I recently purchased a vehicle from Willis Cadillac. The whole process was great. My sales person was knowledgeable, pleasant, and not pushy at all. Called the day after to make sure that everything went as well (it did). The day of the sale went quickly (I was in a hurry) and I met with someone to talk about the vehicle features and he also helped configure certain features to me personal preferences. I also met with someone who explained to me the services they provide post sale (cargo management systems, etc.) and how to contact them down the road if there was something I was interested in adding. Everything was great. Strongly recommend Willis ( specifically Quinn, Clay, and Troy) if you are looking for a vehicle.

I am so impressed with Willis Cadillac s service. My Cadillac XT5 had an issue and it was towed to the dealership on a Saturday after they were closed I received a call from Logan in the Service Center before 8am on Monday. I was surprised to hear so soon. He was so nice and friendly and he kept me updated while he contacted the warranty company and as my car was being fixed. This experience made me want to remain a Willis customer. It was one of the smoothest experiences I ve had with a company.

Willis always takes good care of me. Always very professional, timely & courteous. Just in for a simple oil change & tire rotation. Waited in their nice waiting room. Was done in a little over an hour. Car washed, vacuumed & interior wiped down ..and on my way.

I purchased a 2022 Cadillac CT5-V in August from Todd Lee. He was fantastic to work with.Last week, I had scheduled oil change, tire rotation, 2 recalls, a fix to the pillar piece on the interior of the car as well as an estimate for a door ding (Grr).Aaron Weaver was the individual that I worked with in service and he was tremendous. He provided updates along the way and let me know that the pillar piece was actually broken and they needed to order it to replace, which would take about 1 week. He offered to let me keep the loaner vehicle I had been given while they waited for the part.A week later, Aaron called back to let me know the part had been installed. I asked about the door ding and he provided the quote and said that the body center would be able to squeeze it in the next morning.Since it was my first service, the oil change and tire rotation was complementary with the purchase of my vehicle. The recalls and pillar piece were warranty work and allowed for me to have the loaner vehicle at no cost to me. The only out-of-pocket I was responsible for was the door ding.I was very pleased with the service Cadillac provided throughout the whole process. My car was well taken care of while on the Willis Auto Campus lot. I was very happy to have Clockwork back this week!Thanks again for going above and beyond to provide amazing service to your customers!

I always have all of my maintenance and repair work on my Cadillac XT5 done at Willis Cadillac. Their service is excellent! They will always go that extra mile for me if necessary.

Service review. Stranded yet again with no vehicle (they pick up and drop off vehicle) - not once but multiple times now. If you can't manage this service then do not offer it! I wait weeks longer to schedule this service for this luxury alone to continually be disappointed. Service at Land Rover for previous vehicle and now Cadillac is subpar at best. No communication whatsoever until you call them and ask where your car is at as you are left stranded without your vehicle by the end of the day. Luxury brands but continual headache service. Getting pretty tired of it and the excuses every single time. Communication and a little customer service is all it takes if you can't get the vehicle done when you say you will. People don't spend six figures on a vehicle to continually endure the service headaches that it turns into every time.

Have always had great service at Willis, this time there were a couple of hiccups, but most importantly my service advisor was responsive and understanding, and all was set right quickly. Will certainly bring my vehicles here in the future.

Very polite, prompt, they always treat you well. On my last visit it has caused me to wonder if the actually check everything that they say they are going to. My rear window wiper obviously needs replaced as it is tore and part of it is hanging down, it was not even mentioned or noticed.

I dropped off my 2020 Cadillac XT6 for oil change. Technician is great! I had requested a loaner car. Given some type of KIA SUV. I had no idea what and where any of the buttons were to adjust things like seat, mirrors, radio, and etc. Sat in the parking lot for several minutes to familiarize myself. But still not comfortable I went to my daughters house to wait. Car was completed pretty quickly. Drove back put gas in loaner. Got my paperwork back and was charged $25 for loaner. I doubt I use this again as not worth $30. I will just sit and wait if I go back. Many places change oil which are local to me. I love my Cadillac, one of the main reasons I traded was because I had a loaner on previous experience which had some new options I couldn t live without. Traded for 2nd Cadillac within next 2 months. Obviously I m willing to pay for a luxury SUV so why would a KIA be used? This was at least my second time getting a random SUV. My Cadillac neighbor had a Willis loaner of a Chev Equinox for over a week. Come on Willis you should be able to do better especially if you are a regional winner of Cadillac sales & service. Again many places change oil. I want to keep this vehicle for a long time and pass down to our second car. Next SUV might need to come from another Cadillac dealer or another brand.

Tell me about exceptional services from planning to driving out of the dealership! Could it get better than at Willis Cadillac?Sterling was just amazing. I was pleasantly surprised how he jumped on my order and I had my escalade delivered earlier than I anticipated. I almost did not believe him when he called and told me the vehicle was here!When we walked into the dealership, my wife could hardly catch her breathe when she saw the escalade in the display room, with the lovely signs I love my Cadillac . She had to take those home with her she soo liked them!The entire experience in the dealership was with class! I just forgot the name of our dear friend who walked us through the paperwork and finances. So professional! We loved how he talked to us about his own escalade with so much passion in his voice. Then Eddy nailed it with the techy stuff, patient and detailed.Well, all these explains why we are stuck with Willis. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

These people are fantastic. Been going to them for my vehicle needs for may years and I'm always pleased with their service. Yesterday was no different. Pulled in and they greeted me we discussed what I needed done and the car was washed and ready 15 minutes early.

We were in Des Moines from out of state, and our Cadillac s check engine light came on and was flashing. We pulled into the Service area, no appointment, at Willis Cadillac. The team checked out the vehicle and got us a Service Advisor in minutes! We were above and beyond taken care of! They were transparent and kept us consistently informed the whole time! They figured out the issue, got it fixed same day, and had us back on the road to home safely. During our time, they fed us, gave us a loaner car, even gave tips on where we could go visit while we waited! Cannot say enough good things about the service team at Willis Cadillac!

My experience with Willis was first in 2012, when we purchased our Cadillac SRX4. (1 of 2!) Absolutely Love the Service and Friendly people who stand behind the Willis name. We since have purchased our 3rd! This one being an Escalade. Love it and the Service We've grown accustomed to over the last 11 yrs. Our Service Rep is James~ he knows us by name and acts quickly to resolve any problem we may incur. Can't Imagine going anywhere else for our vehicle needs !
