Came in and needed some air in my tires, called multiple different shops and they said they wouldn t do it. Without hesitation these kind folks aired up my tires and wouldn t even accept a tip from me. I know it s a small thing but it helped me a ton. Very appreciative of their services, and would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Went to J s on a referral from another tech. I thought they only worked on hot rod trucks. Took my car there for an exhaust leak. I had an appointment and they got me in on time. Had my car fixed very fast and didn t suggest unnecessary repairs and services. Charged me a reasonable fee for the service and were very friendly.Will definitely go back for additional service.

Had J's do work on a couple of my trucks. This last visit was to install a Westcott Designs level lift kit. They had my truck for half a day, and did a great job. They also did the nessaccary work to keep the 35s from rubbing. Thanks guys!

I wouldn't take my car anywhere but here. Reasonably priced. They won't sell you something you don't need. If you're a woman, go there. They won't make you feel like you're being tricked into repairs.

Had custom exhaust done to my 1986 f150. Absolutely the most professional work I ve ever seen, they are busy and my appointment was 2 weeks out but their quality was absolutely worth it. I cannot recommend them enough.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

When I bought my most recent vehicle, I got it from scummy dealers that thrived on screwing over their customers with overpriced time bombs they call automobiles. However, for the past 2 years, Jeremy and his staff have taken care of nearly every single issue that has come up with my car with incredible service speed and accuracy. They will be 100% honest and clear about what's going on, how long a job will take, what it will cost, etc. This business is extremely professional, experienced, and reliable. I will never take my vehicles anywhere but here.

Definitely the best experience I've ever had having work done to any vehicle I've owned. Jeremy and his guys did a great job on the upgrades to my diesel truck and went way above and beyond to help me out. I highly recommend them for anyone wanting work done!

5 stars. Had to get some used tires put on my truck, they were put on for a super fair price, I scheduled an appointment for Friday, Saturday morning I woke up with a flat tire.. I called the shop and despite them being very busy they told me to bring in my truck so they could look at the tire, Apparently there was a pre-existing hole in the tire. They patched it and was free of charge. I highly recommend them, I will definitely be going back, for certain mechanical things I can t or do not want to do. I m glad I found an honest, guarantees their work type of mechanic shop.

Extremely professional!! I needed wheels and tires then snowballed into bumpers, air filters, fuel filters, train horns and airlift auto compressor. Js performance headed by Jeremy did everything I asked!! And when I provided an incomplete bumper they were extremely quick to recover the missing parts and complete the project on time!! After my inspections at home of all their hard work and pride, I am very impressed by the good job they have done!! Well done guys!!

Took son's newly purchased truck here to have somebody's attempted performance tuning removed and returned to factory tuning. They were ready at the appointment time and did a quick efficient job. Truck now runs great. Very good experience.

These guys WILL take care of you in a timely manner and at an UNBEATABLE price. Got my turbos replaced and exhaust work done. And had a few things replaced for free. AMAZING service. And honest people

What stands out to me when I reflect on the service I was provided at J s Performance off of Cedar Cross Road in Dubuque:- Knowledgeable employees who will make recommendations based on what will provide the best performance out of your vehicle, not what is simply the most expensive.- Highly-trained and efficient staff members who will get the job done correctly the first time and will have you blown away by how your vehicle looks and runs after work is completed.- The guys here will maximize the money you are willing to spend. You can walk in with a basic vehicle and leave with one of the sharpest cars/trucks in the city and you do not have to withdraw from your life savings to do so.- The crew here gets the job done quickly and is true to the price they quote you at before they service your vehicle. There are no surprises, and the guys will not lag around and rack up hundreds of dollars in labor costs for work that professionals should be able to get done in a reasonable time.*** Not to dog other performance shops but if you want to elevate your car or truck you don t need to go online or out of state to do so. I highly recommended J s Performance and I hope that anyone in the Tri-State area who is looking to do some work on their vehicle sees this review and stops by their shop on Cedar Cross Road to see the endless lift kits, exhaust, lights, tuning, wheels, and tires that they have to offer.

This place is THE place I would recommend to anyone in the Dubuque area. Prices are very reasonable, and most of all, this shop knows what to do and how to do it right! Above and beyond expected service. Simple oil and filter change on my 2500 turned into a full check up with satisfaction in mind. Timely turn around with a warm truck waiting on a cold day. Will return with a smile! Thanks guys!

Contacted Jeremy with a battery issue with my truck this morning. He said stop over and he would work me in. He scoped the battery 3 times and it failed. Prior to my arrival, he looked into what I would need in case my battery test failed. In short order a replacement was delivered, installed and up the road. Thanks Jeremy!!!!!
