Awesome work by David who was willing to look at using some documentation that I found from a BMW i3 group to fix my motor mounts on my REX. Thank you for providing great service and for figuring out the gaps in missing documentation to get the job done! Would highly recommend any DSM BMW owner to take theirs to Innovative Autohaus!

Innovative Autohaus is the real deal. They treated my BMW race car like it was their own. Excellent work and communication, including progress photos all the way. If you're looking for a trustworthy auto shop, you've found it. I've serviced my 2008 m3 with David a couple times now. His quality and turnaround time is good, and it is refreshing to speak with the person who is actually working on your car versus through a service advisor. Need a mechanic you can trust? These guys are the real deal! Not only are they super competent but they are open and honest. They are quick to answer questions, will talk with you like you are the only person in the world or a good friend. They seem more cooperative than competitive with other shops, which is refreshing. Finally, their prices are excellent! I love my bimmer and it's nice to have a permanent autohaus to access when I need it.Service: General repairs & maintenance

IA impressed the hell out of me. I was referred to IA from a local car group and super glad I did. I took my BMW to him for a common oil leak issue repair and he suggested some needed repairs that I was planning on doing but hesitated due to what I thought it would cost. IA s honest and fair pricing along with great knowledge and friendliness made me trust him to work on my cars. After the repairs were completed on my BMW we took him out Mini which was having some electrical problems. IA diagnosed and fixed the issues. Overall they have saved us thousands compared to the local dealership. I ll be recommending him for anyone that needs not only European car repairs, but any other make/model. 5 stars!

Best experience I have had with a mechanic. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle so I understood and it was a very reasonable price. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Won t take my BMW anywhere else.
