Caresse is very kind and helpful. She does such a great job of helping with understanding what is going on, the breakdown of the cost, and if there any promotions. The mechanics do a good job of looking over your vehicle and keeping you informed of what needs to be done with your vehicle.

I love coming to this Midas location to get my oil changes. Marcus, Caresse, and the mechanics have always been so helpful and friendly. The service is great and the atmosphere so relaxing.

Came in for a simple oil change. A complete check of my vehicle was done to find a dirty filter I had no clue about. Caresse & Marcus were very friendly, helpful and got my car back on the road in a timely manner. A+

Customer service is great! I came in for an oil change, and they went into detail about the issues with my vehicle and assisted me with prioritizing repairs based on safety. Most places I ve been to I have to ask that, and it was nice that I didn t have to. Would definitely recommend.

Update February 2024. I'm thinking either owner or manager has changed.Midas on E Euclid changed the oil in my VW. Recommended several $$$ repairs. I took my VW to a well-known foreign service shop. Only needed new wipers. Saved about $1500 in unnecessary repairs .Don't trust Midas on East Euclid.

While driving through Des Moines for our family trip, our car started making a weird noise.. after googling the closest shop, we took it in to Midas.The guys were super helpful and got our car in a bay very quickly to get it checked out. they said It was the rocker arms on the camshaft and would take a couple of hours to fix. We were worried that it wouldn t be fixed before closing.. It was already 4:00 and parts had been ordered. Finally got the parts at 4:30.. the guys were so awesome, they said not to worry about the time, they would stay a little late to get us back on the road.. and they did! The tech finished up at 6:15 and we were back on the road shortly afterwards. Great service, super friendly, highly recommended!!

I went to Midas on E Euclid and paid $155 for my car to be diagnosed. They told me it was the Catalytic converter and quoted me almost $5000. I ended up going to another auto shop and they told me it was the timing chain and quoted me $2200. I called a different Midas and asked them an estimate on this and they told me $2500. I also told them the other one told me it was something different and he asked me what I told them the car was doing and I told him it died while I was driving it and misfired and poor idle. He said that s definitely the timing chain and he was confused why they told me the catalytic converter. They changed all workers up there so I was already hesitant to go. I definitely won t be returning to this location. Also the girl who answers the phone and works the front desk asked everyone in the lobby to leave a review before any of our work was done. She told me she gave me a discount on my diagnose and she didn t.

Came here for an oil change and they did a free inspection of the car along with it, giving a detailed report on any potential issues. They were super nice and clear about everything, would definitely come here again for an oil change and a car checkup.

Called about a tube hanging down from my car, stopped by 20 minutes later, within about 5, they told me what was wrong with my car and that it wasn't a big deal. Didn't charge me at all. Understanding that I had good timing, but they were just so helpful, specifically Marcus was the one I interacted with! Amazing

I went to Midas on January 13 2024 and i was talking with caresse she was very helpful about my car and knowledge about what my car needed and how much it cost much things would cost and how long it would take. Its good that you have female employees here, it makes it easy for someone people. I know that caresse helped me a lot when I was there. I will be back to this location because of herShe is amazing employee that you guys have.Thank you Caresse for all your help tonight.

I called to ask some questions and Caresse answer the phone. She was so polite and bubbly and it sounds like she loves her job. Her customer service was excellent and answered all my questions. Great customer service is rare these days and Caresse was extremely pleasant to work with!

Marcus, Caresse, and the whole team at Midas East Euclid did me a solid when my car decided to give up today, Black Friday 2023. Brought it in at 2:45, they were able to get it fixed. They stayed open late for me. They did their best to get me the lowest possible price for the repairs.

This was my 2nd time coming to, Midas located at - 2201 E Euclid Ave, Des Moines, IA 50317, has had my back! Car problems happen, life happens and we just don't have control over what happens. But today I called in because my back blinker went out and my brake fluid low alert came on. And the guys here at Midas inspected it and found the problems even though it was more than I had anticipated was wrong, the guys here made sure to take care of my car and myself. And in a outstanding fast time for what all needed done in the end. Even being understanding to me having to get this all taken care of in time to pick up my son from daycare. I recommend Midas located on 2201 E Euclid Ave, Des Moines,IA 50317, 100% and will definitely keep coming here.-Natalie

Not rude but not really friendly, something I requested them to check they said it was good on the bottom inspection, so when I asked them about it, they said there was nothing wrong. They looked again and found it. Poor service

Marcus helped me in my darkest, 'dark hour' not forgotten that the Midus Touch was what I needed to avenge the feeling, revealing my need for repairs to be paid for especially for a safe and free from carbon footprint smells to high heaven. Was late with my appointment. Then they wanted to act like smartasses because I said make sure the oil filter is tight. Didn t even put the oil cap back on. My vehicle woulda blew up bill woulda been sent your way. 1/10 don t take your vehicles here.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
