I had a great experience at the Douglas Ave store..Bryar and Ace were excellent at inspecting my car and showed me what was needed. I haven't had any other car service techs treat me with such respect...I will be recommending this Midas location to as many people as I can...Thank you for being there for me, I appreciate you both.

These guys are phenomenal. Briar and Jared were really awesome to work with, and got me in last minute for a few dealer recommended services, at less than half of the cost the dealer provided. They took a look at a few oddities with my vehicle as well and helped piece together some solutions. Truly a 5 star experience, which is hard to find these days. Give these guys a call if you need any work done on your vehicle!

This midas is the best. Briar took great care of me! Great customer service. He was patient and kind dealing with my many questions. They got me in for an appointment right when I needed one, even though I asked for a very specific time. Got me in early. I ve come here for years and I ll keep coming here! Your service technician is horrible at time management. Came in at 10:40 they got my car on I the rack say within 15-20 minutes so that puts us like at maybe 11:00 they waited 40 minutes after doing one wheel or whatever the tell me about they couldn't get my lug nuts off. Mind you I was coming to get my brakes inspected cuz they were squeaking so you could have got my business by doing a new brakes instead of trying to charge me $120 for removing my lug nuts for a free break inspection

This Midas on Douglas are probably the friendliest people I have had the pleasure of doing business with. They always look out for my best interest when it comes to my vehicle. I ve never been dissatisfied coming here.

I am absolutely floored by the amazing and quick service I received this morning. My oil change and tire rotation was wonderful.. so happy I chose this location. Y'all are so awesome!Enjoy the donuts and have a great day!

Getting my car tires fix for the first time at Midas. They have a great customer service. I like that they done really quick. I didn t have to wait for so long. Great people and love the good job. I would recommend everyone coming here for the car fix or other issue with your vehicle. They did really awesome.

Ryan was very very helpful in educating me about what needed to be done to my car. I m also truly grateful that I was able to get my car repaired sooner rather later! (p.s thanks for the coffee)

Great job by the Midas team!! Despite being short staffed for a busy Saturday everyone was friendly & helpful. Jam did a great job on replacing my oil pan and Chad was helpful with all my questions. Great experience!!

Chad was very accommodating and very personable when getting me in on a busy holiday weekend. Claire has worked on my car before and I was glad to see her here working on my car again. She is very detail oriented and noticed a part that needed replaced and they took care of it right away. They provided pleasant conversation while I waited. Very welcoming and clean shop. I prefer to come here over my dealership.

I have been bringing my vehicle to this location for many years. Recently my car threw a check engine light and I brought it in first thing in the morning. Marcus the store manager was very helpful and was able to work it into his schedule. Within a few hours, I had an estimate and he was able to complete the work the same day. By noon I had received a call from Doug the technician letting me know my vehicle was ready. Marcus even helped me with zero interest financing and a few coupons they had available. My car is back up and running for the weekend! Thank you Marcus and Doug at my Midas on Douglas!

I had my oil changed in my Mazda 6. nice manager at the front with long hair and glasses. . I had an appointment at 5:30 but they were able to squeeze me in sooner. Brier was awesome I had to sitAnd wait and he was more than nice coffee keeping convo while I waited. My mechanic Jared had some issues with my car but didn tBother him was very nice and they kept me informed every step of the way on what was going on with my car and the progress they were making! I came in yesterday with issues and had me here at 730 the very next morning fixing my car back to being healthy If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! Thank you thank you thank you

I have been going to these guys for almost a year and they are consistently excellent. Chad helped me today- he was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the service was incredibly fast! I got an oil change and they found a faulty sensor. First he tried cleaning it off, and when it still had the warning light, he replaced the sensor, and then did that very quickly. I appreciate the effort to save me money. I will definitely be using them for any future car needs!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Due to a steel plate on the bottom of my jeep the oil change took a little bit longer than expected so the store manager Brandon Banks gave it to us for free! Totally unexpected! Will definitely be back due to his professionalism and kindness!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Overall good experience, nice employees, just costly labor is the only negative. But we re dealing with Bidenomics so I can t blame Midas that much for it.

I had an outstanding experience at this Midas location. They changed my brakes, fixed my tire sensor, balanced my tires. The staff is very friendly, and the mechanics are knowledgeable and transparent. My car was repaired on time, and the workshop was clean and organized.
