Best car buying experience I ve had! Owen auto team offered free oil changes for the first year and a reasonable down payment. Additionally, anytime I ve needed work done they not only fixed the issue but offered me a loaner vehicle to get back to work. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them!

I have worked with Owen Auto on multiple occasions and have received nothing but the best! They are extremely committed to providing outstanding customer service, are always willing to work with their clients, are extremely accommodating, very professional and always super friendly. I recommended them to everyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle. I have never once had a bad experience here, and they are always willing to work with any needs I have, and find me the most affordable option!! Love this place and the people!

I just purchased a car through Owen Auto and the process was fast and easy. I work mostly with Max and he's awesome. The down payment was very reasonable and the car is great. I'm very happy with the service I'm getting from Owen Auto. Recommend to everyone who's looking for a good,dependable car. You won't be disappointed.

Very great workers, Brad and Max are two wonderful men to work with and buy from! I bought a 2008 Chevy impala from them in august and they have both been super helpful, they helped me when my battery died and my gas sensor went out and they sent me a tow truck and fixed my car the next day! If you are looking for a dealership and you don t have credit go to Owen Auto you won t regret it!

This is the most welcoming car lot I've ever done business with. The people that work @ Owen Auto are caring, understanding, and compassionate people. They not only have really nice dependable and safe vehicles but I never have to worry about my children being safe! This is the Best buy here pay here family owned Car lot in the City of DesMoines. I Would not recommend any other car lot but this one for used cars. They take very good care of their customers. Very understanding and caring folks. I have bought several cars from these guys.

I have purchased from the Team at Owen Auto, and in response to the Negative review, I am not a Random Drug Dealer.... I am gainfully employed and needed a car for my Daughter. Which they were helpful and explained everything about the deal. Secondly this is not my first car purchase, so the fee's are reasonable and normal for every single car dealer in the world... As a native of Iowa, I have seen lots of car dealers come and go, the cream rises to the top.Thank you for all of your hard work and integrity Max, Lori, Dan & RudyMy daughter is thrilled with her first car!

My husband and I are on our second purchase with Owen Auto. The great experience with the warm friendly staff and their willingness to work with us on purchasing the first vehicle is what brought us back!!! This amazing group of people had me in a car the same day I test drove the two cars I was interested in. Prior to my visit, I was beyond worried because I am a part time student and hold down a full time and a part time job. As you can imagine, it s important that I have something that I can rely on due to my commitments. Because they offered a smaller down payment, it made it financially easier to have a decent car and not be completely broke after the purchase. You do have several choices here in Des Moines for a used car, but my recommendation is to check Owen Auto out first! You will not be disappointed!!! Thanks Owen Auto, you have treated us better than family. My future looks bright because of your assistance and I am eternally grateful.

Owen is the most amazing company to take your business if you are looking for a nice used vehicle! They are creating about taking care of repairs and always have a loaner car for us so we never got without a car! I will always take my business here moving forward! Highly recommend!!!!!

I love these people! I only maintain business relationships with companies that give good customer service, and these people really know how to serve their customers. I bought a good car from them, and then when my son was old enough to buy a car I took him to Owen and his car is working out great, and now I'm about ready to get another car from them for myself.

I would recommend Owens auto for anyone in a heartbeat. They have done so MUCH for me.. no matter what happeneds to my car when it happeneds thy take my car and fix it and I pay them back when I get the money. I've never been so thankful for a car place before! So understanding and helpful I just do my part and pay it forward and pay them back. And they work with you on payments for paying on your car and they even gave me a loaner car when my car went out on Monday got my car back and didn't have to worry about getting to work TEAM OWENS AUTO ALWAYS!!!! On army post if your looking for a good place to get a car .

Called and spoke to a very nice guy about getting a new family car. I went in and got a different person than who I spoke with previous. This guys name was MAX? not sure because he NEVER introduced himself. He told me everything opposite of what the first guy told me on the phone. Not only that he then was stating he couldn't hold the vehicle for me even though he was "sending it to the shop" to be repaired. (if it wasn't damaged I would have bought it that same day). I then asked him so if its in the shop and someone wants to buy it, you will let them buy it over us? and he said YES! Needless to say we are a family with children that work very hard for everything we buy and have plenty of income for a vehicle but the way this guy was acting turned us away from buying a car there. Not to mention he was acting like we wouldn't be approved before even looking at our application but was able to sell a car to some random "drug dealer" trying to do the same thing we were doing. And don't forget about the hidden "TTL FEES" I was told it was included in the down payment, wrong.... you have to pay it within 3 weeks of the down payment which is typically a week after your first payment!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS BY THIS GUY!!!!

Can't say enough good things about Owen Auto!! They helped us get into a newer vehicle in less than a day when ours suddenly broke down and would have been way too costly to fix. Highly recommend!!

They're the best pre owned auto dealership in Des Moines that I've done business with. I've been with them a lil over a year now, and have had 2 cars. Great family business that looks out for their customers. Happy customer here

They will offer a high interest loan for an old vehicle going for much much higher price than KBB. So do your research before utilizing their services. Please do.

You won't find a more honest group of people. They have an on site mechanic and fix anything that is wrong with the cars before they sell them. I love the car that I got and I can't thank them enough. I recommend them to anyone.
