I came to the shop at 8am there was no one there I looked at the door it said 8am open so I waited then people start to show up 820am something told me that the service was going to be bad so I decided to give them a chance bad mistake I watch from the garage door not trusting the people to do a great job the guy putting the air in my tire was not watching what he was doing and then a loud pop came from my tire it exploded they then was starting to blame me for the tire popping and refused to replace it then a slap in my face by making me pay for bad service and I left with 3 tires even tho I came with 4 I have been going to Jeff lube for years really not happy please just go some else for your oil change

The guy at the shop that did our work seemed Sooooo nice. Very helpful. Told us that our water pump needs replacing along with our thermostat cause the vehicle was having an overheating problem. Four days later and it still is overheating. The mechanic who just looked at our car says that the thermostat was NOT replaced and that the thermostat was probably the problem in the first place. So a $115 fix turned into a $675 worthless nothing. DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS EVEN IF YOU BREAK DOWN IN THEIR PARKING LOT.

Dirty and crowded parking. No customer receiving area. No desiginated customer parking. No receipt without requesting it. Owner does not provide estimate before working on vehicle. No timeframe on when work will be done. Cash only and poor customer service.

Installed new oil pan and there was still a leak . They lied about the part being defected it was brand new from NAPA. Over charged me for terrible service.
