I was nothing but impressed by the honesty, courtesy & respect that I was provided from the staff at US Motors. At no point did I feel pressured or intimidated in any way. They provided me the time & space I needed to complete a thorough evaluation & test drive of the vehicle. The photos displayed online provided a perfect representation of what I experienced first-hand. If you're looking for a solid second-hand vehicle at a very reasonable price from a salesman you can trust, you won't go wrong here. Great job guys! I will absolutely be back.

The team at US Motors delivered on their promises and offered a great customer experience. Excellent communication and follow through. I was an out of state buyer who is always skeptical but they went above my expectations. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Ali was very pleasant doing business with, he was very patient with me and he answered all of my questions before my purchase and he also allowed me to check all the details about the car i wanted before i could even purchase it.I will always go back to US motors anytime i need a purchase.Thanks Ali for the great service.

My son Colton Edwards bought a car from us motors march 20th 2024. So far so good. Car runs amazing and the staff there was very nice and the process was very fast. They answered all the questions we asked, we were not rushed into buying something, I d definitely recommend us motors to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. So with that being said I definitely gave them 5 stars. Thank you for the staff at us motors

Anyone looking for a second hand car, this is definitely the place you don t want to miss out. I bought the first car in my life with US Motors, and their service were absolutely stunning! They were awesome, polite, honest, helpful, and they helped me out whenever I have questions. Since I ve no experience with cars, Ali and Shokran really walked through the process with me and taught me what are things that need to be aware of. I really appreciate their help and please consider US Motors if you re looking for a second hand car. I will definitely recommend US Motors to my friends because they re extremely honest!! Trust me you will love it! I will only buy cars from US Motors in the future if I m planning to get a second hand car!

I have never left a review before for anything but Ali was amazing and I felt I needed to!!! I have never met a more honest car salesman! He asked me if I wanted to see the car fax and was upfront about the history of the car and any defects he had fixed. It was literally amazing dealing with him. Great prices, customer service, and Honest.

I bought my rebuilt title Jaguar from this dealership, it was an amazing experience I ever had with used card dealership... these guys are nothing but honesty, Ali explained me everything about the car's previous repair history and even showd pictures of the damage. Honestly I was bit nervous initially spending almost $ 40K but I'm glad I trusted them, car cost me way less then the book value and its an amazing luxury black beauty..... big THANK YOU US MOTORS

Ali & Shukran were very helpful, honest, showed us everything that was done to the car before and after as well as the full detailed ownership & service history of the car. They were flexible with time to meet, communication and fair on value of the vehicle. So far the car we bought has been great and exactly what we were sold. Refreshing compared to many other individuals and other used car dealers we visited.

This is by far the best place to buy a new car. Prices are super fair cars come with very low miles. Excellent and super friendly staff that will get you taken of and on your way with a new vehicle! VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED!

This was my first time buying a car. Ali did an amazing job making the experience effortless and very comfortable. He was very knowledgable about the car's past and even help me make a difficult decision between two cars. Ali is very responsive to my messages whenever I had any questions. This is by far way better experience compared to any big dealers.

Purchased a car for my daughter from this place and was impressed by their hospitality and honesty. We discussed about the car over the phone since we live 2 hours away. Took a trip to see the car and test drove the car and my daughter fell in love with it and we purchased the car. Very hard to find trust worthy dealerships these days and these guys nailed it. I would definitely recommend this place to whoever wants a car

We recently purchased a 2019 Crosstrek from here and had a great experience! They were honest and forward about the vehicle and the repairs it had received! They were quickly responsive when I reached out to them about wanting a test drive. It was a wonderful experience and we got the vehicle at a great price! I work with all the guys there at US motors. They were polite, courteous with no pressure to buy. I was able to find a car with the help from Sultan, they even allowed me to take a vehicle to my personal mechanic and it passed with flying colors. Overall happy with the experience.

Ali was so beyond nice, helpful, and honest when it came to purchasing our Chevy Traverse. He gave us a great price and even helped us more by getting our car to us since my husband and I live out of state. He sent us videos and pictures explaining all the details of the car, which made buying a car sight unseen a breeze. Highly recommend US Motors!

I have worked in Customer Service for a number of years and always try to go with smaller businesses to get better service than some of the big names offer.US Motors far exceeded my expectations - Ali was outside to greet me immediately upon arrival and took me through the available options. He helped me find the car that fit my needs and price point and clearly explained the process to purchasing it. Throughout this process, he was available and extremely helpful with any questions or concerns that I had.I have had a fantastic experience working with US Motors throughout and the car I got from them has been wonderful.I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used vehiclein the Des Moines area.

My experience with Shukran and Ali has been amazing! They were not what I was expecting with a used car lot. I would recommend them without reservations to anyone looking for a car. No pressure and they were always willing to show me what work they did on the cars I looked at. Got a car for my son (new driver) and I feel confident that this car will serve him well and keep him safe.

. We been looking for awhile and my husband finally found something he liked here at US motors, he called and the next morning we drove the 3 hours there to look at it .. ad online said it had a few options that the vehicle ended up not having and the remote start didn t work as it should have but those issues were not a deal breaker. They did a decent job cleaning up the car, not perfect but it was a salvage title and used so can t expect perfect. They worked with us which was great.. we ended up purchasing the vehicle and so far it s been doing us good, and hope it continues in that same direction. Worth the drive to buy from US Motors.

I found a car online for my daughter that fit her budget. Shuk stayed open an hour late on a Saturday evening to allow us to get there and to take the car for a test drive. Shuk was very responsive to messages when first contacting him and extremely friendly and easy to work with once we got there. The car was in excellent shape just like the pictures and description said. We had a great experience and the car was reasonably priced. I Highly recommend US Motors.

Ali was the best to deal with. We bought a truck from him. He is so honest and upfront about everything and the nicest people to work with. They are very honest about everything about their vehicles and just make the whole ordeal very pleasant. Jeff and I will definitely be buying from them in the future.
