Needed a quick tire replacement due to a broken belt. Fernando assisted us and provided excellent service. We were in and out in under an hour. Tire was of good quality and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. I had given him the wrong tire size information and he was so accommodating in finding the right tires for my son s vehicle. They exceeded my expectations. The service was quick and friendly and very professional. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I love to lift small businesses up, it's sad to know the owner wasn't there or maybe I would of had a different experience. From the beginning they let a customer that they knew jump ahead that was the first red flag! When they proceeded to start removing my lug nuts, the laziness was appearant, they snapped one of the lug nuts in half because of the torque. They didn't push the nut all the way in leaving all the torque to the tip of the lug nut breaking it, second red flag. Then after he proceeds to bring a mallot to push in the nut as it was supposed to be the first time he finally removes my tire. He proceeded to show me a nail that was in the tire not a big deal something a simple plug would of been sufficient to do, he proceeded to tell me because of they're "professionalism" he can't do a plug and he has to do a patch, well I agreeed knowing they just wanted more money. I just wanted to be on my way after waiting an hour for a simple procedure. Finally he proceeded to tell me my tire was no good and I needed new tire and how he had a used one he could sell for $70.00 when I could easily get a new one at walmart for $75.00 that's where I drew the line and refused service. He was upset and tried to use intimidating tactics that were just silly.he tried charging me $10.00 for "diagnostic"I stood my ground and told him if he wasn't doing a patch or any other service he wasn't getting a dime. He proceeded to put my tire back on and gauging every nut but one. The one he struggled with.. he proceeded to tighten that one extra hard like an extra 15 seconds just because he was upset throwing a temper tantrum like a child. He was very upset when I confronted him about it. Saying I'll bet you $100.00 that I can get it off, I kindly declined and told him to keep his Profesionalism and to keep things Profesional.All I have to say is I feel sorry for every person that more than likely been taken advantage of by these individuals. I feel sorry for the owner wich is his dad for investing thousands of dollars into a dream business. And having silly individuals run it to the ground. I obviously won't be back as there are more reputable tire shops in the area, they just happened to be open on a Sunday. Kuddos for that!!

It took less than 10 minutes to show up, ask about inventory, have a tech mount/balance a tire on my vehicle, and pay. Wow. Great service and what a life saver. I'll definitely be back. Great price too. Showed up at 9am on a Monday

Very poor attitude. Tried overcharging for one used tire..$200.. then realized it wasnt my first time..so 60 it was..the guy that mounted it obviously had a problem so i tipped him $20..just to get home and find out he didnt line the holes up on the duals so i couldnt air up my inside tire. After i asked if the good used one be put on the inside he threw a fit and the tire on the ground then proceeded to misaligned the holes

Poor attitude and poor customer service. They're happy to charge you. but if they make a mistake they'll blame you and you're on your own. Not a good business practice.

Awesome service! Very friendly staff. They were able to get me a set of used tires for a great price and the tires were in excellent condition. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Where do you start. Customer service that you will receive here is above and beyond what you would get at any shop! The friendliness and knowledgeable staff will go out of their way just to help you out and get what you need to get you on the go. Add to that their promptness to get your car done and you on your way is such a relief cause who has hours to sit around and just wait. Then the icing on the cake is their amazing prices. No body in town can even compare to it. As a customer what more could you want? Amazing customer service, fast service, and great prices. They have a customer for life and I will refer everyone I know to them as they are the best in the stateEdit. I must say how much I was let down after my last visit. First of all Fernando the owner was not there so his workers were running the show. I needed 2 front tires for my truck. The worker went back and found 2 but of the 2 he must have showed me the best one. I had to wait over an hour for them to change the tires out. Once they were on I seen that one of the tires was almost bald. But I was in a hurry cause I had a meeting to get to. The worst part is that when I went to pay I asked him how much. First the worker said 100$ but then I said why is their a sign in your window that says 35$ a tire. He then told me that s a old sign that they don t honor that anymore and the best he can do is 90$ so I very reluctantly paid so I could get on my way. The labor was done horribly that I ve since then had to put new tires on it cause everyday i had to add air to them cause they didn t prep my wheels cause the tire not to seat correctly. I ll never go back which is a shame cause I was a loyal customer to them who referred a lot of people his way.

Spent hours yesterday (June 29th) calling to see when I could bring my vehicle in for a set of 4 tires. Out of the 7 or 8 times I tried calling I never once got an answer of any kind. This morning I called and it went straight to voice mail. I'm gonna try calling one more time a little later today. If I don't get an answer by a real person. I'll call my brother to see if he'll drive over there to see if there's anything on their door. As to why they haven't been open for business. I need tires on my vehicle before my Dr's appointment in Iowa City. With having cancer I've got limited funds which is why I picked this business to get tires. Everywhere else wanted at least $100 more. Idk where or how I'm going to get the extra money to go somewhere else.

Guys are respectful and very reasonable. I literally pulled up and 2 mins later the truck was jacked up with the tires being changed! I would definitely recommend this place! Pretty accessible and easy to find location as well. Dont waste your day calling around town, just head their way!

Great new place i found for used tires,tire repair,(also sell New Tires) Better price than others around ,,large stock, they even gave me a deal on a set. I brought in 2 cars, Quick service, Very friendly staff,(and Bi- lingual) nice clean waiting room area. Also, provide other vehicle services at fair quoted prices, Thank You guys I will be back.

Most expensive used tires I've ever seen! I can't believe all the good reviews about the prices. The tire I needed is brand new $35, this place wanted $50 plus the balance (for a used one)

I have used this tire warehouse on Hartford and East 14th Street many times. I found their service Superior to all the other companies and price is much better too.
