The Assistant Manger here is a joke.... made a order on Monday with him, was told it was going to be in on Wednesday and they would call when it was in. Called late Friday because I never heard from them to find out it was in. Came in on Saturday to pick up parts, the assistant manager helped me again ( Logan) told him I was there to pick up my parts I ordered on Monday he came back with a smart attitude asking me if I had my invoice. I gave him my receipt and mentioned I never received the call and had to comfirm myself. He replied with some smart a$$ comment, something in the in line of things happen. I replied with "I do want I say and say what I do"...... he told me I was being a a$$hole , literally! I came back with if you make a smart a$$ comment you get one in return from me. He went on to calling me privileged. I asked him twice what he meant, the second time he told me " exactly what the definition is". I bit my tough and walked away telling I would speak to his boss, he proudly told me his bosses name "Chad". I for one am not privileged, I've worked for years for what I have and don't ask anything from anyone, but I expect to recieved what I've already paid for and expect you to do what you say. This is a sorry excuse for anyone in a management position his attitude was uncalled for and provoking.

Went there for brake line help they were busy and made for a long wait. I was just told they couldn't help and offered no assistance or solutions to my automotive needs

Great customer service. Harley went above and beyond with helping us get our belts. Went out of his way to measure them and compare them. Great customer service. Definitely will be traveling the extra distance to this NAPA location next time.

Called to the store before I went there to make sure they have what I need, was told to come in and that they would match what I need. When I got there, five men were standing around talking about some party they about to have there, one young man started helping me but said that they don t have anything like that in their store . They didn t offer to order it and told me where I should go instead, even we re willing to tell how to get there . Horrible customer service!!!Ended up finding what I need from a service and parts department in Perry(!!) and the product that I received was a Napa brand. They specially ordered it for me and I received it the same day.

It's amazing these places stay open went in for head bolts and was turned away after a few clicks on the key board. I don't like buying off the internet but it's just way easier. Staff was friendly but if its not a run of the mill part you might as well save your time and use Amazon or ebay

Love coming here. I run quite a few 80's vintage vehicles and they always have what I need in stock, and the parts are of good quality. Nice selection of tools and other auto related items. If you need it they likely have it.

Went in on Sunday morning. Nick S. was very friendly and willing to help with my order. Very nice work force. Prices were in line with other store of the same style.I will go back.

The parts people are always friendly and helpful, especially if you already have all the part numbers you need. The warehouse store has been revamped and looks great. And of course they are the lowest price in town.

They went out of their way to be kind to me even though I was only going to spend $12 and he gave me good advice on a good mechanic that won't cheat me Darwin went above and beyond his duties

The local NAPA store informed our car dealership that their main warehouse located 30 miles away had a part that a young wife and her 3 children who were passing through from Colorado needed to continue on their travels but after driving thru rush hour traffic the warehouse informed me their computer inventory was incorrect ! However because of my quick thinking another parts warehouse was located approximately 2 miles away. I instructed our parts manager to contact them to see if they had the part meanwhile I raced to the warehouse and arrived at 5 minutes to closing and thank God they had the part this poor family needed to continue their travels. Therefore I have to give them a 0 on a scale of 1 to 10 !

Nick was very upfront and honest about what was best for my vehicle. The part that I needed wasn't available at NAPA so he told me where I could find it.That type of customer service is rare. Great job!

Very nice place for delivery plenty ofRoom receiving door by docks in and out 30 min no overnight check ur paperwork in the back of trailer when done

Helped me when none of the auto stores could not. Had my wiring harness actually in stock and they were open till later than the others were also. NAPA!!

My gooseneck lost a wheel bearing on a Saturday. I called NAPA around 4pm to find out that they had my bearings in stock in their warehouse, and they told me they closed at 5. I immediately left and drove 45 minutes to pick up the bearings. I got there just before 4:45 and had to wait about ten minutes for the guy behind the counter to finish whatever it was that he was doing (bookwork of some sort). While he was helping me the doors to the warehouse closed, and he informed me that my bearings were in the warehouse, and that they had been closed for "about 20 minutes." I asked him to write down the prices of all the bearings, over the next few minutes, I watched all of the warehouse workers funnel past me out the front door at 5pm sharp. I wasted time and money trying to get bearings ASAP, and now my trailer sits with a chained-up axel while I wait for bearings to arrive from my usual supplier. I wont be spending my money at NAPA anymore.

I work here with my dad we go and deliver napa parts to local napa areas ...the trucks are done a little late ...it is a good job, pays well ...me personally I love this job but you can't live off the pay so it would be a part time job adjusting and veering on the pay
