Called and Noah was super friendly and answer all my questions.Came to see the car and Nick was also super friendly. We trade in our car for a new used van. We love the van and so do our kids! Easy to talk too, great customer service and price.

I have been buying cars for over 35 years, and it has always been a long, painful process in the dealers office. Not at Anderson-Weber! We were in and out of the dealer with a car bought in less than one hour. Everything was upfront and easily explained. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend you stop in Anderson-Weber for your next car and ask for Jason, he is professional, friendly, understands the market and and very helpful.

I had the best experience at Anderson Weber Toyota! We worked with Jason F, and he was so welcoming and accommodating for our needs. We were able to go in at the Dubuque location to value our trade, look at the vehicle we want, and determine payments all within an hour! A couple hours later after leaving they texted us to let us know we were approved and then we came in the following day to pick up the vehicle and finalize the financing process all within 2 hours! Absolutely wonderful staff to work with, and they have a great system for valuing your vehicle trade in. We received a very fair offer that was thousands of dollars more than other local dealerships had offered us. I cannot express how great the entire staff was, we will always buy our vehicles through Anderson Weber!

This dealer was fantastic. Especially Kris Wolfe and Mike Hefel. They helped us out with a last minute problem with our down payment that would have prevented us from buying the vehicle we wanted. We drove 5 hours to pick up the vehicle and would have had to leave empty handed if not for them. Kris also worked hard to get the options we wanted and get all the paperwork ready so that we were only at the dealer for about an hour before we had our purchase completed.

I just bought a 2019 Sienna and the folks at Anderson Weber were extremely helpful, especially Payton. I felt well taken care of, and got a great deal on the purchase. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality car

I had purchased a 2023 Toyota Camry from Anderson Weber in June than due to unfortunate circumstances (a deer) I had to buy another one a 2024 Toyota Camry in October. Both sells went amazing well. I was afraid I d have to wait a month or two. I walked In and Chris L. Told me that one was on the way an about a week which was a relief as I drove as I drove an hour and a half one way to work. Which is the reason I purchased the hybrid. In my option Anderson Weber is the best dealership around. I never felt purchased either time. I explained what I was looking for in my new car and they delivered exactly what I wanted. I will never purchase another vehicle any where else. I ve also dealt with the service center with my other vehicle they got the vehicle fixed which was a minor recall and left me know every step on the way in the process of repair. Amazing work guys in every aspect.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Nick over at Anderson-Weber for placing me in my dream car. I went in not expecting to get anything and waiting a year to build my car but they happen to have what I wanted there that day and Nick did what it took for me to get it. The whole experience was great, especially with being a first time Toyota buyer. When I went in to pick it up, he took the time to explain the features of the car and made sure I had no questions before I drove it off the lot. I defiantly recommend Nick and this dealership!

Anderson-Weber Toyota is a first class establishment. Nolan guided us through the whole purchase process and Jim in finance was very thorough. Everything was upfront and transparent so it made the process enjoyable. We traveled three hours to pick up the car and it was well worth it. Thanks again.

Disclaimer I did not buy the car solely due to finding a black one i loved else where but I am leaving this review as I felt very welcomed when I first walked in after having a bad experience with other local dealerships. Otis took amazing care of me and 10/10 would recommend working with him. While I didn't buy a car from them this time, I will for sure be checking in with them when I'm due for an upgrade.

I am so happy that Otis Oyen called me about a car that was 'perfect for me'. The whole experience of purchasing this fantastic car couldn't have gone any smoother. I really appreciate how they make sure that all of the paperwork is done effeciently and correctly. They made sure I didn't have to do anything but sign on the dotted line and hand over the check. After growing up in a Chevy family, our family is now nearly an exclusive Toyota family mainly because of the great team and service that we receive from Anderson-Weber.We love our 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander. The styling, features and ride are all fantastic. We are thrilled to have a hybrid vehicle to save on gas money for most of our short trips in and around Dubuque.We greatly enjoyed working with Payton Duit on the purchase of our new Toyota and with Jim Ihm on the financing of our vehicle.We purchased an extended warranty with Anderson-Weber because we know they will always take great care of us and of our vehicles.We will certainly continue to support the Anderson-Weber team and refer our friends and family to them.

Will definitely be back.One year later I was back and J along with this toyota went way above and beyond helping me get my used car purchase (from another dealership in another state) fixed correctly. I had a very smooth buying experience. Nick Heston assisted me with the purchase. Most of it was done via text asynchronously which suited me well. The car arrived in a couple of months from the time I made my deposit which was consistent with the delivery time estimate.

I've purchased two vehicles from these guys. Buying experience was fine. No real complaints. I'm mainly here to review the awful service department. They do a less than thorough job. The last four times I have had my vehicle serviced here they have left something incomplete. The last one was the final straw. They left the rear differential fill plug loose. Could have been catastrophic if it had completely come out (luckily it didn't), as it started leaking during a cross country road trip. Other things they have done that has left me irritated is left the air box cover loose and unclipped, and left oil sorbit pads under the hood. They also do not check all the things they are supposed to like the parking brake and brake pad wear. They have charged me for things that they said I requested and I did no such thing. And when they make a mistake they are not apologetic at all. As much as they charge I expect way better service. At least their service bays are super glamorous and fancy. That makes up for everything.

Chris and Amber made car buying simple and efficient. I did not have to spend HOURS haggling price, options or financing. They are a great team to buy a vehicle from. As far as the Toyota brand, I am on my 6th Toyota (4th Highlander) over the past 30 years. You might say I am a fan!

We were extremely satisfied with the approach taken in selling us a new truck. Chris Wolfe was intent on helping us get the vehicle we were looking for and Jim in the finance department was great going over all the paperwork thoroughly. We would recommend seeking out Chris if you're looking for a new vehicle.
