Chase did an excellent job of explaining the different features of push mowers, even letting us start and operate a model. His knowledge of what was available to purchase was definitely a deciding factor in our decision to buy. The fact that the mower was already set up and ready to go along with the information that Chase presented is not something that is found in any big box store.

Item came damaged. Box shows it was damaged before shipping and they tapped it up and shipped it anyways. Originally tape is brown from China. There tape is clear. No response when contacted. Guess that's why the part was $60 less then anyone else. Won't buy from again. 3 wheel horses to restore. Rather just pay a higher price.Still waiting on response. Phone and email.

Big shout out to the crew. Like a idiot I put my chain on backwards on my saw. They put it on, and while doing he told me the proper way to put on and explained what was steps to do and how much tension should have. I have been to this shop for couple mower parts in the past and have had excellent customer service. Definitely will be going back if need help with anything or parts.

I had the mower in for a repair. After picking it up I discovered a problem. I took it back and I Experienced the best customer service. P & P does a great job from sales to service.

Called to make sure parts were available and correct part number then canceled my order said and said they didn t have enough stock on the email. Waited a week with my mower apart for nothing.

Great shop! Bought a used lawn mower that ended up needing a new carburetor. P&P had one in stock for my model and after a quick phone call from my buddy to get it on hold, I went to get it. Shop assistants were great guys - got my order processed quick and I was out the door. Quality item and mower started first pull after installing. Thanks guys!

I had a great customer experience purchasing from P&P Small Engines. Their website was easy to navigate and the checkout process with clear and concise. We took our zero turn mower in for a new blade and oil change.They told me it would be a week after two weeks they never called so I stopped over there they had my phone number wrong and didn't even try to email me. I had given them a 100 deposit and when I went to check they had not even started my mower. So I told them I would just take to another place because I use it for work. I asked for my deposit back since they had not touched my mower and the guy was super rude. Not sure how they have so many good reviews because they were awful!! Beware of this place.Sir it was under my spouse name Oscar Martinez. I understand sometimes things happen in small business but own the mistake and make it right please. We were not treated correctly and you have the 100 for nothing that was done. Thank you.

The employees that work at p&p small engines are very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me purchase engine oil, air filters, engine oil filters, spark plugs, fuel filters, transmission oil filters, transmission oil, belts, and blades for my Cub cadet 2000 series tractor. They have a wide and vast selection of parts both older and more recent for whatever you may need for your outdoor appliances. I also feel that their prices are very reasonable and fair to the consumer. I am always happy to support a local business over a big box store. Thanks!

Purchased my riding mower at P&P several years ago. Knowledgeable staff helped me make the right decision for my needs. They've been taking care of my annual service every year since and I've never had an issue with my mower not being ready for the season. They have a great program for preseason maintenance that saves me time and money. They also service my snow blower and my equipment is the same as new after several years of use. Great people to work with, great products and services!

P&P has been great to work with from the purchase of my XT1 (which is a beast of a workhorse!) to helping me with repairs. Chase made a special trip to my home to deliver the correct blades after I bought the wrong ones. He even went the extra mile to help me replace them without a service charge. That type of kindness and customer care is rare these days and beyond appreciated.

I had trouble starting my 102 cub cadet asked for help by email. Later I got a response explaining what I should try and where I should look to get the exact part. Low and behold I got the mower running that night...great customer service will bring my mower needs to them again.

Busy time of year to bring in a mower for repair/maintenance. These guys are rockstars. Gave me a realistic expectation for time frame. Called before doing repairs to make sure I was cool with the cost. Have to leave a deposit, but it goes toward the final bill. Mower now runs like brand new.

They were absolutely amazing! They helped us put together our new cargo hauler in the blistering heat so we were able to take our new smoker home. One of a kind service you don t see often anymore. They were knowledgeable and we will be doing business there again soon. Keep up the awesome service!

I am a disabled Veteran with only so much money each month. My mower broke so I find their website and it says the parts I need are in stock. So I order them and wait. I finally get an email saying they are canceling one of the parts because it is out of stock. It was the main part that I needed. That email was immediately followed up with another email saying that the, now short, order was shipped and had my tracking number. As soon as I saw it I called them to get the order stopped but he said it was too late to cancel and that the order had already been shipped. I received the package and had to call them to be able to return it. I told them what had happened, again, and they didn t care and was rude about it. I asked for a manager and had the same rude response. He told me that I could call back next week and talk to the owner but said he wouldn t care either . So I had to pay for shipping both ways for nothing because they lie and don t even care to find out if you still need an order when they cancel a part. Granted the shipping was almost $30 for both ways but being a disabled Veteran and the economy the way it is, I needed that money and their lies made it harder on me. I totally don t recommend them.

As per usual Jeff , Tonya and Russ along with rest of the crew are fantastic. We recently had a mower go down with serious issues that weren't repairable. They stepped up explained our options, got us financed and even stayed late for us to get us mowing again!!! Luv this place!!!

Had troubles with my old rider, and they handled my situation well! I'd call again if need be! They do charge up front for service or repair and pick up and delivery! I'm good with it as long as the service is good! And it is! Thanks, Justin!

Ordered some parts online and was in a jam and needed them right away. Received a quick response and was told they would get the parts out that day. This is my second order from them.Will definitely order from them again. Great job everyone.

Amazing experience! Ordered a control board for my pellet grill I searched the manufacture and even amazon and out of all of them P&P was the only place to have the part! Shipping was amazing part came in a day early so it gave me more time to install before I went out of town!

I called about 2 rear tires for my rider. The guy put me on hold mid sentence without warning me. When he returned to the call he quoted $250. I told him that was high and I told him what I was quoted by Hilltop to which he replied I guess you better go to hilltop then I don t know if I caught him on a bad day or what but he was very rude. I work in parts myself and this is not how you treat people. You just lost a sale and I wouldn t recommend anyone else to shop here.

Honest and straightforward. They do not apply unreasonable charges or treat you in a despicable manner because they have high demand for the excellent repair work they do. Highly recommend!
