Top notch organization! Lee and Troy have mounted 3 TVs, 1 camera, full cable management work - CLEAN, Ring doorbell, and both Viper Remote Start Systems in our vehicles. Their attention to detail is amazing. Their dedication is above and beyond (working on New Years Eve to make sure my wife was surprised with her gift).They will save you money as a one-stop-shop. Many of these jobs would require me to hire an electrician and other contractors to get some of these jobs done. No need - Lee and Troy did it all from start to finish. They followed up to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Very reasonable on cost and they are up for any task you throw at them. No doubt, I will use them for all of my future AV install needs for the house, vehicles, and boats.

My wife wanted a remote start for her truck. We were able to setup an appointment within a week. We dropped off the truck and we were notified a couple of hours later that it was done. The price was way more reasonable than the others and my wife is happy, so I'm happy.

Friendly and knowledgeable service! We went in not knowing where to start on our electrical issues with a new vehicle. Not only was the issue identified and fixed, but Lee explained how things worked so we could understand now and in the future. We also got two sound systems installed and could not be happier. Went in for a remote start. The employees, who are also the owners, were knowlegable and courteous. They provided me with multiple options within my price range and worked with me to find the best fit. The installation was a breeze. They were prepared for my appointment on time. Everything works seamlessly and you can't even tell any work was done. They were even able to tap into the factory alarm system, and I now have remote start and security. Would highly recommend taking your business here.

I got remote start from here about 5 years ago and recently I had some issues with my car from the remote start. I called and he got me in right away and everything was covered! The guy is friendly and affordable and stands behind his work.

When I bought my 2019 Ford Ranger I went with a high trim package (Lariat) and all available options, which include B&O premium audio. Shortly after purchasing it I realized that the factory premium audio lacked premium sound. I pondered what to do about if for a couple of years. Over time I realized that there were a couple of other enhancements I wanted as well. Hardwire a radar detector, upgrade to wireless Android Auto, some rock lights, etc.I visited a different audio install store in Dubuque and the initial consult was nothing short of ridiculous. Some lady sitting behind the counter told me to go out to Crutchfield and research what I wanted, order it, and bring it all in and they would install. I have no idea what I m doing. What is needed. Nothing. I was hoping for someone that would serve as a bit of an authority and have some decent knowledge of what to recommend, etc.I was certain that all I would find is kids that built sub boxes in a back room and I d have to go to a bigger city like Chicago to get what I was truly looking for.Then I called 5Sixty3. Spoke with Lee. Popped over to his place for a consultation and man was I wrong. This guy knows it all, does it all, and he s a polished businessman on top of it all. He walked me through options, explained some of the challenges when working in tight spaces, asked me questions about the music I listen to, what I was hoping for (loud, thump, crispness, etc.).He drafted up a few options and quotes and got them back to me a couple of days later. The quotes were super clear about what I was getting. I called him back with a couple of questions and I became a customer!He fabricated a bunch of stuff to fit behind my back seat, ordered a custom sub box designed to fit in a unique spot on the Ranger, hard wired my radar detector, hooked me up with wireless Android Auto, set me up with some high-end rock lights, EVERYTHING I wanted. The wiring and how everything was installed looked like it was design by a factory for that vehicle.When he was done, my wife and I drove around town for hours pumping the tunes we listened to when we were in high school. Windows down, blaring 2 Live Crew, and thumping. Exceeded every expectation.Lee and his company are not something I would have ever expected to find in Dubuque. His work is top notch. His knowledge is unmatched. His professionalism is just not something you see every day.I will be back with my next project!

I have had an aftermarket cruise control installed and a CD player, amp and sub installed by 5sitxy3 and I am extremely happy with all of their work. Very knowledgeable and professional staff, quick and courteous, does top notch work! I recommend them to everyone.

These guys are top notch installers, and they are incredibly knowledgeable!! I haven't seen another place that does work to this level of quality! I would highly recommend anyone to get work done by these guys! They can will make you vehicle stand out from the rest!

Went to this place around mid December to get a custonlm box designed and built for subwoofers. Never eard anything so I called later in January, guy told me he had 2 designs and was waiting on a 3rd and will call.. now in the middle of February and nothing.. I will say the guy I dealt with seemed very knowledgeable.. but I shouldn't have to chase a company to spend money with..
