I ordered a manual on March 2 never got an order confirmation. Called a week later and they told me it had been shipped on the 5th and would have it in a week. The manual still didn't show up so i called again and they said there was delays in the shipping. Im in north dakota they're in Iowa i shouldn't take that long so i asked if they forgot to ship it and he said no it was shipped. 3 hours after the call i got an email confirmation that my order was finally processed. Called again to ask if that meant it was just getting shipped and they told me no it was shipped on the 5th. So then i finally got my manual on the 19th and it was post marked the 15th and was usps priority mail. It is a nice manual but the people running the place will lie to you and not just be honest and tell you they forgot to send it

I was not was what service manual was needed for my type of Harley bike . Cust service researched for me , to find out 2 manuals were required for my type bike . Both manual came in great shape , clean & shiney . Having a service manual will be worth every $$ even the 1st time you need to reference and perhaps trouble shoot , repair , upgrades to your bike .Thank you DIY Manuals ..

Received the wrong manual, so I returned it. I had some issues with the customer service representative not giving information on the status of my order. I was able to get ahold of Curtis, and found that the manual I needed was unavailable. He gave me an option of manuals I could have that were valued at twice the amount of the one I needed or a refund. I was very happy with the prompt communication and refund from Curtis. Thank you DIY manuals!

I ordered a manual from them and when I received it, it was in poor condition, nothing even close to the picture advertised. I was disgruntled and requested to return it. They were supposed to send me a return shipping label. They have this fancy number to make it sound like they are a corporation but literally the same two people ran the entire phone system. Anyways, I'd call and ask about it and never really got a good answer why I hadn't gotten my label. I researched the business and some reviews said returns was a chronic issue. I asked them about these reviews and they said they didn't care about them and threatened to hang up on me just because I asked about it. They immediately sent me the return label after that. Shortly after, they sent me the case for the manual which was in great condition. I paid the difference to keep the case. I'm not saying I'd advise anyone not to buy from them but what I'm saying is if you choose to do business with them. Make sure it's threw something with buyer protection like Ebay or PayPal so they can't strong arm you once they have your money if the product is in poor condition.

Place is top notch! Staff is helpful, knowable, and goes above and beyond to provide a great customer experience! I worked specifically with a gentleman named Korey and couldn t be more impressed. Highly recommend!

I needed a repair manual for my 2004 Chevy Silverado Z 71, Kory Paul found the exact manual I needed and had it to me within 2 days. I highly recommend these folks for any manual you need it s amazing and so is the staff

Bought something from them on Ebay. They never sent the package to USPS, they then sent another package saying yes we did. 0/10 would never recommend this shady company.
