These guys are the best! Slid on a sheet of ice on the south side hills. On Sunday, by Friday 2pm I was back in my truck. You can not even tell it happened. I was updated every morning and I could not. E happier! Great job guys!!!

I had my car repaired in July after a car accident. The car was repaired perfectly, and the bonus for me was the car was detailed inside and outside. It had not looked that good since I had bought it! This is the place to go for great service that goes above and beyond. This review is overdue but I was looking at the work that James, Jason , and the team did on our vehicle a few months ago and am still so impressed. The experience was awesome, our car came back looking so much better than it has in years with the detailing they did, and the body work looks incredible. Absolutely amazing work! Not much that need done, just a new bumper and and little fender work. When I picked up my car it looked better than when I purchased it - she was cleaner inside and out. I would recommend Schlarbaum to anyone - and the employees were all very personable and put the customer first. Refreshing to see a business with so much consumer focus Thank you!!

The team at Schlarbaum has repaired two vehicles for me. Both came back looking better than ever. The most recent one had a rattle after being repaired and the guys kept looking until they found it and fixed it. They took care of the insurance paperwork too. I have been taking my cars there for 8 years. They have always been polite and professional. They just got done fixing my 14 Ram, it looks brand new. The quality and timely work is the best I've seen. Also with having cars to rent makes it easy. I will always use them. Thanks to Andrew and the guys.

Unfortunately, have had to find a local auto body repair shop for over 30 years after aneighbor backed into our car. Luckily,I chose Schlarbaum's! Most recently, very helpful in getting us in the next day to replace driver's side wiper arm b4 snow fell. THANKS

Awesome people who are very professional and honest. I have an 03 Trailblazer that I hit a deer and needed repairs done. They treated me like they would if I were driving a new car. The work they did was top notch, and had it it finished in a very reasonable time! Looks great!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants good customer service and excellent quality of workmanship!! Thank you very much to everyone there for the great experience!!

These guys are FREAKING AMAZING! I cannot stress that enough. Getting in a car wreck is so stressful. They got my car fixed for a fair price in a timely manner. There was an issue with some parts coming in broken and they were nice enough to set me up with a rental car to make up for the extra couple days wait. They kept me updated every step of the way. They were incredibly professional, nice, and awesome throughout the entire process. USE THIS SHOP!

I had some rear-end damage on my nearly new Ford F-150. The crew at Schlarbaughm Auto Body did a fantastic job of repairing it. The estimate was accurate and the job was completed promptly and perfectly. My prized truck was just like new when they finished the job. I dealt with nice people and would recommend them to anyone.

I have used Schlarbaum several times. I was always pleased with the quality of the job and they returned my car clean. Today I stopped because I had knocked my plastic bumper loose. They fixed it within minutes and didn't charge me a dime. Once again customer service wins! I will certainly take my next accident to them. Nice people!

i just literally picked up my Toyota pruis 2011 car and im very impressed with their service. not only they fixed the front bumper plus damage behind the bumper but they cleaned the inside and outside of the car very well. im pretty good at cleaning myself but they did a fantastic job much better than myself. i will definitely go back to them next time I get into another accident. thanks schlarbaum auto body.Service: Body & Trim

I have been doing business with Schlarbaums since back when they were on Fleur Drive across from the airport. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else for auto body repair. They do very professional work at a reasonable price. Most recently In October 2016 I took a vehicle in for damage to both front and rear left doors. Not only was the vehicle done on-time, it looked like factory and the vehicle was cleaned up nicely. They are a State Farm-preferred facility which expedited the whole process. Next time you need auto body work, give Mike Schlarbaum a call. You will not be disappointed.

James, you and your team are A.M.A.ZING!!! Keeping me updated on everything along the way. First time I have ever been to Iowa and BAM hit a deer. Allstate suggested this company for repairs (as I was 3 states away from my home state) and I was skeptical giving someone my new car to work on but I had no worries once the process started. They even mailed a prescription back to me I had left in the car. James kept me In the loop even knowing my insurance co was doing the same and the work...OMG THE WORK was killer!!! Ya'll deserve a raise!! Have a beer on me! I love having my better than new baby back and in a weeks time!!! Wish I could show you before n after pics but can't figure it out on here lol.

Great people to do business with they are very professional the best body shop in Des Moines. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I would highly question any bad reviews because these people could not be any more professional and helpful.
