put the floor mats back in I noticed places on the interior trim that hadn t been cleaned, the carpet had some dirt left behind and the windshield was dirty inside and the outside of the windshield still had wax dust all over it! They do not care what kind of a job they do! I m done with them. Their car wash service is poor too. I ll find someplace that values my business in the future. No more chances for them!Service: Auto detailing

Pretty terrible job on the inside. Go to one of the other places around there if you want your inside actually vacuumed and wiped down. Back of seats not wiped down dash not wiped down.

This used top be the local standard for a good carwash at a reasonable price. The prices have gone up and the quality of the cleaning has steadily gone down. During my last visit I immediately noticed that my dash and center console were not wiped down and had to return to get it done. I was told that the policy now is not to wipe down touch screens or controls because they had too many complaints about changed settings. While that may be, I don't understand why they did such a poor job on the few areas they did wipe (skipped huge areas) and also didn't do stead which obviously don't have touch controls, like my console/shifter areas. Plus, why am I paying more for less service? After I got home, and opened the other 3 doors of the car, I quickly discovered that the door openings and sill plates were very poorly wiped, with obviously large areas missed, and there was also a large smudged/dirty streak down the passenger's side where a dirty towel was clearly used. I definitely won't be returning and can't recommend any more.

I came in because of a stain in my trunk that I was worried wouldnt come out. When I called the people on the phone were extremely nice and they got me in asap. When I came in the staff was very friendly and they got the stain out within 15 minutes and ended up charging me nothing. I get my car washed here all the time and I will definitely continue to come back in the futureService: Auto detailing

Friendly, nice and locally owned! Unfortunately they don't have a touchless automatic machine. If someone with a very dirty/gravel covered vehicle comes in before you, your vehicle can be scratched. Other than that I would give five stars.

Paid $30 to get the inside cleaned. They only touched the floor mats. Literally nothing else except wiping down the dashboard. The cleaning lasted 5 mins, very little time spent compared to other places that are more thorough. Miracle Car Wash is bar none, the worst experience I have had with a business/service. The employees were very rude to me. I did not wait around for the vacuum because I was so angry by the time the outside wash was done. I will never use this business again or recommend it to friends.
