Very knowledgeable and trustworthy place to do business. Brice (manager) really cares about getting the right diagnosis and solution to make the repair right and save you money at the same time. Update: took my car in for another oil change, two days later, i started to have an oil leak so I took my car to my actual mechanic and he let me know that my oil and oil filter had not been changed at all. So since I had a free oil change card they weren t actually changing my oil, just adding to the dirty oil. I was also told they overfilled my oil too much.Excellent customer service! They do a lot for the community. I bought an oil change card as a fundraiser for a dance team so ended up taking my car here and I plan on being back after my experience. I spoke to Jordan over the phone. Extremely pleasant and helpful. They ended up putting in a blinker that I was putting off too. Oil change is by appointment so everything goes super smooth and were really professional. Highly recommend!

These guys were great help. Definitely would recommend. Had problems with my exhaust after hitting a pothole and they were able to get me in right after my phone call with them. Worst experience ever. I had a list of broken things that needed quotes on, and they wanted to charge a diagnostic fee for each one when all I wanted was quotes. When confirming the manager respectfully, he became flustered and upset, no eye contact, walked away, I thought he was just super busy until he told me to leave the store. I have never been kicked out of any business in my life.

I had multiple bad experiences at the Pleasant Hill location, pretty much trying to bully me into repairs. I have gone to the Se 14th St location 2 or 3 times & they're great! I will only use this location.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

A great local business to get automotive work done. They do fundraisers within the community, have very reasonable prices, & have always treated me well! I really can't say enough nice things about these guys. I highly recommend them!

It was a great experience! Mike was Awesome did everything he said he was going to do listened to my problems and then explained everything they was going to do. Will be going back for sure.

Had several oil changes and tire rotations and one vehicle inspection. Appointments are always smooth and done quickly. Employees have been pleasant.

I've used this shop for all my vehicles. I've only had a couple small issues with them over the years but nothing to worry over. Yesterday I had my truck towed to them to check if the alternator was my problem...they said they couldn't get to it yesterday but it'd be the first vehicle this morning. I called at 1pm and he said they were down a technician but he was almost done with a vehicle and it'd be next. It's 3:30 in the afternoon and still no calls to let me know they've checked it out. Apparently my money isn't as good to them as anyone else's. Not good business practice to keep lying to your customers or not keeping them in the loop either. I rely on my vehicle for work...I'm losing money over this.

I was visiting Des Moines for the weekend and was leaving town and ended up getting a flat after a blizzard and I needed up right across the street from this place. Talk about fate.
