I came here 1st time for delivery appt:7am I arrived 6:45 am after 30-minutes they send me back side building for unloading they are very very slow they took 3-hrs for unloading only 17-skid

6am appointment, arrived at 0530 told to back into dock #2, place seal and paperwork in the back and wait for a green light. I delivered at the front of the building, but others might deliver or pickup at the back of the building. Might want to call ahead and double check were you need to go. At 0615 was given the green light and paperwork was in back of the trailer. Very fast and very efficient. Wish more places were this efficient.

Good morning,1st time i am writing a review about the shipper or receiver, but these guys are hands down. Done about 30 deliveries to this facility, my appts been between 7-9AM. In and out in 30minutes tops :)Keep doing this great job!

OTR Drivers: delivery is in back. From freeway, pass the DC, right on Dixon, right on Sheridan and it's on the right. Arrived 30 minutes before 04:00 appt. The guys here got to us right away and were very friendly folks.

6am delivery. No one to be found. After waiting 45 minutes at the door (cold and rainy) the guy at will call laughs and says " I don't know what to tell you" definitely not the attitude they have down in Springfield MO

Was on time for delivery but spent hours here. They are very slow

They were very proficient I payed for my part at the store on the east side and was in and out of there with it in less than a minute

Long and hot summers with no air conditioning in the warehouse and no chance to advance unless your related to the manager/management!Toxic work environment!

Fast unloading. In and Out in 20 min. Check in the back of the building.

Very helpful counter help who was both curtious and well trained , knowledgeable in car works and finding proper part at highest to lowest cost

When you go in to pick up parts you might have to wait a bit but the people behind the counter are professional and they make sure you're taken care of
