2T's Bar is kept COMFORTABLY mobile because of you...I sincerely appreciate it These guys are great! Service was fast, efficient, and extremely personable. Todd is GOOD people, always trust the handle bar . Specifically, he is quick to understand and connect, honestly, with his clientele; finding the sweet spot between what you want, need and can afford successfully. Alex was awesome, he really did a great job of breaking down explanation of details and financing, very knowledgeable. Made the breathing process of financing much smoother.It was overall a fantastic experience for my purchase needs and specifications. I highly suggest seeing Iowa Auto Exchange BEFORE finalizing any prospective contracts elsewhere. They definitely provided the best deal for myself, my 3 kids, and my small business. Thanks boys!

This place is a gem! The selection is great and also included plenty of luxury vehicles. My husband and I started our car search here. First stop of the day. We met Todd Long, whom by the way is an artist at his craft. Really gave excellent service and had great energy! We decided to check a few other car lots out just to be aware of everything out there but I kept thinking that we needed to go back to Iowa Auto Exchange. I knew Todd would take good care of us. So after an exhausting day, we went back and there was Todd. He smiled and said "welcome back! " Long story but necessary to tell. We had the best experience here and Todd made everything fun and easy! We just left with our new Audi Q5 and she's beautiful. Thanks so much Todd

Hands down a great dealership!Picked up this commuter car at the Iowa Auto Exchange. Alexander was keen at listening to what I was looking for and Todd was helpful at explaining how to transfer insurance from my previous state to Iowa. It was impressive how Sean talked about the dealership s relationship with banks and how they are able to source the best deals.My new Ford Fusion was the perfect choice for a first winter of driving in snow. I will definitely buy my next car here too!

Yesterday I had no clue I was going to ride away with one of the biggest blessings in my life. Iowa Auto Exchange is real and truly worth the experience. Being young and a first time buyer I truly did not know what to expect. Also with student debt I never thought I would be approved for a car! Todd made that happen for me and I m forever thankful. Highly recommended! 10/10 Service! 10/10 Affordable! They go to bat for you, give them a pitch! Whoever you are.

We've been shopping for a used car for our teenage son for several months, and couldn't find the exact right fit. Todd listened to our concerns for safety and respected our price range. He never showed us options that were more than we wanted to spend. He was very easy to work with and made the whole process seamless! We would definitely work with them again!!

I went out to check out a car for my daughter. Alexander, the salesman, worked with me through the process. He was helpful and not at all pushy. I asked some questions about the vehicle my daughter liked and asked them to put together the things that would need to be done to make it safe now and things that may need to be addressed in the future. My daughter also asked him some questions and he treated her like an adult. As a dad, it made me incredibly happy to see a salesman treat my daughter with that respect as I wanted her to learn how to purchase a car. After a couple of days, Alexander called me and I went out to talk to the mechanic, Rob. He was great as well. He informed me of what likely needed to be done soon to make it safe for my daughter. We came to an agreement and I purchased the car. It took a bit to receive it due to repairs we negotiated, but they worked with me to get it done in the most cost effective way. The process was transparent. When my other daughter is at this point in 2 years or so, this will be the first place I go.

Great experience buying my daughter her first vehicle! It was a clean experience and I was treated with fairness and honesty. We were in to look at one car and came home the same day with a better car. I highly recommend shopping with Iowa Auto Exchange for your next vehicle!

Staff here is great and easy to work with! We were laughing it up and having a great time throughout our experience. The owner even came and introduced himself and explained the company's story while we were there. They helped my mom with low credit get approved for multiple options in which she was able to pick from, all within her budget! I was shocked she was able to get approved at all let alone for some really nice and reliable vehicle options! We were able to walk out in just a couple hours with a vehicle she loves and one that has even more features than she expected and hoped for. She thought it wasn't possible and they made it possible! 10/10 recommend!

I was looking at a vehicle from Iowa Auto Exchange online, and I indicated that I would like to get more information. Todd called a minute later and was ready to answer my questions. We set an appointment for the following day, and Alex greeted us at the door. Todd was busy, so Alex aided us in finding the vehicle we wanted.As first-time buyers, Alex had to put in a great deal of effort to make our situation work. Throughout the process, he was friendly, helpful, and honest. Todd was also very friendly. I would recommend Iowa Auto Exchange to anyone looking for a used vehicle. In all probability, my wife and I will be returning for our next vehicle purchase!

There was no upselling or pressure. They knew what was on their lot, asked good questions and found my daughter the perfect vehicle. Awesome follow up from the very first call, all the way to my very happy teenager driving off the lot in a reliable, affordable, solid vehicle.

Definitely don't recommend, bought vehicle and had issues before we even got it home.. now after a few months still isn't running and have over $4000 in repairs, now waiting to get into another dealership to get worked on. Don't even have the repair made that they promisedEdit: even after I got a reply from this review we still can't get a hold of anyone. Myself and my wife have reached out and even the service guy at Nissan has tried and get no response back from them. But yet they blame the communication on everyone else

I called Iowa auto exchange talked to the owner Shawn told him what I was looking for, and my price range. Shawn told me he had a few cars and to come in. Then I meet Todd and he is the best and super funny, he took me and my sister to see a few cars let me test drive them, I made my decision and got a car from them. They made sure I was comfortable, didn t rush me, and made sure everything's ran smooth. The building is very comfortable, nice and all the workers are friendly and smiling and talk to you. My car is the best I thank you guys so much. Anybody looking for a car I recommend them to Iowa Auto Exchange!!!!!!

Huge thank you to Todd! I took my oldest daughter to buy a car. There was no pressure! Just facts, what do you want what is your price range. And boom it was produced. The next week I had to go back with my youngest daughter. Same thing just facts! Great place! Friendly, no pressure, nice cars, affordable price ranges! Our family will be back!

I needed an affordable car fast, the dealership showed me cars in my price range and were very transparent about any possible issues with the ones I inquired about. Once I made my pick- it was such a smooth and easy process. They detailed the car beautifully and had it ready for me after just a few HOURS! I am thankful there are honest car dealerships that will work with a budget still in existance. Defintely recommend.

This was by far my best experience buying a car. No pressure they went over my options I test drove the car. They even held it for me until the end of the week with a little down payment. They were absolutely amazing and friendly. I would highly recommend getting a car from them

Shout out to Todd! He did amazing and made the process of buying my car super smooth and easy. We were in and out within an hour 1/2! I walked in explained what I was looking for and my price range and Todd found me my forever car within 10 minutes and it was even under my price range! I can not be any happier with my purchase and the customer service that we received!

Wonderful experience, start to finish!I was not excited about the need to shop for a vehicle but when I found the car I was looking for at a place I had never heard of, I thought I would at least give it a chance. Alex welcomed me upon arrival and quickly took me out to the see the car and test drive. He answered my numerous questions and when he had to step away to help another customer, Sean was there to jump right in and help me out. To say I am thorough is an understatement, and I went through my checklist with rigor over multiple days. Sean was helpful, upfront and honest with me from the beginning. For my own piece of mind, I even had my mechanic inspect the car and was happy with the report.Finalizing the terms was straightforward. When I was ready to move forward with the purchase, Todd prepared the paperwork promptly and accurately. I was not rushed through any of the process which was appreciated. When I came to pick up the car, it was ready and waiting.I highly recommend checking out Iowa Auto Exchange. They were a pleasure to work with!

If you're in the market for a pre-owned car and stumbled upon this dealership, you're in luck! I had the pleasure of purchasing a used vehicle from them, and it was a great experience. Todd and Alex were exceptional in their customer service, making sure to assist me in every step of the process, answer all my questions, and even crack a few jokes. The cars here are of excellent quality, and the pricing is reasonable. If you need a used car, I highly recommend giving this dealership a chance.I cannot speak highly enough of the employees at this dealership. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and treated with the utmost respect. The staff knew their stuff and went out of their way to help me find the perfect car. Their exceptional customer service skills made the entire experience a pleasure.
