Yesterday we stopped in at McGrath Harley Davidson in Dubuque to get a poker chip and pin. We collect them from places we ve traveled on our bikes. We traveled through here last year, but my husband Ralph Koch , Hr., didn t want to stop. So, we are visiting our kids, JR and Sarah Bellamy for Easter, and Sarah took us to the Harley shop while we were out shopping. As soon as we walked in, my husband fell in love with the tobacco fade ultra limited. After Taco answered all of our questions we ended up trading in my husbands 2020 ultra limited. We really enjoyed the experience. They included all three of us in the negotiations, which was very helpful because collectively we made sure we got everything we wanted on the trade. They even agreed to come to Ohio and pick up the trade and drop off the new bike. We enjoyed drawing a card for a hand in poker at each department in the store, getting to choose our favorite song, ringing the bell, and getting a picture with the bike and all three of us. My favorite touch was a personal hug from Josh Connelly! That really shows sincerity. See felt like family. We really enjoyed our time there, and will definitely come back when it s time for me to trade my bike up.

Absolutely an amazing experience! Such a great atmosphere and people. Smiled or laughed the entire time. Most definitely a place to make you feel like family. Thanks Taco for playing the song to mess with Dalton!!! The kids absolutely love it. Definitely a memory for the books.

Thank you very much for an enjoyable buying experience. I really appreciate the friendly and professional staff that made purchasing a bike a very pleasant experience. I never felt pressured. I was looking to buy a new bike and, your staff included my wife and daughter in the transaction making us feel like family. We will definitely stop in and say hello this year on our travels.

I reached out to a couple different dealers trying to find a very specific bike. I only wanted the black/black scheme in the road glide or street glide. After several failed attempts, Josh was able to get me the deal that best suit mine and my wife s needs and got the ride I wanted in the payment I wanted. He was transparent through the whole process and I appreciated everyone s efforts involved. The transparency from start to finish was very important to me, and ultimately they will get my business going forward. Thank you again!

I had a great experience working with Taco in sales, Ian in the Business Office, Nathan in Parts and Ben in Service when buying my new bike!! It was a lot of fun and the team knew exactly how to make the day in buying my bike special! Team at Dubuque Harley are Awesome! I would recommend them hands-down!!

Bought my first motorcycle ever. Had the best experience. Staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend to stop by if you're thinking about buying a motorcycle. They don't pressure you at all, they make you feel at ease and relaxed. Will definitely buy again from Harley Davidson.

We went out there because they had a swap meet going on. They had free food BBQ pork and hot dogs. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Sorry I didn't get any pictures.

Man where do I start !! First off been to many dealerships by far never like this one made me feel like part of the family ! Didn t by a bike but our friends did ! My guy TACO was the best and all the girls behind the register too! thanks for the great hospitality definitely will be back when I decide on buying my next bike

The people here really make you feel like part of the family, we got a very fair trade for our old bikes and absolutely love our new bike. Every department is so helpful and knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have. Very very happy with this buying experience!

The crew at Dubuque Harley Davidson was amazing! I had a problem with my trike, and they got me in immediately and diagnosed the problem and had the part in stock and got me back on the road in no time!! Totally the way customer service should be! Other dealers should take note!! I m very satisfied with them and highly recommend them!! Thanks again!!!!

A special thank you.to (Adam.d.j) for servicing my motorcycle and thank you to the mechanic that worked my bike . I am sorry I did not get his name. I have a very hard time bringing in my motorcycle to harley dealerships because of past problems. All I can say .thank you for respecting property .

Really good place, nice people. I did feel like since our bike was already picked out online, we were sorta brushed off by some of the sales people as a "done deal", but all in all, great dealership. We traveled a long way and we weren't disappointed. They also took the time to transfer the bike we wanted from their sister location which saved us hours of drive time.
