Absolutely the BEST company we have had the privilege of working with in a long time! Can't recommend them enough!! Jessy is incredibly helpful and provided timely updates. It always sucks to break down and need a tow, but these guys took a little bit of pain out of the whole experience. Reasonable rates, excellent service and communication.

Recommended by Toys Done Right; I called to schedule a pickup that would be having an insurance adjuster inspection upon removal. The staff (woman, name I can t remember) was courteous and more than helpful. Flexible with pickup time if needed but I requested asap and they were here in <20mins to DT area.

The crew at McCanns/ Tegeler s did a FANTASTIC job towing my SUV from an accident. The highlight of the awful afternoon was having Chris show up, ensure our safety and take good care of our vehicle. To top it all off, Chris offered (I didn t even have to ask) to drop me off at my wife s office so that she could take me back to work. I m certain he had better things to do and it was much appreciated. My highest recommendation.Service: Car towing

Best Service EVER! We were stranded from out of town and needed to get our car towed to the Chevy Dealership in IL. Don't remember our drivers name but it was on Sunday July 2nd. He came and got us from the side of the rode, delivered our car to the dealer, AND gave us a ride to the airport to catch our flight!!! What great service....we will never forget!

My transmission blew and my vehicle wouldn't stop smoking under the hood. After 15 mins of smoke bellowing out of my engine I called McCanns, knowing they weren't open for repairs but had 24 hour towing and a really nice guy instructed me to call the fire department just in case. Thanks to this amazing man, my vehicle didn't burst into flames!

I couldn t have asked for better service or kinder people. We broke down on the side of the road with our 5th wheel and Towtruck Charlie and his team absolutely rescued us. The gave us a place to stay overnight as our truck was totally disabled. They offered to help in any way they could and were more than kind. If you need a tow for anything - and they can handle anything - these are the people to call.

We called in as we were coming into town at 5:00 on a Sunday evening with the engine running very roughly. Their technician found a loose connection, got us back on the road right away and didn't even charge us! We did get gas and food but still owe a debt of gratitude.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Very reasonable price and honest. My son was over 2 hours from home, Mr McCann was at his car within 10 mins, found problem, & did a temporary repair so he could get it back home.

The dealer said tow it in and we'll look at it. McCann said disconnect and reconnect the battery and it will start. No charge. I love these guys!!!

Really love mccanns they're helpful they're reasonable they came when I broke down on the highway and help me tow truck drivers are very friendly and very knowledgeable love them
