Moen Automotive and Performance exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service. Despite my initial attempt to repair the head gasket on my 2012 Genesis Coupe, they skillfully performed a full engine swap, overcoming the challenges I introduced by misplacing various components. The turnaround time of just 4 days was impressive, and I've encountered no issues since. When I later sought a coilover upgrade, they swiftly accommodated my request on the same day. Honest pricing, efficient service, and a commitment to customer satisfaction make Moen Automotive my go-to for automotive needs I'll continue entrusting them with my car.

We took our truck in because something was leaking. They got us right in. We also had them check on a ticking noise that has been there since we bought it. There was a crack in the manifold. They called us with the estimate to fix the manifold and we had them fix it along with our 100,000 mile check. The truck was ready within 24 hours. No more ticking...yay!! No hidden charges. It was exactly what they said it would be. Very friendly, very professional. They didn't even charge us for the oil filter leak. I will definitely recommend to all family and friends.

I was referred to Moen Automotive from a local reputable shop and wow, am I impressed!!! Got some suspension work done and the entire process was flawless. From start to finish, very professional. I had received three quotes and Moen's was in line, slightly better than others. I recently had the pleasure of working with Moen Automotive, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, they provided prompt and professional service that exceeded my expectations.First and foremost, they delivered ahead of schedule for a job that was not simple. I had them install aftermarket high performance rotors and pads, as well as new performance oriented springs at all four corners. With all this, they completed the work on my car well before the estimated time, which was a pleasant surprise.Additionally, their communication throughout the entire process was excellent. They kept me informed at every step of the way, providing updates and answering any questions I had. We were from out of town got a flat on the highway and they were the closest but we are so happy that we found them because we pulled in and after fixing our tire he was nice enough to just get us back on the road for free but you know we had to give him something! I've had both my cars worked on by the team at Moen Performance. Two clutches and wheel bearings. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work, price, and general honesty in communications. I will be taking my cars there for service as long as I'm living in DSM. 10/10

This is the ONLY place I like to take my car. Have been a customer for almost 4 years. I live 20 minutes N of DSM. Best prices, time sensitive, have good connections to get parts asap, super HONEST! Hard to find shops like these anymore. Luckily found this place on a whim searching around DSM. I have a car that isn't sold anymore (Suzuki), so it is very hard to find someone capable of working on it. Other places were too afraid to work on it. I think that just speaks to Moen's level of expertise. Cody and his staff are always so friendly and accommodating! They can be busy, so try to call a week or two ahead. In emergency situations they have always worked with me. Love Moen Auto!

Honest service and does the work that makes sense for the vehicle that they are working on. They communicate about the work that is needed and what is recommended. Pricing was fair. For a specialty repair he also gave me a great recommendation for where to take my vehicle and I am happy with that experience as well. Cody is great to work with and I think Moen is a wonderful place to get repair work done. Give them a try!

Awesome group of guys that are honest and professional, and do great quality work. Dropped my car off thinking it would be an easy quick install, but there were a few hiccups along the way due to the car having more problems than we initially thought. But the guys over at Moen Automotive took great care of me. Highly recommend.

We had our 15 year old van serviced at the dealership where we purchased it for a non-working a/c. After almost $2000 repair, it quit working shortly after. We took it back in and were told it would be another couple grand to repair it and they weren't sure what exactly the problem was. (Right? How can you quote me a price without knowing what you'll be doing - can we say scam?) We called Cody (heard about his shop from my dad). He had our van in and repaired and us out the door within a few days and at about half the price. He went above and beyond as needed to repair our van since it is old and some parts were hard to find (and he kept us in the loop of each thing he found and fixed while doing so). The a/c has worked great and without any problems since. He was upfront, honest and no BS!! We have all of our vehicles serviced here now and do not plan to go anywhere else!Service: A/C installation & repair

Excellent work and fast service at a affordable price! I had came in for my oil change and afterwards my car significantly ran so much better and smoother. The mechanic Jason had recommend me to get some new tires and let me know they were running a deal. Over that weekend I had ran over a nail! I contacted them right away and they put in an order. They replaced my tires the following day and my car was ready to be picked up that same day Monday!

Moen was highly recommend by friends and they did not disappoint. They quickly assessed my vehicle, explained what was wrong and provided an accurate quote. Their pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend them as well and will be going there for any future vehicle issues.
