I took my car up to have the alternator and the battery tested. Of course I bought parts here in the past. They're always courteous and friendly and very knowledgeable. The store is super clean. Excellent prices. Thank you

Very quick, reliable service! Walked in wanting to use the code reader [been having issues with my car lately] not knowing that in order to use a code reader the engine light must be on. The lady I was working with at the store explained to me [without even making me feel stupid!] and advised me to go get it examined [not disclosing her choice] and not to panic too much. Very cool!

I've always enjoyed the service that I've received! Today Alan has gone above and beyond helping me with my purchase, explanations, and diagnosing my vehicle. He's patient and understanding when it comes to questions, probably helps that he has 30 years under his belt with high school math and adds 26 years along with this in automotive parts sales! Thank you Advance Auto for everything.

I usually enjoy going here but the return policy is horrible. You need the receipt AND the card used to purchase? What happens if you lost your card you re just SOL and need store credit? Every other place you just need the receipt.

Had a battery and windshield wiper blades replaced. The friendly staff installed them, in very cold weather, without a single gripe. Also needed some headlamp bulbs for another vehicle, and the guy at the counter looked up the proper parts options, explained the differences in brightness and life, and had me on my way in a matter of a couple minutes. I always go here. for my car parts. The staff is always very helpful, and finding the parts I need is always very fast.

Even though I am a worker at Advance Auto parts, you cannot believe the insult customers say about the other parts stores. Sometimes, customers can't accept the fact that we don't have every single part in stock. Newer vehicles are complicated. It'd make the customer service better if people understood that. Yes, car parts are a need but it's just like going to a fast food restaurant. Everything is always a hit or miss. Please don't be afraid to stop in! We'll help you out as much as we can!

This particular location 8s horrible. The counter help I dealt with had no business in retail,especially in a auto parts store. Completely uninterested in what I needed or how to get it for me. No people skills or manners. I felt as though I was bothering him.

Went to the store on Central Ave in Dubuque. The worst service I have ever had. Guy behind the counter was lazy and rude. I ended up leaving my items on counter and walking out. Don't ever plan on going back there again. Doesn't even deserve one star. Don't know how they are even still in business with employees like that guy.

They always seem to have what I need in stock, from my truck to my Honda motorcycle. Even when I needed a special fastener the other day they even had a couple different choices for me. The crew is always ready to help, and they always check your order to make sure all the parts are there and it is what you are looking for. Sometimes what I call a part isn't always the technical term for it and this has saved me having to come back many times.

Absolutely wonderful service every time I have come here. I know very little about cars and they are always so helpful and tell me honestly whether something is necessary or not. I highly recommend coming here first for any vehicular needs!

Employees aren't the most knowledgeable overall the older gentlemen know what they're talking about. Fairly good selection. They should increase height of the shelves to increase amount of product they have.

Absolutely my GoTo auro parts store. After going to the competition for a simple battery for my car and disgusted by the lack of knowledge or customer service, the General Manager helped me and installed the battery in freezing cold and snow. Don't waste your time with O'Reillys. Drive to Advance

Great place great people but a lot of the parts now are starting to become garbage because the of the fact of their mostly Chinese parts re branded to name brand parts

Slightly above average facility & selection. Would be higher due to the employees but thanks to the decisions made my corporate with regards to layout and selection I can rate it higher.
