Dubuque Glass replaced an eyebrow section on a bedroom window. They were considerably cheaper than two competitors because competitors wanted to replace the entire window. An excellent installation was done in a very short time. We are very pleased with the result.

I have used Dubuque Glass for a larger commercial project and a couple residential projects. They have been great to work with and were able to fix a window that the window manufacturer was not able to. I would highly recommend Dubuque Glass for any glass project you may have.

What a pleasurable experience! From Lee Ann at the showroom/office, to Adam measuring our shower stall and offering advice, to Dave doing such meticulous work during the installation (way to train 'em, Adam)......I could not be happier. I highly recommend Dubuque Glass Company to friends, family and everyone else. Good luck in the deer woods, Dave!

We had a curved glass pain break. I contacted Dubuque glass and a gentleman was right out to look and later give us an estimate. The installer was back in a very timely manner. The work was excellent. He cleaned up the mess. I am very happy with the friendly staff and the workmanship. Highly recommended.Service: Window repairService: Window repair

I had Dubuque Glass make some glass shelves for a cabinet. Naturally I measured them too tight and they wouldn t fit. I took them back to Dubuque Glass and asked if there was any way they could trim them by an inch. Not only did they do that for me, they adjusted their schedule so I could have them the same day... AND, they didn t charge me for the service! The folks that worked there were friendly, helpful, and professional. If I ever need glass service again, I know where I ll go!

PLEASE be sure you inspect your project thoroughly before you request a piece of glass to be replaced. They charged me $400 to replace a piece of glass that was high above my door where I could not reach to inspect. The wood was rotten but in just good enough shape to nail back in to keep the glass in the frame. I was NOT notified before or during the installer did the job that it was rotten. Only after it was complete. I was told "we did our job." No effort to at least refund the labor or make it right. Now it has to be taken down and done correctly.

Dubuque Glass came through on my project more than I could have asked for. Was expecting for the work to just be started as I had just ordered the night before. Came back to find the entire project (3 very large walls) completely finished! Their team rallied together after a change in their original schedule and fit my project in!! The installers were so friendly and professional! After a build-out with a few bumps and bruises, Dubuque Glass put a very grateful smile on my face!

Ordered a small mirror 13x17 1/8 on mon. . I was told it would take 2 days , called back wed . To check on status . Not cut yet ! Waited all day thursday no call , finally called back friday at 11 pm ,and was told the tech would cutting mirrors and i would receive a call when my order was ready . No call , i finally called back at 3:30 pm , to check on my mirror , i was told that tech would be leaving in 15 mins and didn't have time to cut my little piece of mirror, so i said cancel my order , the receptionist said hold on and after 5 minutes of being on hold said my piece would be ready by 4:15 . Pick it up at 4:20 pm . If I knew it would have takin that long i would gone to menards and bought a glass cutter and a piece of mirror ,cut the god dam thing myself .!

I asked for a quote and within hours I received a great price on table top glass. Jackson emailed me and was quick with the details. I was able to pick up the glass within two days of my order. Highly recommend!

Dave was are window installer. Very professional, mask first, then to work. He knows what he is doing, for example the last window needed a new frame. The frame was off a fraction so he shimed and in it went.The rest of the windows were done, step by step! He done an amazing job!! I told him I was putting him in for a raise. We have a shower insert that had the double sliding doors that were getting ratty. Instead of redoing the entire shower, we called DG and had them come out and do an estimate. DG answered every question we had, didn t pressure us to buy. They gave us a rough install date, and actually were a good week earlier than quoted. The installation guy was on time, polite, made short work of the old shower door, install of new door was also fast. We understand that the shower door was like putting lipstick on a pig, but it did make the shower a new experience. We would recommend DG to anyone looking to upgrade or just replace something old.Service: General door installation

Dubuque Glass has installed shower doors in both an upper and lower bath (in 2016 and 2017) plus replaced a broken storm window (April 2021).They are always prompt in responding, perform quality work and are courteous and easy to work with.Services: General door installation, Window repair

More than a year ago I had a glass shelf cut to order. That same shelf I accidentally broke a few weeks ago. I was so mad and upset. I called them. Turns out they kept my order on file. Did even have to run out there. Was re done a day later. Love that extra touch.
