Kendra and Drew are the best ones yet! I have purchased 3 cars from them and they never failed to provide great service! The team is amazing to work with and I've loved every vehicle purchases thus far!

Honestly never had a problem until now with wow. But got another vehicle from a place we thought we could trust and even got the premium package on it to cover pretty much whatever just to have them refuse to fix the issues that should be been fixed before sold. Even had brought but he down fto them to have saidboroblems fixed to literally behave thembbarleyvdo anything .CSR has a clear electrical problem they now refuse to fix or work on. I have never felt so disrespected from them before but being left with a unsafe/ vehicle that has clearly been in fire is not OK

I enjoyed the dealership & the way the staff was, felt at home! I brought my teen son with me that had 90 million questions about everything & Kendra made him laugh & kept him busy, while I bought the car and signed papers! Will be going back!

Thank you SO much to Drew & Kendra for getting me a vehicle within just a few hours of notice. I had gone seriously EVERYWHERE and no one would approve me. Kendra was an absolute angel at getting me approved for a vehicle. I came in skeptical & walked out very hopeful. came back the next day & signed paperwork with Peyton who was also awesome. very friendly staff, willing to help you out & get in you in & out with a vehicle. they even left me with a full tank of gas! would def go back again for another vehicle purchase.**EDITED TO ADD**a couple weeks after purchasing said vehicle the alternator went out. no hesitation on WOW end when I called them & they told me they would get it fixed right away, free of charge. new alternator must have been defective because it started acting up a few weeks after being replaced, but once again WOW fixed it asap for me. they re amazing!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. The first car I test drove (white Ford edge) overheated and broke down a few blocks from the dealership. The 2nd car I test drove wasn't ideal but I absolutely needed a car. Their computers were down and I was told I would be contacted the next day... nothing. The following day I called and was told the man helping me named Tom had a medical emergency.. The next day I called I was told Tom was let go and Drew would be taking over. Almost 6 days later and no call back even tho I have called every single day. Don't waste your time or money here!

Drew helped me get into a vehicle when I stilled owed on a van when the transmission went out and had no idea what I was going to do. He did everything but sign the papers for me. It only took 45min at the store and I was done. I would 100% recommend Drew at World of Wheels to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I'm very happy with the time he took to explain everything.Great job! Thank you Drew!!!

Wow auto is a really good place to go to . They re reasonable and very helpful with what ever you may have questions on . Drew helped me through a lot and got me into a vehicle that was the best and safest for my kids . So go in ask for drew and let him know Marissa bonds sent you !! And if you ever struggle with money or anything or making payments drew is there for you and very helpful!!

Had a great experience today at world of wheels. Came in just to look around and see what we might be able to get. Left getting a very nice newer reliable vehicle. Chip was wonderful to work with. He was extremely helpful and explained everything to a T. Thanks again Chip. We love our new car.

if I could rate this place a zero I would. Stopped in there to look at a minivan. They could not tell me what the price of the van was. They pushed me multiple times to fill out an application. Before even telling me what vehicles they had for what price. I went in there looking for a price in mind. And they could not tell me what their sticker price was on any of thier vehicles until I filled out an application. This tells me that they made up the price based on my credit score and what they thought they could charge me. Horrible way to do business. Also because I am a young woman. I felt like I was talked down to. As soon as I brought my husband in with me they attempted to talk to him. And go over my head. Horrible place. I felt belittled after leaving there. Oh and by the way I purchase a much nicer vehicle for less elsewhere.

I just want to say this location and marshalltown location they are amazing! They actually care! Issues with your car they have hair the man to fix it. Thanks Kent and everyone at wow Auto for being so caring and understanding. If you need yourself a car this is the place to go!

I've bought 2 trucks here. The last one I bought ended up having a timing chain issue after about 1 thousand miles. I took it to them and they had it fixed and the shop did a great job. They stood behind the sale and the truck. I will recommend this place to friends.

We are working on getting a vehicle from World of wheels today. It's been a lengthy process due to the trade in process and a dispute with the other financing office, however these guys have been amazing with helping us figure it all out. Customer service is 100% how it should be. Everyone is so nice! Randy and Greg, thank you for your time today!
