I've been going to Tires Plus on army post for years. I Had the WORST EXPERIENCE ever a couple weeks ago!!!! I got two tires and wanted an oil change while my car was there. Two new workers got their wires crossed and one told me my car was ready. I arrived to get my car 5 hours after my appointment and "Byron" was offended I was there to pick up my car. He told me HE DID NOT CALL ME and tell me my car was ready so it would be a while. I waited and watched him while he shuffled around papers and waited on someone else that walked in instead of entering my bill. I needed to be to work. He would not ring me up and I didn't know what to do. I tried giving him my credit card to run it through so I could leave and he refused. I was in tears and wanted to call the manager. He said harsh words to me and I waited crying to get my car. I Spoke to Jim the manager after this happened but not much was done about how badly I was treated. When I picked up my car, my turn signal light was out. I talked to the manager and he did not offer to fix it or make it right. I went to another shop today and had them check my levels and the coolant was low and needed to be filled!!!!! I paid another shop to fix my light and fill the coolant. I will not return to Tires Plus and would not recommend them to family or friends. What would you do if your wife or daughter was treated that way??

Manager Jim is always very nice and explains things. I have been taking my vehicles to the army post location for a very long time.

I think they're very respectful and they do a very good job inspected the car gave us the outcome .very professional I would go back there again most definitely

Tires plus is in my neighborhood. I trust them emphatically. And that trust comes from honesty and respect for me. I have nothing but confidence in that particular store. They are like family. So thankful!

I made an appointment to check a repeat-offender leaky tire, thinking I may have to replace it. They were able to locate a nail in my tire, remove it, repair the tire, and save me the cost of purchasing new tires for now. I appreciate their transparency - I have dealt with automotive shops in the past that would have easily told me I needed new tires. I will be back when the time comes to repalce my tires.

My relationship with this location goes back 20 years- they know me by name when I walk in- and have family members who also go there Their like family and always treat me fair.

Had worst experience after having a very good experience and complimenting them a few days before for being honest and helpful. I took my car back in so they would put the hubcap back on my car and asked for them to check my wheel bearings. They neglected to put the hubcap on and didn't even check wheel bearings. Instead they came up with over $2000 worth of repairs they claim I needed. When I asked for my paperwork with what was wrong, the guy at the counter told me that I couldn't have it since I didn't pay for the inspection. I didn't authorize that type of inspection. He said well you signed for it! I said no I never signed anything. He huffed and then gave it to me and I left. I called corporate but am currently waiting for a response from them.

A bunch of scumbags here. Driving into the parking lot getting the stare down like we aren't welcome. Sell warranties to never honor them and price gouging by doing work before checking if it's okay and then stating the tires are already on so you owe us the money is the shadiest business practice

I have been using them for the last few years,l. Started out with just tires, but when my Dodge journey started driving weird and my window started misbehaving, I took it into them and they fixed everything, for what I think, is a fair price. It drives great now and the window goes up and down just like it is supposed to. The staff is friendly and helpful

Awesome job! Went there for an oil change and the fastest one I ever got. They were very careful and inspected the car thoroughly. They let me know if there were any future problems I may have! The service manager Mike, was very friendly and very professional. Treated me like a customer should be treated and wasn't afraid to explain anything I didn't understand. Next time I have an issue with my car, I'm going straight here!! You should be able to take your vehicles to people you trust!

There was a delay of almost an hour past the appointment time in getting my car in . This was due to a tire delivery, but they more than made up for it. They got me in as quickly as they could after. I've been going there for years and will continue based on customer service alone. Michael Ogden was super understanding of my frustration and made sure we felt valued.

This review goes to associates Michael Ogden the service manager gets a 100% he is always very understanding and And easy to talk to. I have been to this store many times for different issues and have never been talked to the way I did by his associate Jim I had to wait A-day to write this review about his associate Jim who was very condescending and needs to go back to customer service training.. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what it was but I had to have my son go with me to pick up my car so I didn't end up in jail I am so happy I did not have to deal with him He gets a rating of not even 0- The way I was talked to was very inappropriate And condescending Especially when I was told if I did not like the customer service I could come pick up my car. They say the calls are recorded for customer service purposes they need to pull his calls from when he spoke to me and me and see what the attitude was all about. Yes I highly recommend this place make sure you know who you're speaking to ask for Michael Ogden and make sure you're not speaking to a service person by the name of Jim. They were my saving grace after a whirlwind of events that lead me here. Jim, the store manager, saw my situation and came to the rescue with understanding, humour, and kindness that I was in desperate need of. I was from out of town and made sure that I felt comfortable and taken care of in a unfamiliar place. Thank you again for all you do!Services: Tires, Oil change

People here think they are better than you, and think they know everything about a vehicle, that they know nothing about. I have been doing this I didn't start working on cars last night. And no I am not a certified mechanic, but I can tell you this. I have learned from the best and I know what I am talking about. There I said what I had too.

The acting manager at 7:15 p.m. Thursday March 31, 2021. They do not use the inner tie rod to adjust the toe on a 2009 Chevy Silverado and that the brand new boot on my rack and pinion wasn't there fault. She lied to my face and I knew it at the time she was. DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS STORE YOU CAN NOT TRUST THEM.

Went in for an oil change earlier this month and they didn't even change the oil it was dirty all they did was add oil to it. And still cost me about 70 bucks. They loved taking advantage of women. We've been going here for years, and the reason we keep coming back is because of the staff. They are so friendly, so cheerful, and so kind. They always make us feel taken care of and appreciated as customers. Even my mother who was with me once when I had to drop off my car commented on how great the staff was! We've had our fair share of flat tires and engine trouble, and these guys are always flexible, reliable, and happy to help!

I cannot speak highly enough about yhe employees at Tires Plus. I have been going for years and will continue to do so because of the care I receive at this location. Army Post Road. Mike and everyone has always gone out of their way to help me. I trust them and never feel like they're out to get me for services I don't need. It's always felt like having my dad to guide me in what to do. A couple months ago I needed 4 new tires. Money had been tight and I had put it off for as long as I could. My grandmother was in bad health so I called to make an appt so I could safely drive down to visit her. They said they could squeeze me in that day. 6 o'clock rolled around and I called as they were closing soon to be told they hadn't been able to get to my car but would in the morning. I explained the situation with my grandma and 2 wonderful guys stayed behind, after hours, to get my tires done for me. I will be forever grateful as I was able to drive to see my grandma that next day. She passed the next week. Without them staying late to do that for me, I don't know that I would have seen my grandma before she passed. So thank you thank you thank you, I'm forever grateful and will continue to be a loyal customer because of the employees #1.

The automotive technician named Mike Wood is literally the bomb .com he deserves a raise yesterday. The lady at the front counter was exceptionally helpful as well. I will definitely use them in the future. Thank you guys so much.

My 70 year old parents pulled in here with an emergency flat tire. They were told that they would have to wait a few days for help. These jerks watched my parents change the flat tire out in the snow. They even saw that my dad was in a sling from a recent surgery. What a heartless group of people.

Called to get pricing on an alignment. Rang three times someone picked the phone up an hung up. Called back immediately phone was answered by someone named Eric who sounded extremely annoyed that i was calling in the first place an immediately put me on hold. I guess they don t want people s business.

I go to the southside shop, and they always take care of Sharkbait. I have a lot of questions and Jim is very knowledgeable. They have a great team. Even in emergencies they have helped me get in and out the same day. Won't take Sharkbait anywhere else.

I cannot believe how unprofessional and awful the Customer service is at this location. I took my vehicle in for a simple nail in the tire... They did the "repair" while also managing to damage my wheel and rip the side skirt off my vehicle. Then they proceeded to deny all responsibility for the incident and have sent me jumping through hoops to get my vehicle repaired. DO NOT take anything that you care about or work hard for to this Tires Plus; they will destroy it and leave you with nothing but problems. Very dishonest and deplorable service...
