Steve and his team are phenomenal. They have always taken great care of my vehicle and can usually get me in within a day or 2 even though I don't think about scheduling my service in advance. I have always received great customer service here!

Awesome service and these guys take care of you. When I need to know what's a real repair I go to these guys. They give it to me straight and don't attempt to jack up the price or add unnecessary costs. I feel confident my repairs are done correctly and they go above and beyond to really help out.

I started come here for oil change about couple months ago and I like this shop a lot. They do a great job and free inspection on my car. Steve, Brian and the rest of the crew at this Midas location are top notch!!! I had a hole in my exhaust which was causing my vehicle to be quite loud. They were able to squeeze me into their already packed Saturday schedule. They patched up the hole in my exhaust and got me back on the road again, all at an extremely fair price!! It's nice to have a quiet vehicle again, but what's even nicer is knowing that anytime I have vehicle maintenence needs, I can drop my car off here with the peace of mind of knowing it's in the hands of the best automotive maintenance technicians in town!!!! Thanks again to Steve, Brian and the rest of the crew, you guys rock!!!!!

I would never take my car anywhere else. These guys are the best and very helpful, trustworthy and very nice. Cody and Steve have helped me through car my cars heat not working and helped replace the part in this very cold weather today at there shop. Cody help me with my car and family s car several times in the past And I m thankful for them .

I've been coming here for repair and maintenance for a long time. They always do good work and are really personable guys. Definitely would recommend to anybody in a heartbeat. Steve is a helluva guy and all of his guys too.

Recently had to take 2 vehicles in for repairs both appointments went very smoothly I was happy with the service received and the knowledgeable staff. It was truly a breath of fresh air as I had been going through Firestone before giving midas a try.In the past 2 years of going to firestone only one appt. Was done correctly the first time i lost count of how many times i had to take my car back a 2nd time before the job was actually fixed and even another time where they actually caused a different issue that was not an issue before bringing them the vehicle and they made an excuse and tried to quote me to fix instead of making it right.Midas not only fixed both cars right the 1st time but also saved me money by not charging me for unnecessary work or partsJust wanted to give a thanks and recommendSteve Tom and Chaz will get you squared away and get your car back to you quickly

I went to Midas as no one had time to fix my tire. Cody was kind enough to come look at it and advise it needed replaced. While he didn't have time the shop was so nice to offer to put my spare on. I appreciate the assistance and kindness!Service: TiresService: Tires

I went in and had an inspection front and back breaks. I thought My back breaks were grinding. I gave permission to do the back breaks. Because I pleaded with them that I didn't have much money. They told me it was the back brakes, the rotors. And then they called later and told me that the calipers need done. It was Roughly $1300. He swiped my card 3 times, saying he didn't know what was going on. Then handed me my keys and said, oh you're rear wheel bearings need done. I just went to a different shop yesterday to get my rear wheel Bearing done; and they told me that my calipers that are written on my receipt. look like the manufactured ones on the front. Midas didn't touch the front only the back . So why does something that is supposed to be paid for and done look like the ones on the front that came with the vehicle. And where's my refund

Steve and his team are simply the best. They have worked on multiple types of my family's vehicles for over 20 years. There has NEVER been a bad experience.Three years ago, we moved out of state, but would come to Des Moines to visit periodically throughout the year. Unfortunate experience with both Steve and Cody. First, the services were added that are not needed. Possibly, tech's not caring about customer cars. Then, Steve promised a discount, and when I spoke with Cody, nothing was given. Good work in the past. Inflated prices and extra shop fees. Most likely, I will look for another shop.

I regularly go here for my cars. Steve, Cody, and the crew is watched when it comes to customer service and quality. It truly feels like a family every time I walk in.
