I bought tires here last year, and got a fantastic deal. They partner with Tire Rack if you prefer to shop online and have them installed locally. Walked in to get a rotation (it was free) with no appointment, and was out the door in 20 minutes. Excellent work!

This place is great, fast and has good communication. They are always busy! I ordered tires from here about 1.5 years ago and just recently wiper blades. My rear wiper blade was ripped off at the car wash. I brought in the replacement wiper blade arm and they helped install it on my SUV with the new replacement rear wiper blade at no extra charge. The car dealership was going to charge me $75 in labor to install something that takes ~5 minutes. Amazing service! Thank you Discount Tire!

This place is awesome and the people that work there are so professional and friendly. I booked a tire rotation and balance and had no idea this a free service they offer. I knew needed new lug nuts as I have after market rims on my VW and they called and confirmed they had them at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use this company again. Refreshing to have an automotive company with integrity. Thanks Discount Tire!

I just bought 4 new tires here earlier this week and had them put on. Not only were they super fast they went above and beyond and shined my hubcaps. 10/10 service, everyone was very kind. I will continue to give them my business.

I went in to have two tires replaced, they told I needed a 3rd tire and some new lug nuts, but im financially struggling as a single mother, they worked with me on it and I appreciate it so very much. I was able to walk out with 3 new tires and new lug nuts. Would highly recommend them over Firestone. Firestone wouldn't even replace tires I purchased from them even when the warranty was still valid.

Really appreciate the friendly staff here and help they were able to provide in a quick manner today. I blew out a tire and didn t have a spare so had my car towed here. Called at 8am to see if they had tires in stock, they did and quite a few options. They get three tires on and are having issues with the one, turns out there was a large hole in the rim. Whatever I ran over was pretty aggressive apparently, so, a new rim was also needed. Honda factory rim was not available for 3 days. They did have other options available though and for a price point that wasn t much more than the 1 Honda rim I needed. 4 new tires and 4 new rims all in an emergency, or kind of an emergency.Staff was more than friendly and helpful, but also efficient. They were also getting busy and the manager, or what I m assuming was the manager, Daniel was back there in the shop giving a helping hand to the team to catch up. In a time where a lot of places are short staffed and working conditions aren t all that lovely this was great to see. True leaders are willing to get in there and help when help is needed. This was shown today. Appreciate everyone and thanks for giving me something positive in my not so great start to the day.

I had a recent visit to Discount Tire to fix a nail in my tire, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. I am so grateful for discount tire, I was getting my pickup truck ready last minute and noticed my tire pressure is to low to travel 2000 plus miles to Ohio and back to Iowa and a lot of running in Ohio and I stopped at 2 other tire shops on a Saturday afternoon around 3:45 to 4:00 o'clock and they were closing at 5 oclock and those 2 tire shops said they can't help me it's to close to closing time and they didn't have any customers, so I stopped here at Discount tire at 4:15 and they said sure we can take care of your tire and in a real short time I was on my merry way with a big smile !! Thank you to Tyler at Discount tire !!

Many thanks to the crew at Discount Tire in Dubuque. We were visiting from out of town and found ourselves with a flat tire and needed to get it repaired quickly so we could return home. Though we showed up 10 minutes before closing, they went to work repairing the tire and getting it back on the car, staying late to complete the job. They were professional and friendly throughout and turned what could have been a major inconvenience on our part almost to a non-event. I highly recommend them.

Took a tire in today and they told me i had to buy a new one because I had a nail and it was too close to the sidewall. Once I told them I had a picture of it and the nail was right in the middle of the tread, they apologized and said they called the wrong person. (Despite asking for my wife when they called). They ended up fixing it but I've lost all trust. Our whole family have been loyal customers since they opened. Not anymore. Lying about one tire lost them lost them all 8 of our vehicles.

Dropped my vehicle off on Saturday went to pick vehicle up at Discount tire on Monday was informed that my tires were not safe the belt was broken in both rear tires they were able to fix valve stem in front tire they were not able to air up tires due to safety issues they went ahead and put 2 new rear tires on at no expense I recommend discount tire Dubuque Iowa for customer service satisfaction professionalism and safety thank you to the manager I was not expecting two new free tires thanks again Discount tire

I was extremely impressed with the service today. Jacob was very nice and knowledgeable, he met me in the parking lot. He helped me through the whole process. Overall was very quick for full 4 new tire install. I highly recommend for your tire needs

I ordered my summer tires online and had a bit of confusion when the order transferred to the actual store.I contacted the store and online customer service and the store manger personally called me and apologized for the mix up. I was assured that the tires I ordered were ready and that even though the online system did not register the order; store manager Tyler Garcia was able to correct the problem and I got my tires.Tyler was very professional and extremely polite.This day and age as consumers we tend to expect the worst. However discount once again lived up to its name as a premier provider of tires and services.The online system has its own bugs and issues; I m glad the store was able to correct and fix the issue.I ve been using discount for over 20 years; they are everywhere and the tire insurance is definitely worth it. They honor that program in every state I ve lived in and many I ve traveled through.The best place to buy tires.

I was having a little vacay to Galena, and my tire light came on. I was so relieved to see DISCOUNT TIRE in Dubuque!!!On my way back to DSM, I stopped in and the nice guy there fixed my tires up with excellence and such respect. THANKS SO MUCH!!!I learned that I need to stop at Discount in DSM where I bought my tires before i take a trip. Never too old to learn!!!

Had a slow leak in one of my tires. Brought it in today on a busy Saturday and within 2 hours they had assessed and resealed my tire to hopefully prevent anymore air loss. I expected to pay 20-30 bucks, but they literally charged me nothing. Coming into Christmas this was a great surprise! I know the tire still may leak potentiality but if I have to replace it I know where I m going. Hats off to the team you ve won a new customer over!

Excellent customer service, the guys in the front desk are always down to help, I took my car to get tires on my new rims, it was wobbling a little bit so I went in the next day and it was fixed in less than an hour without appointment, these guys will do the job at an affordable price, always with a smile and professional attitude!

Thomas is professional and helpful. I bought 4 new snow tires mounted and balanced. Great prices, service crew and the lugs were torqued appropriately. Will be back again. Great business.

I had an awful day and was not looking forward to spending on tires, but needed them ASAP. The ones I wanted weren't in stock, but they found a comparable one they had in stock, matched the price and got them done immediately. I had 2 loose tires and two bare rims and they wanted $70 to mount and balance them, considering they ve done it for $30 before. I ve spent thousands of dollars through this particular location, put full sets on multiple vehicles. Daniel was also very rude. This location used have helpful staff, and great prices. Now it s a bunch kids, running around throwing torque wrenches at each other. (That literally happened as I was writing this) Tandem will be getting business from now on.

We have purchased 3 sets of tires from this store and always found they gave us the best price in town. Not to mention their customer service is top notch! They have helped me out in a bind and were extremely prompt in service. I stopped by today due to a low pressure sensor going off and not turning off after I filled my tire. They got me squared away in less than 5 minutes.

Came in this morning as we were from out of town and had a problem with a tire. We drove in and they got to us right away and fixed the issue and made sure all the tires were good and full with air. Staff was all very friendly and provided great service end to end.
